The quality of food and drinks are same as customer service, inconsistent. It sucks since it's the closest to me and more convenient but as all adults know, a coffee etc can really make or break the beginning of ur day. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star review! My husband ordered a Nitro cold brew with cold foam not even a minute later his coffee was curdled and there wasn't even any ice it was half full barely any coffee. He had to go inside told them what had happened the manager who was there said it's supposed to look like that. They wouldn't even give him his money back but gave him a black coffee same size when it wasn't even worth the same cost as the first one. He had asked for a black coffee with hazelnut swirl. But there was no swirl and wasn't even drinkable. The manager said he would make it and just told his employee to make it and the manager just left. I was at the Bridge st, yorkville, IL location yesterday and the man at the window handing us our drinks was NOT wearing a mask. I ask him, "don't you have to wear a mask?" I have been dealing with Dunkin's Corporate office and this store since October over an overcharge on an order I placed in the drive thru. I was charged for another customers order and the cashiers advised me this was fixed. When I got home I looked at my DD Card and realized I was charged 4 times my order and my card was wiped out. I reached out for assistance and after 9 calls I am still waiting for resolution. Corportae states they have asked the management of this location and district manager to contact me and NOTHING! First off, I have never had this location accept any of my coupons. Why the hell do they send them to my house if they never take them?? They always make an excuse. The last 3 times I've been to this location the employees have been rude to either me or another customer for absolutely no reason. I was just there today. I asked for a Cappuccino Blast with mint chocolate chip ice cream in it. They used to call this a Mint-topia Blast. The last couple of years or so younger employees don't know what it is but if there is an older person there or a manager they will make it for me. I asked for one today and the girl on the speaker said she couldn't make it but she could make me a shake. I stated I'd rather have the blast if they'd do that. She started to tell me she couldn't do it when a girl in the background SCREAMED, "WE CANT DO THAT!!". I said, okay, thank you and left. I will NEVER go back. The younger people that work there act too much like it's a hassle to wait on the customers. I've talked to other customers who've experienced this rude and nasty behavior. They all have said they just won't be back but if no Ody ever complains to the Owner they'll never know how much business they're losing. I already avoid this location because of this behavior but it'd been over a year and I thought I'd give them another chance. It's plain to me now that they have developed this either from training or from long time rude employees who hate their job or the fact they have to try every once in a while. I was brought up differently and I do understand kids aren't the same now as we were as kids but I also understand I don't have to go to this or any other Dunkin in the area. If I go to one close by odds are the same person owns it and they won't lose my business so I refuse to go to any Dunkin in the surrounding area and towns. They are all over and there's always one on the way to work somewhere else. If the owner cares they'll do something but since it's been going on so long I'm probably just a number to them and someone else will walk in the door if I don't. If I could give this place a negative star I would. This is the worst Dunkin Doughnuts ever!! First time I went I ordered a Carmel macchiato (this is always what I order at any coffee place). What I received was a mocha, very bitter and not what I ordered. My BF went to counter to tell them the mix up and the women argued with him and told him I order a mocha and no refund or new drink would be made. I only took a sip of the other drink and was trying to return a drink they messed up on. Lucky I saved the receipt that said Carmel macchiato. The women didn't apologize, just took the old drink and drizzled some Carmel in the cup. It was horrible! The second time we went they forgot a whole order all together! I was sipping my drink and once I got to the bottom of my cup, the top to a whipped cream can was in my drink. I would've taken it back and complained if I hadn't been at work all day. Momma runs on Dunkin! I frequently go between this DD and the new South Bridge DD. (Esp 2-6pm 99 cents iced coffee or tea) Service is pretty speedy in store or drive thru. Everyone's friendly and service with a smile. We have ordered varies items. Which are always fresh! But my family's go to is iced coffee or iced tea. I've even purchsed gift cards at the drive thru. Sunday mornings tend to be really busy. Oh and this DD location is also a Baskin Robbins. No problem excepting coupons. If you have their app they have," order on the go" available. Handicapped accessible. Seating in store. Several parking spots in front of store. Early hours(4am) and open later than most other DD.(9or 11pm depending on season) read more

I visit this dunkin frequently but sadly after my last visit I won't be returning the customer service here is just down right awful. I go through the drive thru order an iced caramel latte with whipped cream and sugar please. The lady repeats back that I want whipped cream and sugar as well I get up to the window hand them my card they had me a drink with no whipped cream. No big deal I hand it back to the guy and say excuse me I asked for whipped cream this is an iced caramel latte right? He said yes oh you wanted whipped cream in a rude tone and I said yes please. Ordered two medium iced coffees in the drive thru, got two larges. I think we got charged for larges too, but oh well- we took them and enjoyed them. The parking lot here is confusing! There seemed to be two lanes for the drive through, but upon further investigation, its' really only the outer lane. It's super confusing and an easy mistake to make. I don't know what it is about this location, but they always seem to have an attitude. I ordered a large black tea sweetened with raspberry, and they got it fast! However when I took a drink I realized it hadn't been sweetened. No big deal, I was just going to go in and ask them to add it, since I got a large and I didn't like it without the sweetener. I went in and explained, and the woman got a really snippy attitude. She replied with "Well, I don't know who made it." (Even though there was only just the two employees working.) I said "Well, okay, I was just saying. It's tea, no big deal, I'm just asking for sweetener." The woman takes my drink, pushes the raspberry pump in, and then slides it back. I said thanks, and I should have tasted it then, but she was so unfriendly and obviously very bothered by me asking for two pumps of sweetener so I walked out. I tried it after, still no sweetener. The only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is because I come here frequently but today was a rough one. I pulled up to the drive thru window to order was was greeted in a very unpleasant monotone voice "what can I get for you". No hello or anything. I ordered my large iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and was told "pull up". Once I got to the window this older man opened the window and held out his hand for my payment without saying a word or looking at me. I was not told my total or asked if I wanted a receipt. Instead he rushed the coffee and straw out the window impatiently not even giving me a chance to put my debit card back into my wallet. Mind you, there were only 4 cars parked in the parking lot and no cars behind me. I would've happily paid and extra $3 or so at a Starbucks just for better and friendlier service. Typical Dunkin Donuts - donuts taste great especially the chocolate covered cake ones. Coffee is good, I prefer French Vanilla. Like too many places I do not understand why they think "Black" means "cream & sugar" or why "sugar" please means "cream & sugar". I get the same at McDonalds and about every other coffee place. this dunkin' lied about not having certain ice cream flavors just because they did not want to bring new ones out. they also had put our straws in their mouth before they handed it to us in order to be able to have a hand to open the door. we waited an insane amount of time in line after already having a small selection of ice cream "available." 0/10 would never recommend. read more
