I got a frozen drink when I should have gotten a hot one. And it didn't even have any caramel brulee syrup in it. My daughter asked for a grande hot peppermint mocha. The girl gave her a tall and then said we ordered a tall one. It said grande on the screen when we ordered it. She went to "fix" it and then proceeded to give my daughter a grande hot mocha coffee, no peppermint whatsoever. I'm not sure who this place is hiring, like if it's teenagers or what. But they don't listen to customers. On Google this location has an abysmally low rating. So it isn't just our experience. Bad service seems to be the norm there. Also, they have no selection of cups for sale. I needed cups for Christmas gifts and had to shop at the ones in Moody and Trussville. This would be a great location to open a functional coffee shop.
