I really enjoy your drinks, most of the staff are a pleasure and very nice. However its very busy with teenage kids when this is supposed to be a nice comfortable enviorment, there are kids being very loud- and because of the amount of kids, the drinks i order online end up being delayed by a few minutes because of the hold up- id suggest a bigger building because waiting in line is very cramped even in the morning- and maybe add a drive thru for quicker service. Although i do enjoy your pastries and drinks very much, id like to work there, ive always wanted to work at a cafe but this location is.. To say the least.. Chaotic. The coffee shop in Granby I tried to go to was closed, so the next closest option was the Starbucks. This Starbucks is located right across the street from my favorite thrift shop, this is where I would be walking to after the Starbucks. The inside is small, with some seating right by the wall. They really should clean it up a bit. The floors were very filthy, the counters and the table tops. I got a Peppermint Mocha. It was ready quickly. It came is their traditional, colorful, holiday cup. There was whipped cream on top and some chocolate shavings, but no peppermint. I have been a bit spoiled by the local coffee brands like Giv, you can instantly taste the subpar in the Starbucks coffee. It was pretty watery. The flavor was there. This Starbucks was just ok. If you have a preferred drink, they would likely make it for you. I wouldn't likely return here again. read more

Everything could improve. It has turned in to a hang out for teenagers and no longer a coffee lounge where you can get some work done. They are jumping around, running, being loud. They are being kids but it's the wrong place for that behavior. They sit with one drink and there are six kids. Also it is so slow and the wait time is unacceptable when you walk In and don't order online plus you're lucky to get your drink made properly. I'm really not sure what is happening here. Poor management? The customer no longer matters? I now go to Simsbury or Agawam. read more

Definitely recommend finding this coffee shop. It appears active and well run with all the things you expect from a great Starbucks store. Drinks were coming out quick and efficiently and they were giving out samples of new drinks. Really great place to grab a drink and a bite. read more

Coffee, the love of my life. A simple pleasure I enjoy ever morning. To be fair, I mostly brew at home with a pour over using super fresh roasted beans from Guatemala. In a pinch SB works. So my review, I have never seen such agony in producing a cup of coffee. It seems every time I go to this SB, the staff of 6 are running around with no systems. This morning I mobile app in a grande dark roast black, proceeded to pick it up when I pulled out of the Starbucks the top fell off and it went all over my hand. The coffee was filled all the way to the top. Fortunately I have very tough skin from years of baking and Chefing and it did not burn me. But if this was a child or a elderly person the outcome could've been a lot worse. read more

Always solid, If you stay for work or meeting up with friends, refills onsite are still $.50 per black hot or iced coffee. Busy though. I'm not sure when Starbucks tuned into an after school hangout for kids in high school! I'm glad it's busy and it's something to do, but very loud and kind of a meeting spot for lots of young/disruptive people going to a cafe. read more

This is the most frustrating Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter how early you place your order ahead, you will stand and wait for your mobile order. All while watching those who come in and order at the counter leave with their items before you. There are 4-5 people working yet somehow a drip coffee takes sometimes more than 15 min! If this was a once in a while thing I wouldn't mind and today they made me late to my next destination. I understand it gets busy. But this happens regularly at this location and I hope this feedback helps them improve. read more

You know what you're getting when you go for some SBucks so no need to review the food or coffee - the good news is this one is hitting corporate standards with full marks. Great service always, order ahead is always ready on time, even when busy. Negative points for no drive thru and awkward parking, but that's likely on the Town of Granby. Ordered a beverage on the app. Waited 25 minutes for them to call me up with an empty cup. The person making my beverage informed they didn't have what they needed to make it. Truth, this particular store is always out of something which is poor management, and I often don't go there for this reason. Not the person making my beverage's fault. So they asked if I would like anything else, I said, "No thanks, I just want my money back." I was told I had to go the register, so I walked over. A very busy woman using the second register as her work station while there was a line tells me she'll be with me soon. The beverage maker leaves the empty cup as a resource for her. She continues filling in her stickers. No problem I have already stood here for a half an hour what's a few more minutes. She finally looks up from her stickers and asks me what was wrong with my drink. I informed her nothing was wrong except they did not have it. She then proceeds to try to refund me less money than I paid. I had to explain the cup is right there in front of you with exactly what I ordered so I would like the correct refund. She sighs and rolls her eyes. If anyone should be doing that it was me wasting my time and trying to steal my money. The customer service here is abysmal. read more

When we walked in it was nice but the moment we got in line we were surrounded by people. The staff was friendly, but there person who made my drink (a cookie crumble Frappuccino) was clearly new and it looked as if they had just thrown her in to the breakfast rush. The drink was overflowing and spilt over the edges. The label as I saw was taken of off the dirty cup she dripped on, and stuck onto a new cup. When I got the drink the lid was 2 sizes too big and was not even working. Overall I rate 4 stars go here if you want a good but messy drink. read more

I prefer Starbucks over most other coffee around here but I dislike coming to this particular one. A lot of the staff is rude. I have had my sleepy "medium" order corrected with a huffy "You mean grande?", as well as eye rolls when asking for adjustments to a straight up latte. The drink service is also slower than I am used to. The store is clean, which is nice, but that's the only redeeming quality. read more

It probably seems silly to write a review of a Starbucks, but I have to give a shout out for the outstanding customer service that I received here. I recently was stranded here while my car was being worked on, and started to worry because I had a web-x meeting to attend, and had left my headphones in the car (no headphones=no meeting). Out of desperation, I asked if anyone had left any headphones behind the counter that might be available for use. The barista (I didn't catch her name) did me one better and grabbed her personal headphones from her car for me! I'm pretty sure that's one for the record books. read more
