Although I love their coffee, their donuts are STALE. At a $1.69 each, can't they find a way to keep them fresh rather than open air cases?

The people here are pretty rude and sarcastic. The food takes forever to be made, and if you dine in there the time is even worse. Sometimes they even forget you're there. The inside is mostly clean, but that doesn't make up for the bad customer service. read more

Unfortunately for me this is the most convenient place for me to get coffee if I don't have time to make it at home. I have been using this drive thru for almost two years. I don't expect much because, it's Dunkin'. I've had plenty of incorrect orders. I've been missing items and I've been charged for the wrong amount. I've orders my coffee one way and get it done completely different. On one occasions my daughter asked for a chocolate sprinkle donut. I ordered that and an additional donut. After I had pulled away my daughter tells me her donut is not in the bag. I had to turn around because I didn't want to disappoint my child. I waited in line at the drive thru and informed them that I paid for two donuts but only got one. You would have thought that I was asking for a dozen donuts!!! The manager came over and starts looking through receipts to verify that I did in fact pay for two donuts. He was so rude and I was so surprised that the girl at the window had to have manager approval to give me my missing item. I felt like I had been in the wrong. If the ethnic guy that works in the mornings is the manager, he needs to take some lessons on customer service. He doesn't ever say thank you and he always looks miserable. If only another coffee shop opened near by.... Until then I choose to frequent this terrible establishment just to get my coffee fix. read more

This location has workers that are rude 9 times out of 10, and the drink consistency is nonexistent. Sometimes your order will be super sweet, sometimes the same order won't be, sometimes your same order won't even be mixed and all the flavor is on the bottom (like mine was today!) read more

Coffee is pretty inconsistent, time I have went they're pretty nice though. Usually go through drive-thru. Montgomery Dunkin' by Sam's Club was my go-to. read more

We were just over charged at the drive-up; and when I called the girl out on it asking how she came up with the amount, she stated she's dyslexic and reverses numbers. What???? So instead of changes us $4.56, she charged us $4.89. No apologies either. Sorry, she shouldn't be working a register if that's the case. read more

The girl that took my order this morning (1/16/20) is very rude! Isn't the first time I've had her take my order either. Same thing every time..just rude, interrupts me, and rushes me..every. single. This is by far the worst DD I have ever been to. This review is years in the making because usually I am very patient. I also understand that one bad experience should never define a business. However, this is by far the most inconsistent location. The staff truly do not care, you can feel it in their faces. I also understand that through this pandemic places have been short staffed, so I also put that into consideration. Yet, this has been years of collective messed-up orders. It does not matter if you order at the drivethru, in person, or through the mobile app, they give you want they feel they will give you. You want bacon on your wrap, you may get it. You want to try a seasonal blend, good luck with that--either they just don't brew it or they just don't care. You want your bagel buttered? Yea, that also won't happen. They will tell you "no problem" or "sure" but then you get it and it is absolutely not buttered. EVER. Like NEVER have they done it even if you remind them. Then you look in the bag and they don't give it to you. We have had messed up orders, missing food, wrong drinks, and plenty of attitude. The only time this place seems to operate someone ok is when the franchise owner is there and even that is not guaranteed. I wish there were other options in this area, maybe a Starbucks or something other than this location. No other Dunkin' is as unreliable as the location in Plano, Illinois. Sadly I will return, because again there are not other options but I will just expect the fact that it will disappoint, over and over again. The only constant and reliable thing about this location is being let down 8/10 times. My advice to the owner is to motivate your workers to care. Incentivize good work, hold continual trainings and monitor the poor attitudes of your staff. read more

I think I have just been having bad luck with Dunkin lately. They really need to step their game up at all locations. This one is new so you'd think that they would have a little more emphasis on customer service and their attention to orders would be a little better. However, they may not feel the need to perform well because honestly who else is competing with them in this area? Nearest Starbucks is Oswego I think, and the only other place to get coffee early is McDonalds. So if You're not into eating McDonalds breakfast this is the only real choice you have. I am happy that I only come to visit family once in a while because the city offers soooo many more coffee options. Every time I come here they get my order wrong, charge me wrong, or burn my food. If there were any where else to go I would. I bet that's why they don't feel the need to perform better because they don't have to in order to keep customers. read more

Im done with this place. Employees are so rude. I order from the app, Iced coffee 1 cream. When employee came to window looked like Milk not coffee. I said its only supposed to be 1 cream. She have me the dirtiest look slammed the window and came back at me with new coffee that was actually right. She felt she had the need to tell me how to order (which I do almost every day) to make sure I specify 1 cream , i said i did. She gave me the coffee and slammed the windows AGAIN in my face. I'd give 0 stars if I could. If you go here, except to NOT get what you ordered. They get it right about 1 in 20 times. In my 5+ years of going here, I have encountered maybe one friendly employee. So far I have not had good luck at the store very rarely do you find good service. Whoever is answering the intercom has a very foreign sounding voice and usually they can't get your name even after the second or third try and just annoyingly tell you to pull ahead. I have tried ordering ahead on the app as long as 15 minutes ahead and it still is NEVER prepared before I get there. I had to wait another 10 minutes this morning for a single coffee and donut holes. It's not rocket science and what is the point of having an app to order ahead if they refuse to actually use it. This franchise does NOT participate in refill program. Yet another reason to drive down the road and buy your coffee elsewhere. BBB needs to crack down on DD who advertises refill program as if it was a national program honored by all DD restaurants. Starbucks, two McDonalds and another DD are all within 5 miles of this location in addition to numerous other places to get a good cup of coffee. Keep driving and don't waste your time with this greed driven establishment. read more

Never open! Poor customer service. Employees know very little about the place they work. Always out of donuts or serving stale donuts. McDonalds is just down the street or DD Yorkville for a quality DD if you are diehard Dunk fan is only a few miles. read more

The workers barely pay attention to what's going on I was waiting for a good 10 minutes until I finally got service I ordered a donut, two drink and a sandwich. So normally I have no issue with this Dunkin at all they never got my order wrong and it never taste bad nothing my problem isn't with the food it's with a couple of the workers normally when I go I end up dealing with a polite young guy but this last time I went I had someone new it was a young girl with a bad attitude, 1. She crumpled up my receipt right in front of me didn't even ask me if I wanted it which I did actually 2. She handed me my bag which was a bagel but she shoved it at me crumpling the bag 3. When I said thank you she said yep and walked away from the window to talk to her fellow coworkers now I understand having a bad day or bad night and you get moody but that doesn't mean you take it to work and turn it towards a customer keep it at home. read more

I went to this location this morning in drive up & had coffee spilled all over my hand, inside of my car & on my dress. The employee didn't even apologize. Another employee- when I called found out it was the manager- came over and said sorry. I want the employee- that clearly was old enough to know how to apologize to just man up and say he's sorry. went through drive-through at 8:15am, I see on their board a special donut, I request it, and I get response with attitude, "We don't have that anymore." I said well It is still on your board saying "New!" She said rudely, "what?!" I said your board is still showing this donut as "New!" she said "Oh." Then I proceed to order a "large iced-coffee with cream and 7 equal, and the sugar-free toasted almond syrup" I get cut off and hear: "So you want a large iced coffee with almond milk and sugar?"
