They have now decided to lock their bathroom so that you have to ask the front counter to unlock it for you. They demand to know if you're ordering and try to get you to order first. They give you condescending attitude about it if you express the need for the bathroom before ordering, or if you don't like the invasiveness of requiring an employee to unlock the bathroom for you. They made the excuse that it was druggies that made them lock it. But I don't think so.

We were not greeted or met with any sense of urgency when it came to taking our order. The employees were not familiar with the meal combos on the menu as when I placed my lunch order by number they did not know what I was talking about. According to the menu, my meal combo came with a small iced tea. I was not even given an option they simply handed me a small unsweetened iced tea. I was a little disappointed that I found after the fact sweet tea was an option. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant roll was delicious but not filling at almost 6 dollars for my sandwich and small unsweet tea I was a little let down. I elected to go back up and purchase another sandwich. I ordered the grilled cheese and ham sandwich from an even grouchier woman. I politely handed her my credit card to pay for the sandwich. She basically ripped it out of my hands. I then, after seeing she was done swiping it put my hand out to accept it back, she proceeded to throw it on the counter. What is up with that?? She then said "here is your receipt, it will be right up" so I put my hand out again but she proceeded to ignore it and throw the receipt on the counter again. Ok I thought, maybe this woman is just having a bad day. It doesn't justify taking it out on a customer but live and let live, no worries. This second sandwich I received was HORRIBLE!! THE WORST HAM AND GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD!! I opened the wrapper to find it saturated with butter SATURATED as in dripping not one remote inkling of the bread being toasted at all. It was absolutely horrible but I did not feel like dealing with Mrs. personality at the counter again to complain. I've been to Dunkin Donuts all over the county and this is by far the worst location I have ever visited. Just like Jen B. stated on her review the West State street location only a few miles down the road is well worth the drive if you want decent service with a good product.
