As she was leaving the entrance, she was spewing garbage out of her mouth to what I would assume a local patron in a car saying, "I hate these fing baseball people" "I can't wait till they leave". At that point I left it, I was looking at her completely puzzled. Then Erin said, "yeah you heard me." No one else was there except for ME walking with my 6 year old daughter. Yes, she then got a mouth full from me, and rightfully so. She jumped into a car, I thought it was over. Apparently, she was hand delivering food to someone in the parking lot even though the place was jammed packed. She stayed in the car for about 5 minutes. Then she walked back into Dunkin and walked around the counter. She was not wearing anything that showed she was an employee but obviously now at this point, I know she is. She didn't wash her hands, disgusting! She continued to say out loud, within the store, that she can't stand baseball teams and their families. Even though we are the ones who generate revenue to keep her employed! This is the first complaint, ERIN. I will be contacting ownership, customer relations, and headquarters on your behalf.
