She went to "fix" it and then proceeded to give my daughter a grande hot mocha coffee, no peppermint whatsoever. I'm not sure who this place is hiring, like if it's teenagers or what. But they don't listen to customers. On Google this location has an abysmally low rating. So it isn't just our experience. Bad service seems to be the norm there.
