Dunkin donuts is the the only place locally that has doughnuts and delivers, so during the pandemic (and now also the snow) I've been getting them delivered a decent amount. I usually get their munchkins, a bagel, and occasionally a chai tea. My husband will normally get a bagel breakfast sandwich, which he always enjoys. Their delivery isn't always perfect but they always are willing to fix the situation. My bagel didn't come with the cream cheese I ordered once, and they ended up sending a whole new bagel and cream cheese. So, evem though they forgot something it was fairly easy to fix, even if I did have to wait 30 minutes. Overall, they aren't 5 star decadent doughnuts, but they bring back a nostalgia for the pick-me-ups my dad would get me in high school when I was sad (chai tea and a cake doughnut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles). read more

Whatever seemed to be the owner, older guy, super unfriendly. The younger kid that packed the donuts was nice. I bought 2 dozen donuts and waited for them and the older guy, after getting my money waved me away because he was wanting to serve another customer. Just the way he did it was so disrespectful!!! Came in to this location today for a milkshake creation I had at a previous Dunkins location in Chicago. I was told they "do not" use almond milk in the milk shakes here and could not do it... hmmm the only selection you give customers for milk in 2020 is WHOLE MILK WTF!!! Unexpected personal service. That was what I got from this store through the comments I made to get a free donut. My wife enjoys an apple fritter as a special treat. Dunkin brands decided to change the recipe and she was disappointed by the new fritter. I explained this in my comments on line just so the Dunkin Donut chain would know. I got an unexpected email back from this local store telling me that if I ordered ahead they would make me the apple fritters my wife loved. Poor customer service. I placed an order on the Dunkin Donuts App. I provided the cashier the order number and let them know that I paid through the app. The cashier cut me off and said they didn't receive the order and that I would have to order again. He made no effort to see if the order had been prepared. I noticed a drink on the counter and saw that it was my order number. The whole issue could have been resolved if he would have taken a moment to see if the order had been prepared instead of insisting that I place another order. read more

This place has a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. I stopped in for an ice cream after a day at the beach. They had plenty of flavors to choose from. We did come in with a large group 7 kids and 4 adults. It took them awhile to get through us. Also, parking was limited and I had to park off site and walk there. read more

Skip this place if you can. You would think a place that relies on their customers would be focused on customer service. They treat you as if you're an annoyance when you walk in the place. This has happened over the the last couple of years. For this mornings experience - Please keep in mind this was during the morning and there was NOT a line. This is the worst experience I had at Dunkin. I'm a Dunkin member for over an year, usually order on the go via app. This time I paid a visit for in-store order. I asked for Multi grain bagel with veggie cream cheese and egg. The girl who was taking my order asked the guy who is about to prepare my order to add egg on the bagel, and he refused, shocker !! I cross verified about egg on bagel with cream cheese and the girl said yes we do, but the guy doesn't want to do. Such a Idiot, if he doesn't like the combination better quit.BTW, I'm from philly and who doesn't have bagel with egg and cream cheese spread with additional toppings. Stopped in for a coffee and upon stepping up to the register the employe greeted me and asked me how I was. Before I even had a chance to respond she turned to the employee next to her and continued a conversation with her while I stood there waiting to order. I eventually was able to order my coffee, but couldn't help but feel like my request for some 2% milk was quite inconvenient to ask for. The employee next to the girl taking my order offered to make the coffee to which she said "no I'll make it because it has to be 2%." This review is for the Baskin-Robbins in Benton Harbor. WORST SERVICE EVER! We will not be back! When we walked in, there were three employees in the store and not ONE OF THEM bothered to greet us. The first young woman would not even look up from her phone! A young man then walked in behind us and they immediately waited on him. Gave him a bag of donut holes and never charged him. One of the young women finally asked WHAT WE WANTED. (Not, "May I help you," but "What do you want?"). My husband told her he wanted jamocha almond fudge and she told him she never heard of that. My husband walked over to the case and showed her where it was. They then made us pay BEFORE they ever served us. I asked for a scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone and she picked up a cake cone instead. I told her that was a cake cone and then pointed at the sugar cone. She told me that was a waffle cone. No, the waffle cones are much larger and were sitting right there. She then scooped the ice cream, stood there and let some fall off the cone and back into the ice cream container. She never bothered to put any into the cone, just set it on top of the cone and handed it to me. There are no words for this. Desparate comes to mind. The owners of this store must be DESPARATE for employees to have these people working there. Good luck, because you all will need it. Giving them one star only because I cannot post this without doing so. They deserve ZERO stars. read more

So sad how this Dunkin Donuts has fallen. There was a time when donuts were made at all times of the day, so fresh ones were readily available. Now, the donuts are not even made on site, but shipped in from Chicago early morning, so donuts in the afternoon are stale and hard, and the donut slogan of yesterday, "Time to make the donuts!" Great place to tank up on coffee and sugar while hooked up to wi fi. Their smart phone app is a very efficient way to pay (better than Starbucks app). You have the added bonus of having Baskin Robbins ice cream under the same roof. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts used to be a great place back in the day. Unfortunately, now they have owners who don't seem to appreciate their customers. (at least in the evening). The lady that owns the place is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeaser of having to deal with. She treats paying customers who come in there as if they are truly a burden to have darken the doorstep. She seems to almost scream rudely "What do you want?" And stands in front of the donuts so that you cannot see what they have available, then keeps on "What do you want?" Finally, you just give up, or just say "Nothing." Because you really don't want to get ANYTHING from her. I will never go there again, at least if she is working. I don't want to spend my hard earned money and support a business that does not appreciate their customers, or better yet treats a customer as if they are an annoyance.
