This Dunkin' Doughnuts can sometimes be spotty with making the correct coffee drinks. I'm not sure if they just hire employees that can't retain information or don't care, but it's 60/40 on whether it will be right. However, when it is right it's great. If you go early enough the doughnuts are fresh, but don't purchase after 11am they are stale and hard. Fortunately, I usually go on my way into work, which is early so this isn't a problem but weekends I need to be aware of the time. read more

When I walked in, I was not greeted. It then took a few minutes for someone to come full the register- I was the only customer in the store. The store was in disarray, but I'll give them a pass because it appears they just received a shipment. I was disappointed they had no croissants for my sandwich, but they did apologize and offer an English muffin instead. The two things that bother me most about the visit are the foul language I could hear the employees using from across the lobby and the fact that one employee started panicking when he thought he saw the health inspector. Either you get a wrong order, be over charged, or the staff and manager Carlos is not that friendly at all... I personally have given this location a few times to keep me coming back and hoping they were just having off days but nope that wasnt it there customer service is just not there at the Queen Creek location... The team lead Chris is always rude, there are a few other team players that cant work the point of sale... They need a new full staff and manager ... Ive talked to the district manager Michelle a few times on problems with this location and doesn't seem like they even care to fix the problem... Been three different problems either I was over charged, eight donuts in a single bag and not a box, points taken from my perks points, signage not up to date, rude employees and that is just to much to even go back to the Queen Creek Arizona Dunkin Donut location... Whatever staff was working on 6/28 between 12 and 12:30 PM should be ashamed. My fiancé and I went through the drive-thru and he ordered an iced coffe. The person taking the order acted dumb because my fiancé wanted it black. He then repeated the order back to my fiancé and we moved on with the order. Once we completed the order, he asked my fiancé to repeat the drink, we had two drinks so he repeated the most recent one since the person taking the order never repeated that one back. When we got up to the window they took our card and she shoved the card and food into my fiancé's face and said "Here you go" and shut the window in his face before he could even grab the food from her, or say thank you or ask about his iced coffee. Today was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Right off the back from walking in it was horrible. I got to the counter and I wasn't even acknowledge for about 5 minutes, finally a girl walked up, didn't look at me and had a head set on. She said what can I get for you(still not even looking at me) so I asked are you talking to me? She never responded and starts talking to a co worked. So I just waited again then she goes what can I get for you, STILL not looking at me. I asked again are you talking to me and Savannah is the girls name goes " who else would I be talking to?" No shit she really said that to me. I said you have a headset on and I already ask if you were talking to me and you didn't respond, you should really loss your attitude. Savannah then turns around and just walks away. Like WHAT? Who does that to a customer? Well this place does. So again I sit and wait for someone to help me, I finally asked "is there a manager I can speak with?" Another girl go hold on I can't hear you, then about 2 minutes later she comes up and I ask are you the manger and she goes yes. I tell her what savannah did and said to me and this " blonde manger girl" could care less. All she's said to that was okay, not apologizing for the way her works are acting. She even had horrible attitude but didn't walk away from me. Finally I tell her my order and she still charges me . This store employees have NO sense of customer service and this isn't the first bad experience I've had here! I really wish this company would do something about it and step up there customer service. To be treated the way I was treated today is unbelievable and honestly embarrassing on Dunkin Donuts end! Garbage. If their latte machine isn't broke, because it often is, they are out of milk, or donuts, or other food items. They run an afternoon special of $2 medium lattes and frequently try to charge you the price of a signature latte or a large latte or anything else that is more than $2. There's always this girl working there who looks like she'd rather stab you then to take your order always a pissy look on her face even her voice sounds like shes annoyed at having to work. I call men "sweetie," in the bar/club i work at so i dont think someone of the same age in a fast food drive thru really should be using any sort of unprofessional terms like "sweetie," or "hun," especially when you are not 20 years older than me and i am not some cute guy you are flirting with im a girl probably a few years older actually than this 16-18 year old girl working the drive thru. I dont know i feel like thats out of line when she's not working for tips in a flirtatious environment so it actually comes off as condescending. She's a young girl so im not mad i just think that should be addressed and not happen. I went back today and she gave me my coffee again but seemed generally pissed off i dont know why and then i asked for a napkin which to be fair she gave me like 5 but was very stern like she hated me or something but ive never said anything to her other than ordering my coffee. And she just walked away after that didnt even say anything. Look i dont know if something is just going on in her life cuz its probably not personal towards me how shes acting when providing service i get that but i also work in the service industry and you just have to pretend everything is fabulous even when it is not and just suck it up and fake smile. She should probably be doing the behind the scenes work and not the upfront customer service work because when i worked in customer service i always got great happy long reviews from customers and big tips and constantly told how bubbly and happy I was and making people's days. If there was an award for worst service, this DD location would win it. Dunkin Donuts in Queen Creek has some of the worst service and employees I've ever experienced. Not once have they ever made the order right. I'm constantly repeating my order over and over, and somehow they continue to screw it up. I came into the store today around 3:00 pm to buy some coffee and a sandwich. When I went up to the counter there was a girl standing a little off to the side. She obviously saw me but just kept on restocking milk and complaining to herself about something and obviously in a bad mood. The other lady in the back was working the drive through. I waited for a good 3-4 minutes at the counter and not even an acknowledgement of my existence that I was standing there waiting to be helped. I moved a little over to the side so they could see me a little better because maybe they didn't hear the door and even did a little *AHEM* just in case they still didn't see me. Still nothing!! By this point I was just frustrated and left the store. Very unprofessional and rude. I understand that working at Dunkin Donuts may not be the most pleasant experience but in the face of customers at least do your job. We came to this location around 12:30 on a Sunday. I am aware that 12:30 might be a little bit late for a restaurant like this, but there was still a line before and after us. And they are still open. Anyhow, my daughters were very excited to spend their own money that they had earned and by themselves some donuts. When we got to the drive-thru we we ordered 35 munchkins and advised them that they only wanted the glaze, the chocolate and the jelly-filled. They waited until we got to the window to tell us that they did not have any of the chocolate or jelly filled left. My daughters decided 35 of the same flavor munchkins did not sound very appetizing so they decided to change to just regular Donuts. My daughter wanted to Boston cream, they came back and told us they were out of Boston cream. Then she changed it to chocolate glazed, they came back and told us they didn't have any chocolate glazed either. So our choices for munchkins were only glazed, blueberry or pumpkin. And they didn't have any of the donuts my daughters wanted. And they did not try to offer anything to compensate for it. So my daughter is left very disappointed with all of their money in hand and no Donuts. I would think if you were a restaurant and you're out of everything that the customer tried to order, you would go above and beyond to try to remedy it and make up for that fact. This location is horrible. A few weeks ago I stopped and ordered a couple lattes and ordered them with no ice. Carlos told me "Because of Covid-19 we are not allowed to make the lattes with no ice." That makes no sense. He was realIy snotty and rude to me. I was telling my family about it and my daughter told me that he treats her and her friends the same way all the time. I have since quit going to this location because the others close by will let me order a latte without ice. Today I decided I would give them another try. This time I was told that the latte happy hour promotion was no longer available. Even though it's in my app, the lady told me "I can't control what the app says. There is nothing I can do and it will not be honored." I cancelled the order and went home. I decided to call the location in Queen Creek. The girl there told me that "Yes, the promotion ended unless you have the app. If you have the app it will take the difference off." Why couldn't the lady at this location have told me this instead of lying to me and saying there was nothing she can do? Why was she so snotty to me and treated me so badly? Worst DD EVER!!!! I'm from Rhode Island, so I know DD. This has been the worst experiences I've ever had. Nothing is ever right. I've seen major health code violations. They never flip the coffee over and shake it to get all the syrup off the bottom. This is common practice in New England. A quite stir with a spoon doesn't cut it. The extra cream and regular cream look the same color. There is no consistency. The bagels were burnt and half my everything bagel was missing poppy and sesame seeds. When they get it wrong, they just say sorry, but don't remake it or refund you. The hot food is cold a lot of the time. Luckily, I'm going back to RI at the end of the week, but my friend is stuck with these guys as its the only one in the area. I recommend you STAY AWAY!! read more

WORST DUNKIN I'VE EVER BEEN TO! If there was a choice to select no stars, that's what I would choose. The company I work for comes here every single day for breakfast and coffee. I personally come every Monday and Friday. I've had "okay" service every single time I go there. They aren't overly rude, but they definitely aren't nice. Recently I have experienced a few REALLY bad visits. The staff is always bland an usually rude, they ignore you, there is no welcoming when you walk in the front door, they treat you like crap. Today I called the store for the 3rd time to talk to a manager and Ashley answered the phone. Mind you, I have not gotten a call back at all for the past 2 weeks and I'm a little frustrated but not rude. I ask to speak to a manager and she tells me he isn't there. Okay, that's fine I get it but I literally canNOT get ahold of this manager named Justin. When I ask what the best time to call is, she replies with tomorrow morning he MIGHT be here I'm not really sure. I ask if there is someone who IS sure and she says he will be there tomorrow so I tell her I'll call around 9am tomorrow. She says NO that's our rush time. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. My employees would NEVER say that to a customer. Her reply should've been "we look forward to hearing from you, sorry for your bad experience today" or SOMETHING along those lines. These people are rude, inconsiderate, and literally DO NOT care about customers. I'm not crazy, just look at ALL of the other reviews on this place.
