I went in at 748pm Friday December 8,2023 and I had ordered a chai latte with oat milk and the attendant with glasses, he said oh the steamer is shut down and I said it's not even 8pm yet 59 orange turnpike sloatsburg,ny and he said I'm sorry and how it would've been a hassle to clean it up after we just cleaned it up and shut it down. Stopped here on a road trip, got coffee and really needed to use the bathroom and they literally don't let their own customers use the bathroom. It's seriously ridiculous. Worst Dunkin' Donuts store I've been to. The cashier named Abdul was rude throughout the entire transaction. He didn't communicate, first waved me over and said "What do you want?". Left my order at the counter and pointed at me to grab them. Later while I was sitting at the table, he pointed at me again and yelled if I am done with my order. The female manager was sitting at another table, told me to not mind his behaviour and that was pretty much her way of handling that guy's rudeness. I had to ask my refund because no paying customer should deserve this type of attitude. The manager apologized but the same man continued arguing about how busy he gets and his work is not easy, etc. He needed to handle his work professionally. Nobody is entitled to get agressive to customers this way. It was very rude and scary. I will never step in to this store again! read more

Honestly, if I could give this Dunkin Donuts no stars, I would. They don't even deserve the 2 1/2 stars they have now. The cashier was rude from the start, demanding me to tell him what I want in such a unfriendly way. Then I asked another worker to use the bathroom, and she rudely replied, no. It's broken. Go somewhere else. All I wanted to do was wash my hands, and I guess the sink was broken too.. which also means that they don't wash their hands. I ordered a combo meal and they proceeded to charge me individually for the items that I wanted which ended up costing me more money. Giving it 3 stars for their clean bathroom. We stop by here quite often on our way to Harriman. I did feel bad that we were just using their bathroom and not purchasing anything, so on our way back from the hike, I purchased a dark roast iced coffee. The coffee tasted like crap-- something was wrong w it... maybe it was very light/watered down? Oh, and i bought my coffee using my DD rewards account and the discount/promotion didn't take! The slowest moving Dunkin Donuts in the world!! I can be the only person online and it takes them 20mins to make a breakfast sandwich, if there's someone in front of me hell on earth, waited up to 30mins for food, they make things one at a time and very very slow.....if you come here be prepared to wait. No no no no no. If you can avoid this place, please do. Last time I was here, they were unwilling to admit they put the wrong syrup in my iced tea. After telling them I wanted it remade, they did, but with much attitude. I stopped by today as I'm making a long drive, and was greeted by someone new who seemed to be learning the ropes. She caught an attitude when I asked, "How many pumps does a large drink usually get?" And told me I can put my own sugar by condiment bar and asked me if I was done ordering. "You can put your own sugar over there, anything else?" (Enter annoyed face) First of all, who puts normal sugar in iced drinks when things like liquid cane sugar exists at DD? Maybe some do, but not me, and when I asked her if they can put liquid cane sugar in my tea, she got louder and said, "Ok!" And then tried to dissuade me from getting 10 pumps. "You want 10? Why? That's too much." Lady, let me order what I want and stopped trying to make me feel awful about my order. She was incredibly rude, interrupting me at every sentence to ask if I was done ordering. This doesn't explain how rude she was with me. I know it's only 7AM but I'm tired too. I secretly believe they put extra pumps for whatever reason, but I'm never going back. Lesson learned. I don't understand why she was completely rude and annoyed but traveler be weary about this place. She needs to cut back on the attitude and improve their service. They have a gun at your head at the register. Overpriced! I paid twice as much as I do at home for the same product. All employees are too busy chatting, they charged me for 3 drinks when we only ordered 2. Manager had a god complex when I said something and got very polite when I asked for the receipt with the contact information. This place is always really slow no matter how many people are working or waiting in line. I'd avoid this place if you want your order quickly (and without confusion from the staff.) The simplest drink (iced latte) will take forever. read more

After waiting between 20 and 15 minutes in line at Dunkin Donuts, the cashier points at me, without words, to apparently indicate it was my turn to order. He actually looked at each person and pointed or nodded his head when it was someone's turn. Then he rings the order up, says "that it?" and puts his hand out for money. I don't need a welcoming committee or full conversation when I get food somewhere but I do need some sort of audible direction when they want to tell me something or need me to do something. This is my regular Dunkin', and the employees there do a great job most of the time. No business or person is perfect. The relatively non-verbal employee one of the other reviewers mentioned is clearly autistic so have a heart and take it easy on the poor guy. Tolerance and patience. I stopped for breakfast before going to woodbury commons and it was by far , the worst DD I have ever been too. There was lack of communication between the crew and the kitchen was hectic, one woman was serving us our order one item by one and ddnt even put the order in the computer and on top of all that, my egg and cheese on an everything bagel was served to me with the bottoms of the bagel ! I always go to Dunkin Donuts. I live near two of them, and they are just perfect!! The problem is when I go to the one on Orange Turnpike. My skin Crawls!! These People know exactly what they are doing. I am starting to believe they Hate Certain People. This week I went on the 30th, of September. I ordered. My order always comes over $30.00. They charged me $1.09 over, and this time I complained. Usually, I never get this upset. I always leave a tip. I am always kind. This week, I again told them they charged me $1.09 over. I have an Aarp card when you buy a coffee, medium or large, you get a donut!! For some reason the girl gets her panties in a twist when I tell her kindly, that she charged me the $1.09 over. I hate going to my Doctor, I know that I have to go there too! Again, it is Wednesday, and I Had to go back.
