Went there on a Friday morning around 9:30am and the drive-thru line was around the parking lot. Not sure whether to attribute to it being the morning rush, or the speed of the service inside, or a combination of both. I'm sorry, but I come here because there are no other options in lake Nona right now. I would say out of every 5 orders I place - 3 are incorrect. Yesterday the girl repeated my order and when I drank it (20 min later) it was filled with sugar! Another time I almost burned my tongue off drinking my cappuccino. Yes coffee is hot, But I always wait 15-20 minutes to drink my coffee because I don't like it scalding hot (maybe I'm weird). My husband, ex Starbucks manager, said they must have scalded the milk. I give them 2 stars because they do a lot for the community, but I really don't want to play Russian roulette every time I make an order. I would like to know I am going to get what I paid for. Right now, every time I go there I heave a huge sigh. I figure a review might get things back on track. The coffee is great when they get it right, so work on communication between staff! read more

This place is always busy and it seems like they are 1 or 2 employees short for the amount of business they do. I feel bad for the employees who are constantly running in circles. It has a drive through. 4 or 5 tables outside but no shade. Half price drinks between 2 and 4PM. Nice and clean bathrooms. I can't wait for Starbucks to open down the street! I waited 15 minutes after ordering (which was a whole mess in itself) just for a small latte. I was hesitant to stop anyways, but this will keep me from going back. After 5 minutes they told me the espresso machine broke, then they said they fixed it, and then I waited another 10 minutes waiting for them to make my drink. This place is one of the worse Dunkin Donut customer service experience. The workers there either lack training or just snobby. I've lived in this area for 10 years and every single time I go here, it's something with the food quality, or snappy snobby workers. I've always had to be sent to the drive tru parking area and never get what I asked for. This place need some better management to motivate the employees a bit more. They are very friendly here. My only complaint is that it doesn't have much seating if you have a party larger than 2.

I usually get great service at this Dunkin Donuts. Just a point to make about the restrooms and drive through ordering. If you need to change your child's diaper you won't find a place to do it in the store. If it's raining, you are better off going inside. So I've never written a review for a fast food place before because I recognize that bad service and occasional mishaps are part of the American fast food culture. But... this place is beyond bad service and occasional mishaps and I really do believe it's management's fault. Every time you go there's somebody different in charge and you can tell they're just making stuff up as they go and don't communicate it to other team leaders or those in management. I decided to try mobile order once and when I went they told me they were out of the sandwich I had ordered and gave me options with meat in them even though what I had ordered was meatless. I asked if I could just get a refund and they said no, they can fill out a paper slip with my order and my name and I can come back and get it for free along with an iced matcha latte. Sounds great, no problem (the guy helping me out was a mess though and got the rest of my order wrong that day while management was just rolling their eyes). A few weeks later I go to claim my free food and the manager on duty had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. They ended up giving me what I asked for for free but you can tell they thought I was just trying to get free stuff. Quite frustrating due to the fact that this was all the fault of their terrible management and lack of training of their staff (also how the hell can I order something on the app that they're apparently out of). Then today I go and order a matcha latte and the girl repeats the order to me correctly, yet when I get to the window they're about to hand me a coffee. She rushes to make my matcha latte and it tasted horrible. Absolutely no signs of matcha and it tasted like what I can only assume was expired almond milk (I didn't even order it with almond milk because I know the one Dunkin' uses is absolutely terrible). This is all just along with numerous negative experiences. Again, I recognize that this is a fast food place so our expectations are lowered but this is just unacceptable. So many people go to this Dunkin' multiple times per week just to have their orders routinely messed up and when we bring it up to management we're treated as if we just want free food. I really don't think it's the staff's fault at all as much as it is management's and it's quite disappointing that if I ever get a Dunkin craving I'll have to drive over 10 minutes just to experience service that's slightly better than this. read more

First of all let it be known I rarely complain but I have given this place so many chances. Secondly they charge me 90 cents more for my tea then any other DD. My tea is never right it usually isn't filled to the top then if it is it taste like water. I just do not understand why they can't get it right I will not be back. read more

I've been here many times. What keeps me coming back is this crew makes the best bagels in Orlando. Outstanding! The problem is that often they will not sell me the bagels. For example, I want a dozen plain bagels. They have 14 ready to sell. However, they might say "we cannot sell you a dozen bagels, we can only sell six ( it's always different depending on the person you talk with). Are the remaining eight called for or reserved? No. Then why can't I buy the 12 I want. Answer..... We might have some other person who wants a plain bagel. Ok, but I am your customer now. I want a dozen. If someone comes in later they can chose one of the remaining plain bagels or another type. It's such a ridiculous policy without specific rules. Each time it's a different person with different rules. The whole thing is ridiculous. Keep it simple. Sell the damn bagels to the client in front of you with money. Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever experienced. First time I went there waited over 30 mins for a simple order. Decided to give it another try, but the second time was no better. My wife has been here a couple of times and problems as well. Not only is the service bad but the food tastes different than other dunkins. Bad, poor customer service by the manager and staff. I got a dozen of donuts and they were hard as a rock, oily and greasy donuts that I had to bring them back. They were not fresh and it tasted like it was old donuts. The manager Susan was rude to the point that she first looked at them and told me I did not get them there. She took and broke a few of the donuts in half and said that they do not make the lemon flavors here. I told her I got them here and "yes" they do have the vanilla donuts and the inside was not lemon cream filled as she claimed. She would not do anything about it and asked for a receipt which I did not take since it was only a few dollars. I did not think that I had to bring them back. I asked for the corporate number and she told me to find it in the website. I asked for the store number and address and she started to get agitated. She pushed the box back to me and walked away. I walked out and threw away the rest of the donuts inside the store.She was rude, impolite and loud. Very bad experience with this store. It has happened a few other times with poor customer Service and I overlooked but this one I had to deal with a manager who was not friendly and rude! read more
