Best Dunkin' I know . Great coffee and service, they are great and the lady that works there on Saturday morning is so sweet .

Painfully slow service I see the talking a lot and only moving at 1 speed, if you don't have hours to wait for a cup of coffee skip this place at all costs. read more

Great coffee. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building this morning, but moved so quick. I love how quick Dunkin' service always is. I tried the mini bagel bites for the first time this morning! The everything stuffed bagel bites were warmed to perfection and tasted amazing! I got the pumpkin donut and the Iced Mocha. Both were exactly how I wanted them and the service was incredibly fast. They handed me my donut and 30 seconds later they called my drink. One of the better Dunkin's I've been too. My visit was 10/8... they had spooky decorations up which was nice too lol. read more

don't recommend. not sure what brown curl hair girl w glasses was working on 6/25 @ 4 o'clock on drive thru but she's a miserable f*ck. pulled up the the drive thru speaker and she miserably responded "what can i get for u" not hello, welcome, nothing. then pulled up the she window and said she doesn't have a certain flavor, okay whatever i gave her a different option. she came back to the window and handed me the bag, no "have a nice day", "here u go" but what rlly pissed me off was she put 20 glaze donut holes in a single paper bag, idk if she's just stupid or this dunkin is cheap but wtf the glaze frosting is SEEPING thru the THIN BAG. read more

Visited this Dunkin on Saturday, March 11 around 11:40 am, the customer service was terrible. We ordered food. However a lady in our group wanted to use the restroom was denied to use it unless she ordered something. Now we spent money here yet they denied the restroom to one person in our group. Terrible customer service and will not come back to this location again. read more

Dunkin, they used to be my favorite place to get coffee, it used to be delicious, back when I worked there. Recently though they are seriously lacking. How hard is it to melt the sugar at the bottom of an iced coffee? I mean their competitor; Starbucks at least has good customer service, Dunkin doesn't even have that going for itself anymore. ( I mean all of them not just one location) Honestly if you want a good coffee that isn't just sugar water with 2 drops of coffee in it you might as well to go Wawa or really any other place except Dunkin. I went in to this establishment on a Sunday around 12 pm and The girl that was working charged my boyfriend for almond milk a total of 3 times and was asking him how mucalmond milk he would like in his latte and charging him 3 times for a regular amount. First off he's not a barista he doesn't know how much almond milk goes in a latte if he did he would work there. And when I went to the front to ask why he was charged they didn't say anything and gave me the extra money I was charged. They didn't apologize or anything and I didn't even get my receipt back they took it. Which was odd but anyways while I was sitting drinking the coffee the workers were all cursing loud in the back and it made me uncomfortable... tbh the coffee wasn't bad at all but I get it's Dunkin' and not a 5 star coffee shop but cmon have some decency.. read more

I've lived behind this Dunkin for over a year and they always seem to disappoint. I went through the drive thru today around 12:10pm and was waiting there for almost 10 minutes before they even took my order. I had to ask them if they were ready, just for them to tell me they don't have what I wanted. So I ordered something else because I had already invested so much time waiting. If they would have told me they didn't have what I wanted I would have gone somewhere else. They made my order which was a bagel with cream cheese and I got just the bagel. There was a thin layer of cream cheese on it. I called the store to speak with a manger and I was told that there wasn't a manager until the following morning. This isn't the first time that they have displayed awful service, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Worst service and attitude with customers, made me wait outside when they were completely free of customers, hot at 12 noon, did not had my order ready when they supposed to, drive thru is always full since they take forever to make the drinks and everything on the menu, but if its a mobile order come on you can leave the fucking bag outside and ill grab it. If you're looking for friendly customer service, this DD is not for you. The employee taking my order gave attitude right away when I was not understanding their "new" procedure. This employee could have nicely explained it to help me understand rather than keep yelling the price over and over! I left this store & went to the one in Hudson. I went in Sunday 03/05/2017 witnessed the employees arguing and being very rude and disrespectful to each other at one point One employee stated "I know what the F*CK I am doing" this is unacceptable I WILL NOT BE BACK I WONT go to any other Dunkin Donuts that are affiliated with this location Spoke with Area manger and was not confident that it will be handled correctly. Great customer service, fast service and clean store. I came in when it was slammed! Both the drive thru and the counter had long lines of people. I was amazed at how fast the team worked together to ensure quick service. Monique really stood out to me. I was ordering when the man in front of me was waiting on his coffee. Apparently he felt like being rude that day and called Monique a few nasty names. She calmly explained to him that a fresh pot of coffee was brewing so he could have a nice cup of hot coffee. But he just assumed that hot coffee is always ready at all times. Paying no attention to the massive amount of people there and clearly not understanding that coffee has to be made it doesn't just fall from the sky....this man still continues to call Monique names. I tried to tell the man to calm down but he wasn't having it. I am impressed how Monique was able to keep a smile on her face and continue to work hard to get everyone's orders out to them in a timely fashion. WOW! Honestly people need to learn to calm down! The people who work at this store and by far the most friendly I have ever met! They seem like they are always working together as a team and they are always smiling. They must love working together or working for the company because I come here about 4-5 days a week and everyday it's the same smiling faces always there! Keep up the good work!!! read more
