I've been going here for years, since 2016. The service has gotten worse and the quality of the coffee has also declined. Every time I go in, I don't know if my coffee will be made decent quality or just plain bad. Today my coffee tasted like metal. Absolutely disgusting. I got it before a meeting and then an appt and was unable to go to dunkin in the middle of both. So I stopped over with my drink afterwards and was very kind about it, explained my coffee tasted like metal and asked them politely to make me a new one. The older lady was extremely rude about it and was pissed I asked, let alone 2 hours later. I totally get it, definitely looks bad on my part I came in later but I explained I had appts and she did not care. Then she made me a new drink in my old cup with coffee that tasted like metal and continued to act upset with me. lol read more

Negative stars. BAD RUDE CONDESCENDING MALE EMPLOYEE THAT IS ILLITERATE. Male employee getting us a dozen donuts gave us maple glazed when I asked for regular glazed. When I questioned him about it he rudely replied "this is glazed!" I thought maybe it's a glazed in the wrong spot, but when I got home your could see it was wrong- tasted gross and now waste of money. He the gave us some more wrong donuts we asked for chocolate long johns and he gave us some chocolate long John with some sugar or something sprinkled on top. Kids didn't want them. We spent over $30 and we will now give our money to a different donut place. This place needs to figure out why they are in the business, employees here tend to be rude and just stupid. The food is good but the workers there always look like they want to either kill you or kill themselves.

I live very close to this Dunkin' and visit it on my days off of work as well as after or before work sometimes. That being said, a few things to note: I don't usually go before work (here, or anywhere for that matter,) since time management in fast food and beverage can be unpredictable. The times I have, I've made it on time but just barely. They do seem to have a more organized staff system in the mornings. As far as other experiences go, I have noticed this and all Dunkin' seem to have a high turnover in terms of employees, meaning I don't usually see the same people when I go ... maybe it's just scheduling. There are, however, a few really solid regular employees I know here who unfortunately I don't know by name, but, all of them always give me exceptional service. From recommendations (even being honest about whether they know I'll like something based on my taste) to throwing in a free donut every once in a while to laughing with me, they always make me feel like they're being genuine. If I could give a zero I would. Hello . I was there this morning and purchased two dozen donuts and two iced teas. They fist give me the first dozen donuts and I waited for them to give me the second dozen. I waited and waited and asked an employee and he said he would check. I'm still waiting, close to 15 minutes. I then asked another employee who may have been the manager and he said he can't help me and he does t know anything. I once again told him I waiting for the second dozen and he said you have to pay for them. I said I already did pay for them but the cashier didn't give me a receipt. I asked them to please give me the second dozen donuts as my son and I are were bro gong them to his football game. Both the cashier and manager were screaming at me. I just ended up leaving. This location is a disgrace and embarrassment to your brand. This is one the worse experiences I've ever had in an establishment. Who screams at a customer when they are the ones who are in error. This Dunkin Donuts was on my way and I just decided to stop here to get some cold coffee since it was hot outside. As I came in the guy in front did acknowledged me and greeted me and it is unusual but very nice. I got my order right away, cooled down since it was chilly inside and left happy. They do not have a drive thru but they do have plenty of parking. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts just is not good, at all. The employees are rude and very slow. They don't sell dark roast iced coffee, but don't turn it off on the app to prevent from ordering or take it off the menu. There's also no parking and it's miserable to get in and out of on a busy day. The one on River Road down the street is much better. read more

I have never posted a 1 star review before and I wasn't planning on doing so, until now. I called to get the landlords contact information after visiting this location because my car was damaged pulling into the lot. The employee/manager told me "no" when I asked for the contact information and hung up on me. Then I called back and asked for the owners of the Dunkin Donuts information and he hung up on me again. With an issue that wasn't involving Dunkin Donuts has not become a big one. The drive way leading into the parking lot has a hard to see unmarked median in the entry way. I go here all the time for coffee before school and work. Today they made my drink a little wrong, added sugar when i said none, but they were busy as hell to the point where they asked if you were gettin coffee before you even paid, so i 100% understand. I knew that if i told them it was wrong, they would fix it immediately, but i'm in the restaurant business and i understand mistakes happen. The coffee is great just the way it is, like always. To add on: the taller woman with several piercings (i don't know her name) is extremely helpful and always listens to exactly what i say and always expresses extreme gratitude. Thank you! read more

I had a confusing and very poor experience at this Dunkin Donuts recently. I don't drink milk, so I was really happy when DD rolled out almond milk a few months ago. I have previously gone to this DD and ordered almond milk lattes several times. However, when I stopped by to order an almond milk latte yesterday, the guy behind the counter literally just said "No you can't have an almond milk latte." I was a little confused, and asked if they were out of almond milk. The guy at the counter, supported by his manager who walked over to nod his head in agreement, stated flatly that people use the DD app to order free drinks, and then they order almond milk, which is way more expensive for thing, and so this DD just isn't making almond milk espresso beverages any more. It would be one thing if this DD wanted to adopt that policy (which I assume is against some sort of franchisee agreement), but to communicate the policy in an abrupt and rude way certainly isn't necessary. They also made me feel like I was trying to screw them over by ordering a beverage which is on every other DD's menu in the Chicagoland area. The other odd thing about the experience/situation is that when you order an almond milk latte, they charge you extra for the almond milk anyway. Ordered a sprinkle donut and 12 munchkins. They first only gave me the munchkins and were very rude when i asked where my other donut is. Then they gave me the wrong donut (tossing it in my bag) I pointed it out they grabbed it out if my bag and put it back on the shelf and gave me the correct one. Since they were rude and maybe didn't understand what I said I counted my munchkins and the only gave me 11, went back in I told the same person hey I ordered 12 you gave me 11, they gave me a dirty look and grabbed one and handed it to me. I feel like they probably always not give the right amount of munchkins, they were rude and customer service is important. read more

Was just treated with awful customer service and have had enough at this location. Store was dirty and service was terrible. Unfriendly, rude employees. Divyesh, employee, fought with me--FOUGHT with me as a customer--and was so disrespectful. Refused to apologize for his rudeness. I went here in the mornings 3-4/week. Never again. Done with the rude employees, lack of average product and not being appreciated as a customer. Does ownership not realize there are other options? This morning was last straw. This has to be the worst DD shop ever. I received an email last week notifying me of the KCup sale. I love DD coffee- so I went there to buy some. The staff behind the counter on Friday told me the sale starts Monday. So I left. Today - I went to the DD on Northwest a highway and they were almost out. They told me the sale had been going on since Friday. How incompetent can the employees be on Touhy. This location has difficulty waiting on customers in a timely and efficient manner - now they do not even know what promotions DD is holding? I am amazed that this,location is still in business. At this location we received our teas and coffee and the worker used a racial slur when handing us our coffee by saying "Black coffee, French vanilla". When we inquired this racial slur, we gently told the worker that we only ordered a black coffee and not a "black French vanilla". The worker started smiling and said "I know, it's the coffee is for you two lady's". His other coworkers in the back were laughing too as if we were a joke. Over all we are very disappointed with the service at this particular location, and they always screw up or forget things on our orders. read more

I frequently purchase large orders for work and parties. This morning I placed $100 order of bagels and coffee. $98.54 to be closer to exact. I ordered this for my kids birthday party. We are set to eat bagels and the cream cheese wasn't there. So we quickly ran to a closer dunkin donuts and ordered more. What a pain to tell everyone they can't eat yet. I called the original place we ordered and they told me to come in and no problem they will take care of it. I drive back there after the party and after sitting in the small dining room for 15 minutes. They say, it takes 24 hours to run a report and we are not sure you bought the cream cheese. Excuse me. Who buys $100 in bagels and eats them dry. Or do the math on what I ordered? I'm not smart enough to calculate the exact cost plus tax? The receipt was thrown away while cleaning up at the party. So I did not have it. The register girl remembered when I called back right away, but the cheap manger didn't want to give me my $20.00. I don't care about $20 it's the principle. Don't make me drive back and make me wait 15 minutes to tell me that I didn't order the cream cheese. Do not do business with cheap people who do not understand customer service. This dunkin donuts just lost all my business and my offices business. I constantly place large orders for my office monthly and it will no longer be with dunkin donuts especially this location. Do not spend your money' at this location! Spend your money where they care about their customers. Order placed at 830am and the 6 cream cheese and 2 donuts were added to the pick up order. So when you run your report tomorrow you will know it was me telling the truth. Your in a very nice neighborhood no one is going try to take $20 from you?...they just called me (30 min later not 24 hours later?) and asked me to come back tomorrow to get the cream cheese or refund. You couldn't do that then, now I have to come back tomorrow to get my $20. They were able to find my order 30 minutes later. Listen to your customers instead of getting defensive first...I'll give you one more star for the refund, but still bad service! read more

as a former worker, its very unsanitary, let me assure you. every morning, the boss comes in and squeezes the muffins with her bare hands to check for freshness. we are supposed to throw them out every day, but they keep the unsold ones out an extra day to save money, if its soft, it can sell. i have had to instruct my boss that picking up donuts off the floor and trying to restock those floor donuts on the shelves while customers are watching is not okay. sometimes the espresso is just decaf coffee beans, they did that when they were low on espresso to save money. sometimes the skim milk was whole milk and water. ive seen bugs on the floor. the milk machine used to be broken, it had a leak in the seal that kept all the dairy a few degrees too warm. the leak in the seal, and the metal casing making up the milk machine also became infested with a disgusting black, blue, and yellow mix of mold, old milk and who knows what. the gunk was in between the plates where cleaning it would be impossible and the machine was beyond saving. the milk would always spoil a day early, but the boss said they couldnt afford to fix it, or change the milk more frequently. it was eventually fixed, but for a while, years, people would get slightly spoiled milk and cream in their coffee every third day. they just wash the iced coffee bags instead of replacing them. the iced coffee watered down very hard, after its brewed on ice i'd estimate wed add about 66% more water. the boss, Manu, insists that employees dont get paid after 10:00 so thats why its always closed early. many employees have lost money because of this, and i'm pretty sure that unpaid labour is illegal. osha needs to make a surprise inspection here, they clean up before inspections they were warned about. read more
