If I could give it 0 stars I would worst restaurant I've every been in not even a restaurant do not support this shop in patchogue at all, go in today to grab a Dunkin uber pick up order for my girlfriend the lady tells me no there's no pickup order it's a delivery but, no it's a pick up so then I had to go get her to come to Dunkin we get to Dunkin show her the phone she's still giving us an issue and calls the police bc we were calling her dumb how are you in food service and you have no idea how to read or use the uber/door dash software when, so many people deliver and place orders for pickup, also didn't even make the coffee right, we wound up getting the food after the worst experience of my life absolutely terrible establishment, had to refund my own food bc I couldn't believe that on a snow day you're acting like that read more

Liking the convience and easy of this Patchogue location, on very busy E. Main Street. When I'm in their area here and there without fail, always thinking of making a stop before jumping back on highway. Its a super easy in and out location with plenty of parking. I usually prefer the order ahead on the DD app as this place gets busy. The only disadvantage of that is sometimes by late afternoon they are already out of a popular selection or two. No worries though there is always something else to swap it for and staff is super quick and friendly to get it for you so you're still on your way quickly as planned. I have never had bad service or bad experience with their quality or taste of their product offerings. read more

I had ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w/ cc toasted and a large iced caramel latte with an extra shot. I ordered on the mobile app @ 10:42. Upon arriving @ 10:55 they didn't even start my order and were confused as why it was not made.. They gave me my bagel not toasted. They gave me a large iced coffee with whip cream. Came in today before heading to work, both my latte and my co workers latte had coffee grinds in it... really annoying I couldn't go back because I was on my way back to work. We work 12 hr shifts and are in the medical field. I guess it was just a bad batch but you can clearly see the coffee grinds :-( the croissant also didn't have butter on it and it clearly saids it on the receipt. Three stars for the staff and their consistent friendliness. Another star for convenience. I do admit that my order is incorrect at times but I never have an issue getting is corrected when I ask. Most times the staff already knows my order and the service is quick. I don't see the dirtiness that others mention but maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention. One thing I can say for this location is that there isn't a huge turnover with staff. Since working next door the past couple years, I have seen the same staff there for the most part and always a smile on their face. I have learned to double check my order in my bag before leaving but other than that, always a good experience here. read more

This Dunkin location has been my morning stop for years. The staff get to know their regular customers which is a plus for me. They know exactly how I like my coffee and make it right every time. They get busy but always apologize for the wait. Very good customer service in my book read more

What much can you say, it's a Dunkin Donuts. Normally I wouldn't Yelp a place like DD but this needed to be addressed. I went in to get a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. This Donkin Donuts is always busy and they never seem to be able to get the line down, even with 4 people there. But it was finally my turn. I ordered my food and waited. I waited for awhile before they realized They forgot my order. They asked me what I ordered and I reminded them......again. They got on it quick. Before I walked out I asked for ketchup, which they were happy to give me. When I got back to work I opened the bag and saw something bazaar! Two of the ketchup packs were opened and used already. From the store to my job is 2 minutes, did I open it before I got back? I'm pretty sure I didn't. Needless to say I didn't put ketchup on my sandwich. I have to say the staff there is super friendly and have always been nice to me, but that doesn't excuse the fact that I got open packs of condiments in my bag. read more

Absolutely terrible service on 9/19. I asked the cashier for an espresso macchiato. I also explained to the cashier exactly what it was. Starbucks make this drink so I assumed Dunkin would make it the same. It came out a full glass of iced milk with espresso. Not what I wanted which I explained to server. I explained what I actually wanted and she said that's not what I paid for. I asked for a small amount of steamed milk over shot of espresso. She gave me a latte. If I could rate this DD a 0, I would. I come here everyday between breakfast and lunch and every time my order is wrong. I don't live close enough to drive back and fourth every time they mess up and they shouldn't even be messing up because they verify the order with me to ask if it's correct and i say yes and it still comes out wrong. i can't even fill out a survey online because they've never given me my receipt back. Not to mention, the staff is unbelievably rude. Never coming back here and I definitely don't recommend it. read more

I stopped going here because everytime I ordered any hot latte I've gotten sick with a soar throat. Last time I went I seen why, they use the same cloth they wipe down the counters with to wipe the milk foamer stick that goes into your cup to make the latte. Never again. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would, Got to say this is the worst DD to go, everytime I go in there its always just a joke I go in there just for the giggles now. For starters the staff here are all young, no adults. If you come here for some reason there never seems to be a manager on duty. Came here with my girlfriend one time to get milkshakes, the staff were joking around amongst eachother, on their phones, eating the ice cream... One little girl told us with an attitude that the blenders were broken so dont ask for milkshakes, but I could tell that they weren't they just didnt want to have to clean them afterwards. No managers on duty... Another time I come staff are sitting on the counter on their phone look up at me then look back down at their phones and continue to bull****. I asked about the polar pizza's to see if they were more they told me no more will be in tomorrow. I come in the next day 12:00, first of all they had a line no biggie but its a problem when one staff decides to come and make themselves a milkshake completely ignoring all the customers and waits to finish then looks at me and say "you need something"? I asked her about the polar pizzas she doesnt even pay attention to me and says "no more on Weds"... I come here frequently just for the giggles now and no lie every single time I come it's something like these two incidents..
