I friggine love Caribou Coffee and when I travel, I seek out this coffee chain. Their hot mocha is the best in the business and I love how they give you the chocolate covered espresso beans. So why 4 stars for delicious hot creamy mochas? Well, I was bummed there was no interior. I despise drive through coffee places and enjoy walking in, smelling the coffee, hearing the machines make steam, and enjoying the atmosphere. The drive through and walk up window is just so impersonal to me. Love the coffee (10 star hot mocha) and sure, I'd go back because I am obsessed, but know you're not going to be hanging out in their serene environment. read more

I went here for the first time today. I went through the drive through. It was easy to access. I got a cinnamon sugar iced coffee. It was a little sweet but overall really good. My little buddy also got a pup cup. He enjoyed his cup even more than Starbucks it seemed. They were really nice when getting my order as well as picking up. I hope they add more of their coffee locations to the area. read more

Coffee enthusiast here! Personally..Not a fan.. the coffee roast seems to have more bitter notes for my liking. Also they up charge you for everything. I am a big rewards person so I sign up wherever I can. My first reward for signing up, I cashed in on a latte. I use oat milk for a dairy allergy. Up charge. Also vanilla syrup. And I think I got half the bottle. It was so sweet it was undrinkable Second time back, I received a birthday reward. Snagged it in the drive through on our way out of town. Ordered the same because I'm a creature of habit, and received someone else's drink entirely.. unfortunate I didn't notice until we were already on the highway and tried to call to inform them so I could raincheck it later. Never could get anyone on the phone. Super bummed. So this has left me with a negative opinion, but maybe one day I'll give it another try and be pleasantly surprised! read more

I am not much of a coffee drinker but when I am in the mood for a quick brew I stop here. A fairley new drive through where you can get a quick pick me up. I usually get the turkey and provologne on asiago (my favorite) but got swiss turkey and egg today because I wanted protein. As far as coffee it's labled the "coffee of the day" and either comes in dark or light roast. It's usually pretty smooth and hot but today it was warm/room temp, I am going to take it easy because 9/10 times it is piping hot. the sandwhiches are pre made so you can't customize them, the combinations are tasty my only complaint about these is they always stick to the wax paper. I would give it a 3.5 but wanted to round up because it hasn't even been a year yet. read more

Recently opened on Collier and state road 54 within the last 2 months! I was delighted at the menu. I'm not a huge coffee person but I like specialty drinks. I opted to try one of their coolers from the seasonal menu, the Ho Ho Mint Mocha. It was light and refreshing for a coffee based drink. I bought a small, which was 6.44 tax included. I would say their small is bigger than Starbucks "tall" so likely more bang for your buck! Service was great! Although it says Drive Tru, there is an area for seating outside. read more

I first tried Caribou coffee in North Carolina and was super happy to see them build one here in Wesley Chapel. prefer them over the other chains such a Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. Their holiday coffees only have one size option, which is fine with me. I'm not gonna go get a little bitty coffee anyway. I find their coffee to have good flavor, not have that artificial sweetener aftertaste even when they claim there's no artificial sweetener if you get the holiday coffee or any of the flavored coffees, they do tend to be a little bit more sweet so if you're not a sweet coffee drinker, you find it kind of shocking like me. The only time I have sweet coffee is the holiday flavors. I love that you can buy their beans by the pound so if you know you're gonna have company for the holidays and you want to go get 3 pounds of their reindeer blend you can do that they will give you whole bean or the ground. I found the barista to be very, very helpful and in a very good mood for it being as early as it was the morning I stopped. read more

I was excited to see this location built as a new alternative in the area to other chain coffee drive-throughs. I haven't had Caribou coffee since the early 2000s when working up north and was refreshed to see the vegan food options on the menu as well as many featured drinks with dairy alternatives as the main choice rather than an addition or something extra to add. The service was friendly and fast and it was easy to access the location when traveling east on 54. I highly recommend a visit if you want to try something new! read more

Got just a simple hot black coffee! Was luke warm and was not fresh! Come on people, how do you expect to compete with Starbucks? Their coffee is always piping hot and fresh! Send your employees over there for remedial training. read more

How can they get my order wrong and still earn five stars, easily? Accountability and good follow-up service. I will own this part. My order was updated at the window due to a miscommunication with my guest--we had both spent many hours in an ER and were exhausted and hungry. Abby, the crew member who took the order, misunderstood what was said and only delivered one of the items requested. She was genuinely kind and apologized profusely. She also went above and beyond and made things right with a sunny smile. The drink order, a Honey Lavender Espresso Shaker,was phenomenal. Again, I am no regular coffee drinker, but this is exactly what was needed. The bitter notes were expertly countered by the honey. It does require a solid stir, as the sweet elements settled at the bottom of the cup. A creature of habit, I ordered the asiago turkey sandwich again. Perfection. Despite the order mishap, it was a great experience.The friendliness and integrity of the staff will continue to bring us back. Bravo. read more

Pricey. Didn't listen to what I ordered. I ordered a cappuccino with sugar and milk/cream. I received the cappuccino. No sugar and no dairy. I even reiterated when I got to the window and they said " that was what was made". I put it in my cupholder drove away and when I went to take my first sip, that's when I found out it was wrong. 2 out of 3 times were great that's why I felt confident to go back the third time on my work break . I would say definitely disappointed with third visit oat milk was clumpy and for a small business I would think they have time to store the milk correctly so this does not happen and check expiration dates . read more
