Horrible place run by kids....ordered a large cappacino grabbed the cup and almost dropped it it was so light opened to see my $6 was half empty. My complaint is that kid lifted that cup and didnt question why it felt empty, horrible customer service only to habe tje kid manager say it happens with the foam whats the problem we remade it. Get my donuts and it's a chocolate mess in my bag. They gave me chocolate long John instead of vanilla, and it was facing down in the bag so all the frosting is on the bottom of the bag. It's common sense how to put product in a bag and obviously it wasn't used. And why did they get rid of Coke and have a Pepsi product yuck. read more

Hoped for a better experience after the location change/remodel. The store isn't inviting to sit and have a cup in compared to other locations. Even worse, its always disgustingly dirty. What is going on with Dunkin Donuts? Are they trying to put themselves out of Business? In a few weeks time I have visited 4 dunkin donuts, 3 in orland, and 1 in Tinley all early around 8-8:30 am and every donut I bought was stale!!! So stale and dry that as soon as you bite into it, its hard and crumbled, its disgusting. VERY DISSAPOINTING. They taste old. I was a loyal DD customer until now. I was early for my doctor's appointment so I decided to stop in at this locations since it was on the way. I have not stopped here in the past and will never stop again. Six employees, 3 just goofing around while I was waiting to give my order, 2 not doing anything and 1 working. The table tops were dirty and the floor was littered. Stopped on my way to the ball fields across the street. I didn't realize they closed at 7pm, they still took my order and I was out quickly. A lot of places would have just yelled we're closed, but they didn't and I appreciate that. I still didn't realize they were closing until the lights went out as I got into my car. Even if you are a regular and come multiple times a week like I do, they still are rude to you- especially the manager who is always saying things in the back and to other workers and laughing like we can't hear her. Some workers are always so nice, others never are and always get your order wrong. Every time I go I get the same thing and the drink I order is different every single time. They said they fixed my drink but it is exactly the same. Sometimes my drink is dark and tastes like raspberry, days like today it's green and there's literally no raspberry in it. I wish I can give this DD more stars. It has been part of our neighborhood for many years and not once did i have a issue. This morning though my child went on for two coffees but only received one. When he asked for it after waiting a few minutes the rude, assuming, trashy manager tells him if you don't have a receipt it doesn't mean you're getting a free drink! So I went in and confronted her and she said "well does he have a receipt?" No they never give away receipts unless they're requested. I told her we have no need to get a free drink and not to assume every kid that goes through there is trying to pull a fast one for a coffee. Her diminor was so trashy and aggressive. Super unprofessional, I want to know why she even has her job when its clear she blames customers for trying to get free coffee and talk like she's ready to fight. She didn't even question the employees my son had to repeat the order and still didn't get it. As I left I told her to watch what she says cause I can call corporate. She was a smart a$$ and said "have a good day" I said screw you! If this happens to you please call corporate to complain. She's the taller, bigger manager. Every time I go to this Dunkin I swear it's the best coffee I've ever had. I never have a problem with getting my order right and you can tell they keep the machines clean because of the quality of the taste. I have been coming to this specific location for years and 95% of the time I am completely satisfied. Have some issues once in a while with my order but they always make it right when it's brought to their attention. They are one of the locations around this specific area where the lines move rather quickly in the morning and someone is always doing something behind the counter to get everyone taken care of. My favorite Dunkin to go to! I work in the same plaza so I have became quite the regular at this location. Store is always clean, which really makes a difference in my eyes. The coffees taste is consistent unlike some locations where it tastes different every time (too sweet, not sweet enough, etc). Staff is very friendly and quick. The store is always very cool too! I always experience a weird vibe coming here. Maybe it's because of the old white men who occupy all the seats constantly staring at me, or the miserable rude staff who don't care for my business, or maybe the regulars just don't want minorities to frequent this dunkin. I don't know. But anyhow I ordered one large coffee and there were nothing but coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup. The wait time was terrible despite counting 7 employees working. Not to mention the swarm of bee's flying around. Waiting in line here is a bee sting waiting to happen I swearta god. While standing in line I observed one of the coworkers rubbing her nose and scratching her mouth repeatedly and then proceeded on preparing customer orders. So I was tasked to get drinks for two of my family members, both whom have high expectations and both whom preferred their coffees at Dunkin Donuts. I go to this one specifically, since it was actually closer to the house instead of the one they usually went to. Right when I got to entrance, I see 3 teenagers and a middle aged lady working. Coming up to the cashier, I get this nasty look from the older lady and she spits out "Can I help you?" I give her the order, which was 2 medium hot carnal cappachinos. I made sure to emphasis the order just so there would be no mixup. Getting my drink back, one of the teenaged workers accidentally poured the medium into a large cup. I was fine with this and thought no more of it as I left the establishment. Getting home, my relatives greet me before eagerly taking a swig of their coffee. Their faces drop immediately. Apparently, one coffee had the caramel, but was cold instead of hot, and the other was hot but completely void of the flavor! So they basically completely messed up my order. Plus the fact that the drinks were expensive added more salt to the issue. I mean really, $3.94 for each botched up order???? I am never going to that location again. read more

The Dunkin' Donuts store at 171st & 80th Avenue in Tinley Park has numerous shortcomings that lead me to conclude that it one of the worst of the Dunkin' Donuts stores I have visited. All the things I have listed below occur repeatedly and are not just occasional problems: 1) the same person handling the money also is handling the food, a poor practice, even if they are using tissues for the food. 2) waste receptacles are routinely running over, both inside and outside the store, with trash blowing all over the strip mall parking lot. 3) mounds of change are routinely piled on the counter while loading the change machines, on the same surface where the food is placed, and the person handling the change then handles the food without washing their hands. 4) even when the line is very long and out the door, only one of the two registers is usually used at any given time. 6) frequently, later in the day, the coffee has boiled down and is stale, obviously hours old. 7) restroom is not kept clean and neither is the store in general. I visit a DD store, on average, 6-7 times per week. This store is convenient (only two blocks away), but I'm starting to choose to drive across town to the one at 155th & Harlem in Orland Park. It's far cleaner and far more efficient. read more
