This is the most incompetent Dunkin Donuts in the world! I place a mobile app for hashbrowns, a donut, and two drinks. Immediately as I walk in the door I am given my hashbrowns then 10 minutes later I am still there waiting on my drinks and donut. The girl working the mobile orders calls me the wrong name, I tell her no that is not my name and give her my name. Then I wait 5 more minutes as walk in customer after walk in customer is rung up and served where my drinks were. I am then told that I placed an order for the drive thru...I have 6000 rewards points from Dunkin, I know how to place a mobile order. Regardless, how was I given one item of the order and none of the others?? I'm inside right???? I ended up leaving without what I paid for because now I was late for work! I got a large black iced coffee and 2 english muffins with egg and cheese for $3 (special) - one for now, one for later. Luckily i was home from work today and missed their morning rush, the new location is HUGE, the biggest Dunkin I have ever seen, right in the neighborhood. Horrible service. We ordered an ice macchiato with less ice and an extra shot of espresso and when we got it. It was mostly filled with milk. When I went in to say something I was screamed at and told that I shouldn't complain because it was a "free drink" ( we had used our points to purchase it, the points built up from previous purchases. This particular Dunkin is my favorite in the area... super clean, and usually pretty quick in both the Drive-Thru or inside. Here's the skinny: Fast... most of the time. The place is clean and kinda inviting. Good customer service. Tasty sandwiches. Here's the fat: Like ALL coffee stops, this place is ridiculous in the morning, cars lined up to the street(granted it's a small lot). But, they do a fair job at getting people on their way it seems. I usually just go inside since I work really close and don't see wasting gas to walk a half block. Ordering from inside is easy and a bit faster that the drive-thru in the morning. This is a very good Dunkin. Almost every-time I go they give me an extra donut. (It usually is around 9pm) but they are 24 hours and they never need to give out extra donuts. The customer service is lacking slightly. The younger people there are usually nicer. It seems to be just a disconnect between everyone. They usually move their lines fast. The inside is very clean. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the past few years. Lately, I have noticed that the quality of the food has declined quite a bit. I usually order the bacon and cheese sandwich on a plain toasted bagel with hash browns. The hash browns are not cooked and sometimes they are borderline raw. The bagel is not "toasted" but merely warmed up in a microwave and the bacon is also undercooked. The coffee is still good but that's about it. Manager is very rude and has no customer service skills. The Chicago bulls and White Sox offers promotions for free coffees sometimes and I have coupons that I use often, sometimes once every day and the manager told me I can no longer use my coupons. She Implied that I was scamming the system. But, I was simply just using the coupons that I have gained through their promotion. I consistently go to this location because it was on my route to work so I stop there and use a coupon to get myself a coffee in the morning. Not only was I using a coupon once a day I was also buying a breakfast sandwich along with that, so I was still spending money at that location, but she interrupted my transaction to tell me I could no longer use my coupons in the future only because she thinks that it's not fair to her even though they are completely valid coupons. Donuts are delivered at midnight, it is now 5:00 pm ordered 1/2 dozen donuts for 5.99 I ate one donut (stale) friend took one bite of his donut(stale) we complained to manager and they argued with us after minutes of complaining they finally refunded the 5.99. This is not the only Dunkin that is doing this. They are not the same quality now as they were years ago when they made the donuts in house. They sit on the shelf all day and you pay the same price as fresh at midnight as 18 hours later and stale. A female employee ordered my transaction and I have told her I wanted a 2 scoop of ice cream of Heath. Three minutes later, she gave me a black walnut double scoop ice cream. I told her politely to give me the right order of Heath please. She immediately raised her voice and started arguing with me. I'm just standing there and stated, "Look, I am not going to argue with you, I just want the right order." She smirks and told me I will have to wait a few minutes so they can switch something out. Drive thru line is always backed up onto Harlem and It. Is. Slow. I tried going inside this morning instead of waiting in the drive thru and the line inside was even longer. I just went through The drive-through after I got done going to Fullers car wash, To get my wife a bagel with cream cheese and an order of hashbrowns. I got to the lady on speaker and gave her my order. She asked me twice about whether I wanted a coffee or not, and the second time with a tone that was more like "you don't want a coffee, idiot?" She then told me to pull through without giving me a price. No worries, it's happened at other places as well. Maybe I'm just looking into the order-taking too much. I then go up to the window, the girl takes my money, without a hello, without telling me my price, without barely looking me in the eye. Gives me my order and turns around without a goodbye, later "sucker", or anything. On the up side, the order was right, but I felt like I was just another cow coming through the gates to get milked.
