Been awhile since I last reviewed this Dunkin, but I feel an update is in order. Whatever happened to customer service?! What used to be a pleasant interaction with the Dunkin staff has now turned into a purely transactional affair. This new iteration of employees do not mince words and dispense with all pleasantries when taking orders. Almost as if my coming through the drive through is disrupting them. Although this may be a small complaint on my part, there seems to be a common theme with this particular location. Having visited many Dunkin locations, I know what friendly service is and I also know when I feel like I am bugging the workers with my business and my order. I will continue to go to this Dunkin to get my coffee, but maybe not as much as I once did. read more

Mobile Order #245 If I could give the service here a 0, I would. I'm truly heartbroken by how I was treated at the drive-thru this morning. I come to Dunkin' for ease and a quick start to my day. My kids love the Munchkins, and we go there as a little treat. I always make an order through the app and pick it up in the drive-thru simply for convenience, being that I have two small children in the car with me. If you aren't familiar with the Oxford drive-through, it is typically backed up and blocking traffic or parking spaces. I have witnessed dozens of cars skip the speaker and go straight to the window just to quickly pick up their mobile order and be on their way. Today, I was appalled at the employee's unprofessional instruction to go through the line again because I "can't do that". I asked for an explanation because I have done this for 6+ months now, and my order was already paid for and sitting right behind her. She could have simply said, "I will do it this time, but please go through the line in the future," or "We are trying to discourage people from doing this," and I would have understood. It took her longer to argue with me than it would have taken to hand me my order. Her behavior was completely uncalled for. I've never felt so disrespected by a fast-food employee. Since she would not give it to me, I got both of my kids out of the car and went inside to get my order. I asked to speak with a manager, but there was not one there, so I spoke to the shift lead. She was unamused and did not know the employee's name working the drive-through. Which is another problem within itself. Working in the Customer Service industry myself, I would never want an employee with this behavior to be the face of my store. As a frontline employee, her unprofessionalism completely tarnishes the customer experience and reputation. This experience was incredibly upsetting and disheartening. As a mom of two children who relies on convenience, Dunkin will no longer be the place I go to. That not only breaks my heart, but my children's as well. read more

Disappointing. We stopped in for a donut and coffee in mid-afternoon. The donuts were Okay - not great. The coffee was a joke. I asked for two coffees with sugar, one with regular milk, the other with extra milk. I got one black coffee and one with extra milk. No sugar in either. The place looked disorganized. I usually come early in the morning (like before 7 am) and they are great. However, any other time of day they are extremely slow. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, did a mobile order because I have an infant in the car, and haven't yet gotten to the kiosk to order. If there was a way to cancel my order in the app, I would. I will not be returning any time other than 6 am. read more

Although I understand that this location gets very busy, there is no excuse to be treated the way we were while at the drive thru. The woman working the window was extremely confrontational and disrespectful after we waited for over 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker. She handed us our drinks very aggressively & then told us our food wasn't ready and said "go park in front of the dumpster" & SLAMMED the window. 5 minutes later another worker came and delivered our food at the dumpster. We saw the people behind us get screamed at as well. Unacceptable and we will not be coming back. Hope something is done about conducting a more professional manner. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is relatively new to Oxford. It has been open only a few months. Last week, I stopped by at around 12:30. The donuts were great. My order was perfect. Yesterday, I stopped by at 9:00 AM. The donuts were awful. They had to be day old, at least. Not only were they stale, but my order was wrong. I asked for four glazed. There were four cake donuts with almost no glaze on them. I asked for two vanilla cream stuffed donuts and two Bavarian cream stuffed donuts. I got the two vanilla cream, but instead of the Bavarian cream, I was given two bull's eye donuts with vanilla cream filling. My husband was disappointed, as well. He even stuck the donuts in the microwave for a few seconds. This will usually help with the stale taste. Not this time. If I lived in Oxford, I would have driven back to Dunkin' Donuts and issued a complaint, but I live in Water Valley, and was not driving back to Oxford to complain. It is a shame. The donuts went into the trash along with the money that I spent on them. read more
