Today is officially the last time I visit this Dunkin.. I've tried to be patient because I know that we're understaffed everywhere but the inability of employees to even reas the order correctly is ridiculous .. I ordered a cold brew w/ less ice & it's full of ice which gives me a water down drink by the time I drive to work.. munchkin donuts which I always order & I requested at the window to get all powdered & the drive thru worker told me that they don't sell powder donuts .. like what? I buy them all the time ... my hash browns are so burned they're black & I'm throwing them away.. in other words don't come here unless you tryna ruin your own morning .. this is not the first time I go through this here maybe like the 5th or 6th... & now I see I should've took the time to read previous reviews in the past. read more

Don't waste your time they are probably out of it. This store is always out of everything. I understand certain things are low on stock but it happens way too much. Not only that but the customer service at this location is horrible. The employees treat you like you are an inconvenience to them. If I could no star them I would. I hate writing reviews like this but seriously if you don't have the product don't open and then the employees don't have to work. Seriously learn some respect or go work somewhere else. I have worked in retail before and have had to deal with rude customers but when you apply to work there you should understand you have to deal with people. Ordered from DoorDash. Food was absolutely disgusting, had to throw it all away. The meat in our breakfast sandwiches was undercooked. The bread was overcooked and stale. The hash browns were soggy. Every single time I come here, the customer service is absolutely horrible. You can tell the employees don't want to be there and act inconvenienced by one question. Thank you so much Onnie Jackson!!! Onnie is the one only reason we come back, to this location. Before Onnie came along the drive thru wouldn't have anyone on the speaker taking orders or even at the drive thru window when you would drive up. 1st time it happened, started to have anxiety about the crew, ended up calling DD as I was on my way to work. Worried maybe something happened to them but thankfully no. They informed me after being kept on hold for some time. "We didn't notice the person assigned to drive thru just took off their headset and left to the restroom." I waited and honked I mean was that the only person working because when I did looked inside I didn't see a soul. When they would finally take an order 80% of the time it was wrong and sadly they would look dazed as they where attempting to fix the situation. The caramel hot lattes I love so much from the Upland location where disgusting here. We stop going to this location, as we felt not only was it a huge waste of time but money. Which was a huge inconvenience since it is 10 mins walking distance from our home. After months of not going, we decided to give them another chance and thankfully Onnie took our order, everything was perfect She is extremely helpful, cheerful and a hard worker. We always see her doing almost 10 things at one time. Including picking up trash in the parking area, while still taking drive thru orders, greeting customers as they walk in welcoming smile. The drinks might not always come out perfect but she always gets it quickly fixed. Unfortunately, that's not the case with the younger crew they don't have the drive that Onnie shows. This is one amazing store! I've been to several Dunkin's and this is by far the best. Well organized and well trained staff. They have their act together and get the idea of "service". Once I met the manager, Onnie, I got it. She runs a well oiled operation and is super friendly and personable. Her staff reflects that same spirit. Love the vanilla creme donuts and the coffee!! And the coffee is always fresh and super hot! Just the way I like it. I often plan my bike rides to take me to this store even tho there is one closer to home. read more

When I got to the drive-through window to pay I told the employee to hold on I need to get my phone for my points he ignored my comment and proceeded with the transaction and close the window and then he came back to give me my change and I told him oh I told you to wait I had my points he's like oh sorry we are not allowed to fix any transactions nothing I can do about it he told his manager and the manager acted rude and said she couldn't hear anything and he's like oh I'm sorry nothing I can do when they could've done a refund and re-did the transaction or could've just gave me a free drink which I would've got with my $20 purchase on my points but didn't even try and as we were leaving we heard the manager cuss in the background. All we were trying to do was buy donuts for our grandpa with cancer since it was his 76th birthday. I am never going g here again. I'm sorry but i'm not sure what her name was or how else to refer to her but the ginger girl that has a professional downward frown 24/7. I came through the drive through today around 4:50-5pm, watched her run out of milk for a drink (didn't think it was mind) Pour about 2/3rds of the mixer with water... and proceed with the drink as usual. It did end up being mine (was gross, obviously watered down A LOT just tasted like syrups and water) but I work in customer service food industry as well and don't want to verbally complain and don't have the time to wait for a drink remake because she was too lazy to grab a new milk the first time. This location is just like all the others. Same menu & same look. I like how they get you in and out fast. Great coffee. It is hit and miss with the service due to the young workers, but it's a good place to grab breakfast on the run. It's very close to the freeway if you need to get on and off quickly. read more

Not sure what the craze it all about but nothing compared to the east coast. Yes the coffee is always the same but the experience is different. On the east coast the fresh smell of roasting beans and baked goods so so awesome when you walk in, here on the west coast it feels like just another coffee shop where they get you and get you out. Something is now wrong with this store. Over the last few weeks, service has become horrible. No matter what time of day, it seems to take much longer for service and it doesn't matter if you are in the drive thru or walk in. Crew seems to always be either overwhelmed and impatient, on their phones, blaring music from the back which is different than what you hear in the lobby or eating and drinking behind the counter, Most of them are now wearing AirPods as well, which I'm sure is a distraction. They treated me with such kindness, they had spectacular chemistry and worked so quickly but yet made me feel like I wasn't just another number or another customer passing through their doors. Phhhheeeewww! I understand this DD just opened, but man, do they have some kinks to straighten out. First off, their donuts were so disappointing. The small business donut shops around Rancho and Fontana are so much better. I was excited that they had French crullers, but the ones they sold here had such a wet/soggy texture, plus the egg flavor was super strong. Maybe I just had a bad batch? I don't know, but those are my favorite donuts and I could barely finish mine. I will say that their coffee was awesome tho. My husband got an iced macchiato and it was strong as hell. Just how we like it! As far as their employees go, they got a lot of work to do. We visited DD a few weeks ago (they had only been open a couple days or so). They barely opened, and one of their employees already looked like she absolutely hated her job. I don't get that. I felt uncomfortable and rushed when I tried to choose our dozen donuts. We didn't even get a greeting from her or anything, just a blank stare until we told her our choices. It was so uncomfortable. The other employees, however, were much better. They were helpful and they greeted us. We didn't feel like a bother to them and you can tell they were trying to get things going. The service was super slow though. That's what I meant by the kinks. They have to figure out a more efficient line or something. Would we go out of our way to come here.....no. If we're in the area again, I'd give their sandwiches a shot and see how their drive thru is. Other than that, I would not recommend their donuts at all.
