I live around the corner from this location, so I unfortunately frequent this Dunkin often on my way to the hospital where I work. The lady who who takes orders for the drive thru line is, hands down, the rudest person I've ever encountered. This morning 11/24/23 at 5:30 am, I was waiting at the intercom for several minutes and there were multiple cars behind me. There was a lot of noise coming through the speaker, so after several minutes of waiting I said "hello?" There was no response. After about 20 seconds I said "hello" again, thinking maybe the speaker wasn't working. I hear the lady on the other end say "fuck that, I'm not answering her". After another minute, the lady comes on the speaker and very rudely starts ranting about how I don't need to say hello. She can hear me and see me on camera and she's busy. She said "do you not see the Dunkin truck in the parking lot and the guys bringing in supplies, I'm busy!" And then she made me apologize to her - There was a line of cars behind me and I legitimately thought the speaker might be broken. A simple "I'll be with you in a moment" would've sufficed. This is not the first time this employee has been extremely rude with an attitude, it's honestly everyday, but this encounter was over the top. This individual has no business working in customer service and needs to be fired. It was the most unsavory thing I've ever experienced from an employee at any establishment. As an aside, the lady that works at the window in the mornings is extremely nice, so it's not all the employees. read more

I'm giving this one star because there is no option for negative stars. Stopped to charge at the Tesla Supercharger and thought hey why not some coffee and a rest? Walked in, lady in front of me ordered and when it came to my turn I got hit with the "hold up" and then the cashier walked out of the store. I did not see him again. One of the other cashiers tried to log in, shouted real loud in a language that I do not speak and left for the back. Finally got a cashier to take my order. Drinks were okay. Electronic alarm coming from behind the counter counter is enough to drive one mad. Had to leave. Good to see I didn't die and end up in purgatory, because this surely is closest to. 1/10 would come again. read more

I asked cashier for a small cup of hot water to pour onto my dog's food consisting of chicken and sweet potato. My dog is on a special diet and needs to be fed on schedule. The cashier stated that she had to charge me 53 cents. This was my first time hearing of this charge just for water. I always make a purchase prior to asking for water. today I went into Dunkin', expecting to be in and out. I waited, probably 20 minutes for my food. The workers were unprofessional, laughing, swearing, yelling, and not putting the littlest effort to do their job. There are three young girls working that had no interest in preparing food. One claimed that they did not know how to cook the food and all the girls laughed. After about 10 minutes, they got a complaint from a woman who said that her food had not even started to be prepared and the girls laughed and attempted to make the food. 10 to 15 minutes later, our food came out while the girls were still laughing and leaning on the counters with people in line, waiting for the food. my young daughter and her friend innocently went to the bathroom and overheard employee workers in the bathroom giggling and laughing and swearing. After all of that food was poorly cooked. The hashbrowns were hard and cold, the bagel bites were cold, and the donuts, were thrown into the bag on top of each other like they were trash. All girls on shift that day should be fired, and are a disgrace to the Dunkin' industry. the day this happened was September 17, 2023. read more

Average DD but the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. This is a go to stop on the way to or from the cape. Easy to get off & on easier from 3 North. My one complaint is the bathrooms. My boyfriend and I live right up the street from this place. It has been our go to for a really long time, but the recent months have been awful. There is always something wrong with something. The hash browns Are usually either really burned or undercooked. We are starting to hate going there because we waste our money, but it is the most convenient Dunkin'. Visited this Dunkin' around 5:30 am on a Friday morning, We got to the window and found that the employee taking the debit card and handing us our drinks had no gloves on and no mask at all. We order an ice coffee regular which was fine but we ordered another ice coffee that we insisted on being decaf. But the coffee was not decaf and the person drinking the coffee cant have caffeinated coffee which became a problem. Also, I ordered a donut and when I received the donut in the bag with no napkin. She gets my order right every time and she even recognizes my voice in the drive thru talk about making someone feel like a VIP!!! She makes the beginning of my day a unforgettable one!! my day just kicks off right with her smile and warm and welcoming personality thank you Wendy!!!!! Just went to get some breakfast with a couple of friends and our order was very easy and still managed to get messed up. 3 bagels with cream cheese and a box of munchkins. Got our bagels, one of which was not the right kind and they barely had ANY cream cheese. I was ordering a blue raspberry coolatta and didn't realize they only served those in the summer when suddenly I was rudely interrupted with "NO, those are only in the summer you can't order that". Okay well then I'd appreciate it if they were taken off the menu during off season. After driving up to the window he put his hand out without saying a word pretty much demanding for the money. After I said thank you for the drinks he said "yup" and closed the window. So customer service is obviously not on point at this location. read more

When leaving this Dunkin Donuts on Nov 24th I tore my arm open on the dead bolt knob of the front door. I went to the counter and asked for help as I was using my left hand to put pressure on the wound on my right forearm. There were no managers around. One employee gave me a first aid kit but offered no help. Another employee said she would be back in a minute. It took a long time for her to come back,. Meanwhile I am standing at the front counter bleeding. When I asked her where she went and if she could help me I was told bluntly " I cannot shut down the whole store to help just because you injured yourself." None of the other three emplyees working stopped to help me either. So at least at this Dunkin Donuts, making sure customers get their coffee is more important than helping a customer who injured themselves. read more

This DD is always different every day you go there. I have the same complaint as always. There must be a standard for how to make a coffee.This should be listed if not on the wall as to how to make a coffee. If I like a coffee dark and the person making it might think that its to dark because they like there's with extra cream they might make it light. If I like extra sugar they might not put enough or to much in it due to there perception of how it should be. With that being said when going through the drive up, people are on there way to there destination and might not take that first sip of coffee at the window to know that you ordered it with extra sugar and got no sugar at all. yes, we all make mistakes but now DD has dummy proof what a customer says by filling in the ovals on the cup. They read it back correct. but filled the blanks in wrong and make it wrong. I drive away today thinking they got it together only to find no not again and Im now on my way and the coffee is ruined. So I decide to taste it before leaving and most of the time I will except it, and wouldn't you know the time I DON'T check it, is the time they do screw it up. I notice that it happens with the same person taking the order. Maybe new headphones would help. Maybe when you get the coffee they should make sure what you have ordered. Also with the donuts you get that sometimes is wrong too. This is a customer service job and service should be exceptional. As a review that was posted someone had a great experience. When driving up to order and you have someone who is tired and has no personality some may tend to reply back that way. As with someone who is overly happy can turn some off. Maybe this person at the window who cant get my order correct puts her name on the coffee cup and see how many complaints they get and divide the tips accordingly. There are people who can pay attention and make a coffee. And Please when you make anyone's coffee, when you put the cream in it and its clumpy its SPOILED, this is a visual, a no brainier. DON'T send me away with it. You can make people sick and if that's what you do you don't belong in the food business. Find a passion not just a job. read more
