Iced Coffee (half-calf), 7 Pumpkin , 3 cream, light Ice.

I came in to the Dunkin' on Main Street on Wednesday morning at around 0730. For Starters, the people were very nice, however some did curse just a little bit. I placed my order in Store, as a Walk In. I ordered a Pumpkin Latte and. A Pumpkin Muffin. There was about 12 people in the store waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. Mobile Orders kept being done and Doordash orders... I figured since Morning Coffee was supposed to be fast as a walk in, and that I would be in and out in less than 5 minutes... I waited about 25 minutes before saying something, and I didn't want to say anything because I knew they were busy. I ended up asking them if they had an order for a Pumpkin Latte back there. They told me they are doing mobile orders, and that they are "sorry because they only have 1 person working on Walk In Orders..." I waited another 8 minutes before saying something again. They said that they would Refund my Muffin. They also told me they were really sorry. They accidentally made me a Iced Latte instead of the Hot one I originally ordered. so they let me keep the old one. And they also REMADE THE LATTE the right way! The Shift Supervisor, (I think her name was Court.) made things right and she made my coffee within30 seconds. She also told me to come back tomorrow for a Free Coffee. I came back Thursday and got My Iced half calf pumpkin Coffee within 1 minute of my arrival. The reason WHY I ranked it 4 stars, even though the Long wait time, was because they felt bad. And they apologized to the customer and everyone admitted fault. And I like a Business that takes Responsibility and Accountability when things aren't Perfect. There Human too, and they did everything they could to make it right. So thank you to the people who made it right.

The food is really good and they serve breakfast all day long and that is what most of is got. My Hungry Man Dish was a good one with pancakes, couple of eggs, ham, sausage, bacon and potatoes. It is hard to find Coke products here in New York! Service was pretty good as well. We had to find our waitress to get our refills a couple times. When I got home, I was sad to see that the wings had barely any sauce, as for the pizza the cheese did not go up all the way on the slices nor was the pizza fully cooked through. It was still very doughy. Upon calling the manager she was quite nasty she said "I think you should go to 23 West and I hope they fuck your order up." Very unprofessional. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Wings and pizza don't order from here. Don't expect to be treated as a paying patron.

I walk in, the place looks nice and clean and they had a couple little racks of pastries and slices of pie and this other rack full of donuts. Not just plain donuts, but some cool specialty donuts. So I figure who doesn't like a decent donut? I grabbed a six pack. While there I was talking to the girl behind the counter and I asked if they could make a key lime pie. (Doesn't look like the kind of place that would be able to pull it off but the sign out front does say bakery.) . She took down my name and number and said the owners would give me a call tomorrow to discuss it. So far my wife and I have only had a couple of the donuts that I bought however they were very good. I would place them definitely in front of Dunkin donuts because in my opinion those taste more like cake, but not quite as good as Krispy Kreme. Not that that's a bad thing because who wants to drive to Pennsylvania for a donut? (Well okay I kind of do but I'm in that area anyways from time to time) I am planning on stopping back here at least one more time this month as one of the donuts in the selection was a peanut butter and jelly. Doesn't sound very good to say it out loud however the girl behind the counter said they're actually pretty good and my wife kind of seems interested in trying it because well it is rather different.

This usually only happens in the morning so if you go later you mighty be safe. Staff isn't too bad. Some are friendly and some are grumpy but I think that's everywhere. No one here is super nice and out of this world memorable but they get the job done and try to go pretty quickly. It's on my way to work so when I don't feel like having Latte Lounge route, this is my stop. Not a ton of seating, some comfy seats to the left when you walk in and a few tables. Overall cleanliness is good, service could be improved with some friendly people and a better parking/drive thru situation.

Give your money elsewhere…read more Went this morning, before we made it to Cooperstown (week 15), and was quite literally accosted by an employee, named Erin. I initially thought she was a patron. As she was leaving the entrance, she was spewing garbage out of her mouth to what I would assume a local patron in a car saying, "I hate these fing baseball people" "I can't wait till they leave". At that point I left it, I was looking at her completely puzzled. Then Erin said, "yeah you heard me." No one else was there except for ME walking with my 6 year old daughter. Yes, she then got a mouth full from me, and rightfully so. She jumped into a car, I thought it was over. Apparently, she was hand delivering food to someone in the parking lot even though the place was jammed packed. She stayed in the car for about 5 minutes. Then she walked back into Dunkin and walked around the counter. She was not wearing anything that showed she was an employee but obviously now at this point, I know she is. She didn't wash her hands, disgusting! She continued to say out loud, within the store, that she can't stand baseball teams and their families. Even though we are the ones who generate revenue to keep her employed! This is the first complaint, ERIN. I will be contacting ownership, customer relations, and headquarters on your behalf. I hope YOU have the day you deserve!

The store had lots of their local items to purchase. I picked up a pumpkin mix, sweet vadalia onion dressing. My husband and I got wine slushies (strawberry bliss & apple raspberry both delicious). We went outside and grab lunch ( Ray's brother BBQ didn't open until 4p). My husband got Jamaica jerk chicken sandwich and I got the hot pot roast with horseradish sauce. We made it a meal and upgraded to mac n cheese, drink and slice pie of choice( apple or strawberry rhubarb). The food was surprisingly good, my husband enjoyed his sandwich and my pot roast was flavorful before I put the horseradish on it. The Mac n cheese was good, made with their Mill-Aged, Extra-Sharp NYS Cheddar. Overall it was a decent find, not too much in the area. The store is worth it to stop in.

As frequent visitors, we want to unconditionally love Frog Pond Farms, because it's clearly a LOT…read moreof work to offer what they do and we respect that kind of hard work. When our daughters were toddlers, they could spend all day looking at the animals while we browsed through the enormous quantities of plants and produce. But we can't continue to ignore the "cons". The parking lot looks like it's been bombed, and - as other reviews have noted - it's not exactly the safest place when you consider lots of children running around. Visitors must be extra vigilant and patient when pulling in and finding a place to park. On busy days, the one long narrow strip of parking spots can be a challenge. The far end of the business where chicks, ducks, and bunnies are sold is incredibly fly infested. Fly paper rolls could go a long way in making it more tolerable. I'm not sure if the horrid conditions in some of the cages impacts the health of the birds, but I can tell you we purchased 5 silkie chicks a couple of weeks ago, and two of them died within days, and a third is showing signs of distress. This is not the first time we've had this experience with animals we've purchased there - sick animals, inaccurate sexing. We have stopped considering Frog Pond as our "go-to" place when we want to add to our flocks. The flies are also a problem in the fruits and vegetables. I was browsing the display of berries and grapes and completely rejected any notion of buying them with the quantity of flies that were landing on them. I don't know if there's a solution to that, being that it's - in effect - an outdoor farm stand. Look, there's a lot that's amazing and wonderful and unique about Frog Pond. The work they put in to stocking it, the amazing math wizard at the register who adds everything up in his head just like his dad did, etc. The place has gotten a LOT bigger since we first discovered it and that growth may be working against them. Other reviewers have stated much of the produce is trucked in from outside the area, and not grown locally. Not sure if that matters to most people, but the place does give the "vibe" that it's a local source farm stand that offers plentiful heaps of whatever's in season. The prices are quite a bit higher than what you'd pay for similar items in local grocery stores, but again - we understand the overhead must be pretty substantial for Frog Pond. If you have children - especially little ones - they'll see the place as Disney. When the magic wears off, though, and you start noticing how many greenbacks you're handing over when you go, you start to consciously reflect on whether it's worth the trip out there.
