This location is alright. Do not wind up at this location often. These folks are alright.

I go here a lot because it has such a convenient location, and 8/10 times the blonde girl with the short hair and lip piercings is working- SHES A DOLL! Literally am writing this review just for her. I hit this location all the time because its close, at first I was very disapointed but they are getting better! Sometimes I have to wait before they answer the speaker but I will wait with out being mad about it because they ALWAYS yes i cant belive it myself ALWAYS get my order right. I give them 5 starts because this is the only location Ive gone to that stirs my large ice coffee, you cant do it driving with out making a mess and I have a long drive. Not the friendliest group of staff that I've seen compared to most other Dunkin' Donuts . My biggest complaint is my order of hash browns . My small bag was barely filled . There were about 5 hash browns in the bag. It was slow day , only a few people . I waited 5 minutes at the window for them to forget about me. All I ordered was munchkins and they took 5 minutes to bring them out. I wasn't really upset about that what made me furious is that the boy who brought them to me didn't even apologise for the wait, he threw the munchkins in an old paper bag and they were so stale and hard. Unprofessional customer service. I repeated my order because the person taking the order in the drive through had it incorrect. I repeated the correct order. They remarked "that's what I said..." when she was incorrect. This happened at 12:14 on 9-8-2020. I clearly said my order multiple times and received unprofessional and unacceptable attitude from the "manager on duty" also. Then once I brought the issue to attention of the person at the pickup window, they argued with me that I was wrong and the employees clearly laughed at me. There are thousands of DD's around and I am not talking about those found at gentlemen clubs or even my ex-girlfriends bust size either but instead good old Dunkin Donuts. I wasn't planning on writing a review for a chain coffee shop but this one in particular kept me coming back and was so impressed at the level of service, consistency and quick turnaround times that I wanted to give a shout out to the morning crew at this joint. They're a well oiled machine and on top of their game which says allot considering most of the employees I've come across at any chain establishment tend to dislike their work and due to their poor choices they have made in their lives they tend to take it out on those that they are serving. I must pass at least half a dozen other Dunkin's down Harlem Ave during my morning work commute but none of those can match the speed, friendliness and GPS like precision like this one. Sometimes the drive through line is as big as those DD's from my ex-girlfriend, but don't be alarmed, it goes quick and without a hitch or just like my sex life. So for those ladies behind the curtain making my morning that much better, kudos to you and keep up the great job you do. read more

I must have bad luck or they just don't like me But I've come here 3 times and they've ruined my DD experience all 3 times!!!! 1st time i asked for dark roast with sugar (which i drink religiously), they sold me regular roast; honest mistake...maybe? 2nd time dark roast with sugar got dark roast NO SUGAR ! 3rd time and positively the LAST TIME I GO THERE i went there at 3:00 pm on 08/31/16 asked for a large COLD BREW (WHICH I FELL IN LOVE WITH SINCE IT'S INTRODUCTION) pull up to the window and the server tells me one iced coffee $1.09 (didn't no they run a special after 2pm for ICED COFFEE!!!!!!) Then the lady in the back tells him no that's a COLD BREW fine that's what i wanted $3.40 thank you...NOT! they gave me a bitter tasting iced coffee which i hate their regular roast i only drink dark roast smoother taste or this new cold brew also smooth tasting i called them and the lady tells me I'm drinking a cold brew LIE!!!!! This is literally the best Dunkin in the area. I live in hickory hills and there's three Dunkins close by but I go out of my way for this one. They always have everything! Donuts, ice cream, bagels, everything. The guy there is amazing and he always has a smile on his face. I will always love this Dunkin over the rest of them. I have been coming to this location for years, since it opened. There was some miscommunication regarding a special on a hot medium coffee while the Bears are playing. The lady working was a little rude, but I didn't let it bother me. Everyone has a bad day. I figured out the issue to receive the special and she gave me my coffee and shut the drive though glass. I did not receive a receipt. I tapped on the window and asked for a receipt. She then lost her mind. She said that I had not requested one and I started to explain that usually they offer it so I didn't get the chance to ask for it. She started calling me stupid, told me she was going to call the police! I was in such shock told her to go ahead and call and I asked for a manager. I'm quite proud of myself for not losing it on this lady. She then started dropping the F bomb and stated that she was the manager. I drove away. I emailed DD corporate. DD or the franchise owner needs to find out what is wrong with Amanda R. You can't treat customers like that, especially when not even provoked! Friendly staff. But a 80% of my visits here, coffee is weak. Tastes like reused filtered watered down coffee, and There is always people blocking the exit because they are waiting on their order. Suggestion; Have a designated spot to have them park so they do not get in the way. More than likely, people are in drive thru in the morning on their way to work, getting ready to hit traffic. This could alleviate stress for the consumer and the staff. Again, very friendly staff. read more

I am really frustrated by the way I was just treated. I asked for a cappuccino blast made with chocolate ice cream. I was given a watery mix that tasted like someone took chocolate milk and added water. I had gone through the drive thru but then went inside to ask if it had been made with chocolate ice cream first. She said yes. So I asked if there was a way to make it thicker to which the lady said "so u want to add extra ice cream?" I said that was fine to which she replied that there is a charge for extra ice cream. Of course there is but I said that the drink should resemble a milk shake not watered down chocolate milk. So she made a new one. I went on my way and took a big drink on my way out. It was peanut butter. So again I went back in and said to the girl "I'm sorry but I think u used peanut butter chocolate ice cream". She told me to hold on so I stood by the register. Maybe 3 or 4 minutes passed and she never came back to the counter. Instead a young man mopping the floor saw me waiting and asked if I had been helped. I explained the situation and he offered to replace my drink a 3rd time. I gave him the order and he told me they don't have chocolate ice cream right now but he could substitute a different flavor. So now I know why the girl didn't come back to the counter since I now knew they did NOT have chocolate ice cream. I guess when u lie u get embarrassed when the customer finds out. So I order a ice cream cone from the drive thru and I pull around to the window the guy told me my total was $1.09 so I pay the guy with no problem then some lady comes to the window to hand me the ice cream and she tells me your car is parked far from the window (it wasn't even far) so then she tells me I'm gonna leave the ice cream on the counter and you get out of your car and grab it so I'm like u guys can reach for my money but won't give me my product so I tell her " you know what you can keep the ice for ur self" and keep driving by. ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE. You ask for an ICED coffee and they give you a warm latte. I am unsure as why their recall is so horrible. It is 80 degrees outside, why would I want a warm latte? Their way of dealing with their incompetency's they ask you to pull to the front of the store. Why is it my fault they can not listen to their customers? When you call you speak to one of their co-workers who seems to care less about whether their customers are satisfied or not. Be sure that I will make others aware that you just give customers whatever you thought you heard.
