They are horrible don't listen to your order and when you question what they give you they have an excuse instead of oh sorry let me fix that for you. Like I wanted a black coffee with sweet foam. Place is still unbelievably dysfunctional. There's always new people, which means there's always new rookies that'll get your order wrong. I really have no choice coming here considering it's the closest dunkin after an overnight shift. Two stars because the people who work here are pretty friendly and their donuts always seem fresh. Far from five because if I want to go to this location I need to block off *at least* twenty minutes to wait to place an order (and maybe even ask them to remake a completely wrong drink order). Today is the last time I'm ever going here. I know it takes a while to order and wait so I downloaded the Dunkin app and placed a mobile order before leaving my house (~10 minutes away). I got there and had to wait an additional 8 minutes for them to even look at my drink order, and then they still got it wrong. I spent $6 on this coffee order and can't even drink it because it tastes like I put a straw in a bottle of chocolate syrup. Stopped in again to see if things have changed. Nope. Coffee temp was tepid, half of the doughnut racks were covered with a blind (i.e., empty), and the clerk at the cash register had a full-blown cold and had a wet hankie in her hand while she conducted business. She handed me a cold coffee in a medium cup when I ordered hot and large. Not only is this the most incompetently run DD in our corner of the galaxy, it's an epicenter of disease transmission as well. Anyway, since this poor elderly soul was on death's door, likely having to come to work sick as the owner doesn't pay sick people to stay home, I just took the coffee, dropped a buck in the tip jar, walked out, and dropped it in the trash bin on the gas pump island. They took 12 hours to make my order, and my food came at 3am which was disgusting and disturbing

It was a bright and shiny day, ready for an excursion to New York. A quick stop for coffee sounds like a delicious treat! Sent my order in through the app, perfect. This is when everything changed. I realized I ordered and arrived soon after, so I waited for about 10 minutes in the parking lot just to give them the courtesy to have time to make it. Upon entering the store, my order is no where to be seen. "Maybe they're busy," I thought. So I decided to just wait a little longer. Except it wasn't a little longer. 10 minutes soon turned into 45 minutes, except it wasn't soon because those 45 minutes felt like a lifetime just waiting for my coffee. I'm not one to complain, but I don't think it takes 45 minutes to make a coffee? I mean, at that point I would've just hopped on over the counter and helped them out and just made it myself. The employees also did not seem to care, as other people around the store were starting to notice how long it was taking and even mentioned it to them on my behalf. With no avail, this did not arise any sort of urgency for them. My ETA has now been pushed back by a lot, I've got things to do! Goodness me. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is located inside a Mobil Gas station and minimart. It's okay, but at the time we visited, they really didn't have a huge selection of donuts on offer, and what they did have tasted state. I was not particularly impressed with this location, and would have probably been happier with something from the minimart instead. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Sat in the drive-thru for 25min. Everyone in front of me left. Waited at the speaker and no one answered. I finally had to drive up to the window and knock on the window to get their attention. There wasn't a single customer inside. 2 workers doing nothing but sitting and ignoring the drive-thru customers as they continued to back up. Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts around. I go fairly regularly since it's the only one on my way to work and they have yet to not mess up my order in one way or another. Whether it's the wrong coffee, wrong size coffee, wrong price, etc. The staff is overall rude and will argue with the customer. We have even had our food thrown at us through the car window because the manager was mad that we ordered more than one sandwich. Thankfully there is a McDonald's right down the road with semi decent coffee. read more

I had to make a special trip to get my other. Now yesterday I ordered again and they forgot another item. My orders are not hard. I would not go here if you want your full order. So a review of Dunkin Donuts will never do much for people who use Yelp, however I believe it is my obligation in hopes to reach whoever runs this specific Dunkin. I do not like to write negative reviews, however the service at this Dunkin Donuts location is so outrageous it must be said. There are a few workers at this location that make no effort to disguise that they can't stand their job or their customers. This location is usually out of something (a cup size, straw size, or a flavor) and a machine is often broken (latte machine is broken probably once every two weeks) and the staff seems very pleased when they inform you they can't make your order. One morning when I stopped for a coffee at 6 and then again at 8:30, the woman at the drive thru said "didn't you JUST have that?", discouraging my repeat visits. This same person likes to flop your credit card on the counter rather than simply hand it back to you, even when you have your hand out. All of these little behaviors can be tolerated if in an isolated incident, however they seem to be encouraged to continue with no clear indication of who is in charge. Compared to all other DD's in the area, this location is by far the most unpleasant and disorganized. read more

Well let me just start by saying the employees rarely care if they get things wrong or if they're rude. They won't have repercussions for it anyway. I go here often, its the only dunkin in town and I prefer their coffee and breakfast over McDonalds down the road. However, last week almost changed my mind. On Wednesday I order a large iced coffee light and sweet with mocha swirl and two breakfast sandwiches. Pull up and pay, get my coffee and am left sitting there. The kid comes to the window and rudely asks what I need.. They never started my food. Had no problem charging for it though. Okay fine, whatever, we pull up as asked. 10 MINUTES GO BY. I need to get to work, so my boyfriend goes in to see what's up. "Oh your foods been ready the whole time we just didn't know what vehicle to bring it to." Jesus. Then the next day, order the same thing, and get handed a black coffee.. Was supposed to be light and sweet. The kid dumps it half out and fills it with cream and hands it back to me. Gross! When its good, its good, but 9 times out of 10 you do not get what you ask for, they're rude, or they don't have what you want. read more

I'm only putting 1 Star because it's not possible to go any lower. Worst drive through experience to date. Our cashier Miriam was incredibly rude. Refusing to do 2 separate orders for one car, claiming that she's not allowed to and that she only has 120 seconds to take our order. THERE WAS NO ON ELSE IN THE DRIVE THRU! So why the rush?? She probably shouldn't work in retail if customer service isn't high on her priority list. Management really needs to step it up. read more

Absolutely horrible. The service is rude, coffee is never ever made correctly. Even when they read the order back, it's wrong every time! I didn't even want to give it a full star. I work down the street and it's the only coffee place close for when I'm on break. My job is tiring and difficult and I look forward to a coffee on break. I went tonight and spent 5 minutes at the drive through listening to a conversation about what they ordered at McDonald's, when I was finally acknowledged I ordered a large iced coffee with almond milk and a flavor. I got a large iced coffee with cows milk, and a pound of sugar on the bottom. This may have been delicious for some, but I have a lot of dietary restrictions and couldn't even drink it. A waste of money, especially since I payed extra for almond milk. I'm so disappointed and don't have time on my break to go back and get another one. This is not the first time this has happened.
