There was a pretty long line when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast, so we weren't waiting long. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. We ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, a large coffee, and a bottle of water. The bagels were good--not the best I've ever had, but definitely enjoyable. I also appreciated that they cut the bagels in half, which made them easier to eat. We ended up taking our breakfast back to the car to eat, and it was a nice way to start the day before heading home. Overall, a solid spot for a quick breakfast with good service. Swung in here Saturday morning to grab some breakfast for the ride home, the place was packed. I ordered two Asiago bagels, one toasted, the other not. Coming from a town that has a bakery with THE best Asiago bagels, I didn't have very high hopes. Upon opening the bag, I found my "toasted" bagel looked as if it had only been put in a toaster for about 8 seconds. Very disappointing, and the flavor just wasn't there. The bagels were pretty good. I think could of been toasted more. My husband - a New Yorker - said it was one of the better bagels he had. But the filling for a breakfast bagel (cheese egg and meat) were somehow bland and lacked seasoning. A simple salt and pepper would of went far. Went on a Tuesday and there was 1 person in front of us and it took a while to get our order. Would return but for just the bagel. read more

A solid bay gull place to pick up breakfast/lunch. I wanted to get a bagel before an afternoon hike and got there near closing time and there were still plenty of bagel options. Their seasonal cream cheese flavors for summer include strawberry and blueberry. I opted to get an asiago bagel (toasted) with strawberry cream cheese. The cashier was friendly and the bagel was ready quickly. The bagel itself was good, more on the chewy side, toasted, but didn't quite have any crunch to it. You could taste the strawberry flavor in the cream cheese and it was slightly melty from the warm bagel. They conveniently cut the bagel in half for easy eating. They also offer bagel sandwiches, drinks, and chips, so I'd recommend coming here for a pitstop if you're looking for a quick stop. read more

I'm sure I would've liked the food here if I tried something, but the customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I asked the cashier what the veggie burger was made out of, and he said he didn't know. I asked again, and he said it came pre-made from another company so he didn't know what was in it. He didn't want to take 5 seconds of effort to figure out the ingredients. So instead I asked for a bagel with margarine. The cashier said they don't have margarine. I pointed to the menu which had an option for a bagel with margarine. He said most people don't order a bagel with margarine. So, I couldn't eat anything here. Terrible customer service. The coffee was okay. Vegans go somewhere else. Dunkin donuts is down the street. read more

Great hole in the wall bagel shop that also has good sandwiches and bagels that are sweet or savory. Everything I ate here was great, employees personable and efficient. Have seen other reviews indicating long waits but did not experience this in our off peak times visit. But, as they cook to order I could see that. Good food soometimes takes longer. Be patient. Clean & comfortable shop also. In case you'd want to sit down there are (5) tables with 2-6 seats a piece. Oh and don't skip the coffee either. Airpots with Java Tree blends were decent. read more

When we came into town yesterday. We spotted this place. I loved the name! This was a must stop in for breakfast the next day. Cute little place very clean. People in back we're nice and friendly. The girl cashing use out, acted like she may have needed coffee. (Not a morning person) We got 4 bagels with 4 different kinds of cream cheese, all 4 had a lot of flavor. Compare to a New York bagel I would say one if the best i had. Needs to be baked a little longer to give it a nice golden color. Winnepesauki Bay Gulls make really great fresh bagels and their own schmears. The bagels have the right authentic chew that a bagel should have and the schmears have lots of chunks of the flavorings you expect. We tried the lox and caper schmear as well as their seasonal horseradish and bacon schmear. Both were great. Their day old bagels were even great and made taking home a bunch of bagels quite affordable. The only thing that kept them from getting a full 5 star review from me was their coffee. A cup of their plain roast black coffee tasted like the brewing system hadn't been cleaned in a while so the coffee quality suffered a bit. read more

Just made my first trip here passing through town. Great little spot, friendly staff. Ordered a parmesan bagel with buffalo cheddar cream cheese. when I ordered things that say Buffalo I expect them to have a kick. That's exactly what I got and it was wonderful.
