I never post complaints, I am a grateful lifelong customer of Dunkin (New England raised!) and also a former shift manager for Cafua at the Dunkin in Wolfeboro NH. I understand what it's like on the other side of the counter. I have respect and compassion for those who serve me in that capacity. Today at 2:30 we stopped at Dunkin in Pittsfield, NH at 656 Suncook Valley Highway. When placing our order we always ask for food items first. We were the only customers in line and the parking lot only had 3-4 cars parked out back I assume belonging to employees. We were interrupted when asking for food and told "There aren't enough people here today to make your food." Upon arriving to the windows for our drinks I counted 3 team members working. After paying I saw another customer pull in behind us at the speaker, pausing briefly before speeding away past me, assuming they had a similar exchange. I write this complaint to notify the management and owners involved. Pittsfield Dunkin will not take food orders with 3 people on staff with no other customers in the lobby or drive through. I would have happily waited for my order, I would have parked to clear the drive through, I would have gone inside to wait if given the option. I regrettably must choose another option for my lunch today, and in the future will likely resort to choosing another Dunkin on my daily commute. read more

Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' location. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but the service is consistently unreliable. The store always seems understaffed, and there doesn't appear to be any clear management. I've been late to work several times despite ordering well in advance--sometimes 15-20 minutes ahead via the app--and my food still wasn't ready. Orders were often wrong (missing items, incorrect cheese, no meat), and on multiple occasions they were out of basic items like most bagels, bacon, and even French vanilla syrup. Once I arrived and was told they were brewing cold coffee, which would take a while. Another time, they swapped out my donut without asking because they had run out. I understand things happen, but this wasn't occasional--it became the norm. Staff are unable to assist with mobile orders, which only adds to the frustration. I take responsibility for continuing to return, hoping things would improve, but I can't keep relying on a location that's this inconsistent. read more

this place has me shocked. The service was extremely slow, even when it was not busy. There were tons of workers just doing nothing when I was waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order that I had ordered prior. my food came out so bad and my drink. I would not recommend going here if you want to wait forever just to get food. not to mention people were leaving without ordering because nobody would take counter orders. read more

The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was burnt on the outside, and undercooked inside. The bacon was barely cooked. The orange juice was exceptional though. Wait time was around 6 minutes, and server was kind. Some knocked out letters on drive thru sign, making it say "DRI E HRU". Pretty clean outside though. read more

I live nearby and have been a regular since the day they opened. Usually I come in the afternoon and have never had a serious issue. Phoenix, in particular, is always friendly and efficient. However, today I was there around 6 am (with my SO) and the middle aged woman at the drive thru who took my money and gave me my food was obnoxious. I am older and a bit hard of hearing. When I had to ask her to repeat herself she copped an attitude, as if I was trying to annoy her. And when I tried to make a friendly, pleasant comment she ignored me with a big scowl on her face. Wish I'd gotten her name. I will continue to come in the afternoons but if I see her I'm leaving. I don't need that! Too many other DDs in the area. read more

I would give less than a star if I could. Now I am fully understanding that staff is hard to come by during pandemic times and therefore I fully appreciate anyone in the service/restaurant industry. However, my routine is to order my coffee via mobile order, 20 MINUTES ahead of my drive on 28 to give ample time for this Dunks to get my coffee made and I always choose walk-in to avoid the line. But when I get there EVERY time, the door is locked and I either have to wait 5-10 mins for someone to come to the door, annoyed I want my coffee that says WALK IN on the slip ORRR get into the additional 20 minute wait drive through. If your walk-in pickup isn't an option, write it on the door and leave them in the vestibule (LIKE THEY DID A WEEK AGO!!!)... again even had to wait for her to bring them there, and she seemed inconvenienced!!!!! This is without any competition the WORST Dunkin and I won't be going back. It's not worth the time and headache, Alton and Chichester are 100000000000000000% better!!! read more

I placed a mobile order miles before I even got to the store, when I got there, there were about 12 people all waiting for their orders l. Some just donuts, me just a coffee. There were quite a bit of people working back there but all of them were working on drive thru or in store purchases. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a coffee. Today April 14th the intercom in the drive thru is busted and you need to order at the window some people got upset because of the long line and left but they were trying to get everyone's orders fast. This is the most terrible Dunkin' Donuts. I have waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee before. The staff are completely rude. Everyday I would go here(not going anymore to this one) and order a iced coffee(usually tastes like flavored water), hash browns extra toasted, and a blueberry muffin heated with butter. I had my final straw today when I went through the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me, still waited 10 minutes before I got to the window. I ordered my regular. Got to the window and the woman immediately gave me my food and coffee. I checked my food and the hashbrowns were my even cooked. The muffin was in the bag with 10 butters and they were all hard as a rock... I asked for them to toast my hashbowns longer as I did ask for EXTRA TOASTED hashbrowns and they told me I didn't ask for extra toasted hashbrowns and I would need to pull forward and wait for my hashbrowns to come out. Someone would bring them to me. When the woman came out and gave them to me I told her that when I order a blueberry muffin heated with butter they usually give me the muffin with the butter already on it. She shrugged it off and said "oh that was Alyssa".... So now I'm going down the road with my half toasted hashbrowns, watered down coffee, and trying to somehow get this butter on the muffin... the muffin has completely fallen apart and I can't get the rock hard butter onto it. So I called Dunkin' Donuts and asked to speak to the manager she responds "this is the manager" in a rude way. Then I told her I had just gone through and my order is messed up almost every day. And I asked for my hashbrowns extra toasted. She then interrupts me and says "I know who you are and we did extratoast the hashbrowns for you" (they were not extra toasted they were soggy and I told her this. So then I asked her "when you guys get an order for a muffin heated with butter what do you do" and she responded, admitting fault, "yes I know your muffin wasn't heated with butter and we put the butter on the side we didn't realize there was supposed to be butter on it until the very end" I am absolutely disappointed with my service I have received from this "business" What should have happened was.. when I originally said my food was messed up they should have taken it back, apologized, and let me sit at the window for the extra 20 seconds they had to put it in the toaster oven and when the woman came to my car and I told her my muffin was not how it was supposed to be she should have asked me if I wanted it remade... I'm not one to complain and this is my first ever review on anything but something needs to be done about this... this place is absolutely terrible... if the manager saw my order was messed up she should have been a MANAGER and fixed it before it was given to me... Myself and a coworker went to the Pittsfield NH Dunkin' location at 10 am today to get 2 coffees, a bagel, and 2 wake up wraps. One of the employees was serving a car at the window, we were directly behind that car, we waited no less than 15 minutes for this car to pull away from the window so that we could get our order. The reason for this long wait is that the female employee was chatting with her friends in the car, and then her and her friends were passing back and forth a Juul vape pen. With the current pandemic this behavior is even more unacceptable as she was not masked and none of the kids in the car were masked either. I paid for the food and took it, but threw it all out because I am not risking my safety since this Dunkin' employee clearly doesnt take her customers' safety seriously. From here on out we will be making a little more of a drive and getting our morning coffee and Aroma Joes. This store has been on a serious decline for a while, but this experience was just over the top and I am appalled. read more

They have gotten much better in the last year. Coffee tastes much better and service has gotten quicker.

If you want to find the worst employees go here! No need to explain. I've had SO many bad experiences here and I've had the last straw. The employees don't know what they are doing and never get my order right. ALSO I just went today to get a coffee made with almond milk and the lady rudely replies saying that we are out. Then I ask if there is any other dairy free products (Because I can't have dairy) then replies rudely again with the answer no. Done spending money on this chain :). Place is hopeless if there is anyone at the drive up just keep on driving. If you pull up and there is no one in line a coffee will take 3-6 min to make if you add a sandwich your looking at 6-10 min wait. Good luck. read more

Terrible experience. Wife and I ordered coffee, gets was hot but bland in taste, almost "soapy", mine was cold and flavorless and weak. I did get a replacement, she didn't want to make an issue of it. Last time we will visit this location, a prior favorite. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is pretty ridiculous. It is very often quicker to go through the drive thru (even with the line backed up around the corner) than it is to go inside and order at the counter even when it's empty inside. You can be the only one in there and wait 3-4 minutes at the counter before anyone even makes eye contact with you, and then they still won't take your order. I ordered Coolattas at the drive thru once, and they asked if I wanted whipped cream, so I said, "Yes." When I got there, she handed me Coolattas with no whipped cream without a word. I called her on it, and her response was that they were out of whipped cream. The whipped cream that she asked me if I wanted. That is a fairly typical interaction also. read more

Don't bother with this DD. They are very busy, and more often then not they mess up your order. Service is slow, and for me, their Mess up rate is 50%. Find another DD, there's one in Epsom, Alton, Northwood, or Chichester. Take your pick. read more

Occasionally they'll make my drinks properly, and when I get food, I have to wait forever. The management also sucks. The manager, Rob does not know how to do his job, and if the turnover rate there wasn't so high, maybe they could keep employees long enough that they could learn how to do their job. read more

This place is fine if you're going in to order, but don't go through the drive through! I had specifically asked for an extra large coffee, had to ask for the coffee at the window, and was handed a medium! I told the girl i had asked for an extra large, she immediately copped an attitude and she asked for my receipt and said "well, you were charged for a medium, so that's what you're getting!", and closed the window and walked away! Was unpleased to find out that the DD in downtown Pittsfield hot chocolate machine was down on one of the coldest days of the year. Every time I go to this dunkin donuts they mess up the order. EVERY TIME. I always ask for whip cream on my latte, they NEVER EVER put it on it. Also I ordered a boston cream, they were out and recommended a pink heart boston cream, there was NO CREAM IN IT!? It was disgusting. Also I always ask for ketchup with food orders, they NEVER put the packets in the bag. They also NEVER provide napkins, and with a child this can get really messy in the car. I go here because it is close by, but I would highly recommend Concord or Epsom or Alton instead. They just can't get it together, or get it right in Pittsfield. Sad. I know the employees must work hard, but they just cannot get an order right. Very upsetting and when I am treating myself to a special drink or special snack and it isn't right, it's so frustrating that I even spent the money on it. I guess that's why I only go here 1 time a month and just don't do Dunkin Donuts anymore, I make my daily coffee at home. I think I'll even stop the once a month because it's once a month I'm let down. Thanks anyway. I visited this DD on Sunday afternoon and told the server I got a senior discount and she said " I DON'T BELIEVE YOU BUT I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU ANYWAY!" I said thank-you and she had the nerve to snub me turning her head away without saying thank-you back. I drove home got my ID and drove back telling her I did not appreciate being called a liar and that if she could count she would see that I was 57 years old. At this she just laughed and I demanded an apology and she sheepishly said "sorry?" like it was a question. I asked for the manager he wasn't there but I'll see him tomorrow as I am there twice a day everyday and hopefully she will lose her job!!!!! read more
