I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. On 04/30/2026 at around 8:15 AM, the employee working the drive-thru window was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely let her know my order was missing cream. Instead of helping, she told me to "read the sticker" and insisted it didn't include cream. I calmly explained that the sticker clearly said "3 cream," but she continued to argue and speak disrespectfully. There was no reason for that kind of attitude, especially when I was being polite and simply asking for my order to be corrected. I even said thank you at the end, and she completely ignored me. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the business. Employees should be able to communicate respectfully and handle simple mistakes without being rude. read more

The restaurant was a bit messy, sticky surfaces. Two associates working a Sunday afternoon shift, seemed to be capable of handling everything. The blueberry munchkins are awesome as is the French cruller. So glad we have another great restaurant in Princeton. read more

They were extremely kind to me! Initially went in to get my usual order and left, came back to get something else for my Boss and they gave me 2 glazed donuts for free! The place is new and the staff is friendly. I usually order the butter pecan iced coffee which is good to me. I have had a hit or miss on the bacon avocado toast because they usually skimp out on the bacon for me but it's still good to me. read more

I usually go here for my morning coffee! And it's usually fine! But these past few weeks when I've been going, no one will take my order. I have to sit there for at least 10 minutes. Then I sit in line after taking my order for another 10 to 15 minutes. While I've already waited 10 to 15 minutes before even ordering in line When there's only four cars in the drive-through I leave my house so early just to go here and still end up getting out of line because I can't wait that long because I need to go to work and have my baby in the car not going here anymore. read more

Couldn't have been more excited about Dunkin coming to Princeton, and then this one opened. We order from this location no less than 3 times a week, and the same mistakes happen repeatedly. The customer service is non-existent and firmly established by their employees complete lack of concern for delivering, what you actually ordered. For example, as an often repeated issue with anything that contains bacon. The bacon will come in one of three ways: 1. Missing (4 of the last 6 times I have ordered) 2. Raw 3. Cooked right and delicious The fact is, this location has either forgotten it all together or served nearly raw bacon to me more often than they serve it correctly. At a 3 to 1 margin, they either leave it off or served it raw. After so many occurrences, I can no longer provide them the leeway that this is a new franchise and they are training new employee's. It happens over and over, regardless of the time of day or number of customers. It is an institutional problem with this franchise owner because his employees haven't been trained to quality check an order before they deliver it, or they have been, and just don't care. Finally, this location has very limited parking out front and they insist on this ridiculous policy in the drive through, that if your order isn't ready immediately after they take your money, they ask you to pull around to the front into a parking space, even if no one is in line behind you. During busy or peek hours, I can totally understand the need to ask a customer to do this. Yet, I am furious over what happened tonight. I went through the drive through, the parking lot our front was jammed with vehicles from both Dunkin and the Jersey Mike's that just opened next door. It was taking forever somehow to serve two orders of bagel mini's and two of snaking bacon, So they asked me to pull around, WITHOUT A SINGLE VEHICLE BEHIND ME OR IN LINE. I pulled around, to the only available space, and sure enough, as if by clockwork, a family with a child walked out and the child opened the car's black door, the wind caught it and slammed it into my white SUV. So now, still without another vehicle even entering the drive though, I have been asked instead to pull into a busy parking lot for no reason other than they don't want to look at you while they incorrectly put together your order, and now my vehicle is damaged. Out trots the faithful Princeton Dunkin drive through employee to deliver my my order. I asked what the purpose was of telling me pull into an overstuffed parking lot, when their hadn't been a single other customer come through the drive through? I explained what happened and was politely told by the employee that wasn't their fault, and what did I expect them to do about it, they didn't ding my door. Then to put the cherry on top, I am attaching photo's of the two "orders" of Snacking bacon delivered to me. I guess they had a single order ready and couldn't be bothered to actually make a second order, so they split the single into two serving bags. I love Dunkin, I have been a loyal customer for years, so it disappoints me enormously to say, that I don't just not recommend this franchise location, I think you will be better off avoiding them all together. read more

This is a rather new location but it's been open for a couple of mouths now. Driving through Princeton my husband and I went through the drive thru. Our order was: 1 Med Iced vanilla cappuccino w/ xtra shot 1 Pepsi 1 glazed donut 2 French crullers 1 sourdough breakfast sandwich 1 egg and sausage Croissant There was no one else in the drive-thru. One customer was at counter inside. One lady took payment and said it would be a moment. About 2 mins later a different lady gave us our sandwiches. I asked about the donut and was told to wait again. Few minutes later I was given a bag by the first lady which said it was the glazed donut. Thanking her I reminded her I also asked for 2 crullers. Another minute went buy and the other worker gave me a bag with 2 crullers and was told to have a good day. I asked about the Pepsi and was quickly given a bottle of pepsi and again "Have a good day!" I drove off and after a few miles down the road we realized we were given a raspberry filled sugar donut instead of a glazed donut. That is when I then realized I didn't get my medium iced latte after spending over $22 on breakfast We were already out of town. Walked in on Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon on 3-10-24 to get donuts. They where completely sold out. One guy working there said they would not be making anymore donuts for the day. They are open until 8:00 p.m. Thats 4 1/2 more hours they are open. If they are sold out and dont make any more donuts, why are they open until 8:00 pm??? read more

I love dunkin. I do. But I have been there 4 times. I had 3 very different flavored drinks and a OG latte. I was confused as to why they all tasted the same till I had a latte. They all taste the same because THERES NO FLAVORING. the flavored coffees ALL taste like one with no flavor. Out of four times, I have never gotten a correct coffee the first time. Do not waste your time unless you have a gift card or something. However! Crew is VERY nice and polite, helpful. read more

I keep trying this place and idk why because it's always the same out come. The iced coffee is watery and often sour tasting. The flavoring is never right. Some times it tastes like I drank straight from the syrup dispenser other times it tastes like drank out of the coffee filter. I give up. Murphy Dunkin is way better. read more
