If the line for the drive thru is long, you won't be able to get into the parking lot to park. It's kind of a poor design and annoying when you want to walk in. This usually only happens in the morning so if you go later you mighty be safe. Staff isn't too bad. Some are friendly and some are grumpy but I think that's everywhere. No one here is super nice and out of this world memorable but they get the job done and try to go pretty quickly. It's on my way to work so when I don't feel like having Latte Lounge route, this is my stop. Not a ton of seating, some comfy seats to the left when you walk in and a few tables. Overall cleanliness is good, service could be improved with some friendly people and a better parking/drive thru situation. read more

This place hates baseball families... DO NOT GO! Give your money elsewhere. Went this morning, before we made it to Cooperstown (week 15), and was quite literally accosted by an employee, named Erin. I initially thought she was a patron. As she was leaving the entrance, she was spewing garbage out of her mouth to what I would assume a local patron in a car saying, "I hate these fing baseball people" "I can't wait till they leave". At that point I left it, I was looking at her completely puzzled. Then Erin said, "yeah you heard me." No one else was there except for ME walking with my 6 year old daughter. Yes, she then got a mouth full from me, and rightfully so. She jumped into a car, I thought it was over. Apparently, she was hand delivering food to someone in the parking lot even though the place was jammed packed. She stayed in the car for about 5 minutes. Then she walked back into Dunkin and walked around the counter. She was not wearing anything that showed she was an employee but obviously now at this point, I know she is. She didn't wash her hands, disgusting! She continued to say out loud, within the store, that she can't stand baseball teams and their families. Even though we are the ones who generate revenue to keep her employed! This is the first complaint, ERIN. I will be contacting ownership, customer relations, and headquarters on your behalf. Very disappointing experience. While waiting, I overheard the manager complaining and using profanity, saying the store should be drive-thru only and that employees should tell customers the blender was broken even though it wasn't. That was very unprofessional to hear. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, and the inside of the shop was noticeably dirty. I wanna start off by saying the doordash driver we had for this caused a big issue. One of the drinks ordered was out of stock and the other drink didn't have a flavoring in stock, the dasher asked if there was a reply she could get for the order and she simple left the dunkin and never asked. So one drink was never received and the other wasn't fixed. Now dunkin, it was even 10 in the morning before you started running out of things. Went in with my granddaughter. Waited for 15 minutes behind a gentleman then a lady came in behind me. We were all ignored by the 3 staff members. When asked if someone could take our order the staff member screamed that they were busy. Then preceded to yell incoherently at us, also threatened to call the police. On 11/08/2020 at 8:35am me and my husband went through the drive through to ask for some thing extremely simple. Carmal drizzle latte breve and chai latte breve. Can you believe the morning staff told us they can not steam half and half because it will break their coffee machine?! They honestly said making a breve will curdle the milk, break their machine and that no Dunkin Donuts will ever make a breve. If you do not know a breve is a latte using half and half. I have been a barista for 3 years, 1 year in a family owned cafe chain in Manhattan NY and 2 years in Starbucks in Yonkers NY. I have never heard of such incompetence and hope somebody trains the staff in this disappointing location. If you want an experienced staff, go to the Dunkin in Walmart. Today was my first and last visit to this location. The shop had no people when I walked in so I thought it would be easy to get served. All I wanted was a small black coffee, easy right? The two staff behind the counter could barely take their eyes off their phones, and they clearly indicated I was interrupting their conversation. I've never written a bad review in my life, but holy smokes this place is awful. Not only is it nearly impossible to coordinate the parking lot (not the fault of the employees), but the drive through is impossible to hear and they will literally only allow one car to pull through at a time. I have had countless wrong orders from this place, but today was the kicker when they mistook my order. I asked them to repeat it to me, received attitude before having it repeated to me, was given the wrong order and then the window shut and the employee turned her back and wouldn't return to the window despite us sitting there. This is probably the 10th time something like this has happened. On top of that there were employees screaming "you can't handle me" inside the line. If you're looking for a shit show, here you are. In other news, the Dunkin on Main Street might not have a drive thru, but it has really great, consistent service. read more

This place is not only slow but the manager complains about doing her job in front of customers and staff during busy mornings. I ordered standard coffee and munchkins waited over 15 minutes for this routine order. When I asked how much longer I was told to wait they are busy. I had to leave as I had some place to be. I emailed corporate for my money back as I paid on the app and was told wait 2 business days. That is reasonable. 2 weeks later no response I emailed again. Was told to wait an additional 2 days. The owner of the Main st location emailed me and told me to go to their location and they will give me my coffee and munchkins. 3 weeks later. When I said that is not convenient fit me I live 5 hours away and was up there for baseball. I would prefer to have my money back. The response was "Sorry this doesn't work for you". WHAT??? Vanessa is who I received the email from a gmail address. Never had this been about the money (16.00). But really DD that's how you treat loyal customers? I went back to corporate and still no response. I also emailed their press email so I wouldn't have to go this route. But again, no response. Stay far away from this and the Main Street location. I am no longer a supporter of Dunkin Donuts. I will support the smaller mom and pop coffee shops and pay more. I suggest you do the same. read more

For the past couple year, I've been stopping in to DD for the occasional coffee and/or bagel because it is near my place of employment. The service has been below average always, but I reckon the folks behind the counter aren't paid a whole lot to give a crap about the way they present themselves at their j-o-b and apparently, they may not care to better their situations from what I can gather...that's neither here nor there. Today's service trumped it all! As I stood in line, the disheveled hairy employee began a conversation with the disheveled hairy customer ahead of me. For nearly 5 minutes, I witnessed the employee (that was done serving the hairy man) pull up his sleeves to show off his new tattoo work. And then show off his old tattoo work. And then discuss further tattoos that he plans on getting...I stood there in awe. REALLY!!? I have no problems with tattoos, but I have a big problem with bad customer service. In that five minutes of being annoyed, I had time to notice just how unkempt most of the employees were...then I grossed myself out...so I walked out. As I approached my car, the hairy man exited the side door that is about 15 feet and in plain sight of the main door (was apparently done with his work as the ambassador of tattoo art). He met up with 2 more co-workers to indulge in smoking their cigarettes...puffing away, practically at the entrance, with the hairy face and the cigarette fingers, and scabs from his new tattoos ready to fall into someone's coffee. Never had Dunkin Donuts until my trip back east. I'm not sure how they do it but they make my coffee perfect. This place was clean and had good seating. The staff seems to get along. I'd give it another star if I hadn't seen one of the employees pregnant and smoking right in front of the building. This turned my appetite and kind of depressed me. I prefer the DD on Main st, but when I absolutely have to go here I do. I usually go thru the drive thru and that can take FOREVER! Depending on who's working, the customer service isn't too great. They either don't know how to talk to people, or they have an attitude for no reason. They also don't make a great cup of coffee or iced coffee. Mediocre customer service. Ordered a dozen donuts and the employee seemed agitated when we asked her how many more we could choose. Not only that but I ordered a medium iced coffee w/French vanilla and was very disappointed in the outcome. I recently had a very good experience with a DD in Washington DC, the coffee was perfect and prepared exactly how I expected. At this location, however, the French vanilla flavor was nonexistent and the sugar was all at the bottom, left for me to mix in myself. As compared to D.C., this visit was a let down. read more
