Dunkin' isn't the fanciest coffee house in the world, but their coffee menus are growing all the time! When this location opened, ordering any of the simple espresso drinks as they come (cappuccino, latte, that sort of thing) would usually be met with some confusion on passing on flavors. Growing pains, but ones that they overcame. I probably go to this Dunkin' 1-3 times a week depending on my schedule, and it's also super fast, clean, and friendly. Not sure what happened today at the Sam Ridley location. Coffee was burnt and sandwich was over cooked and bacon was dry And the hash browns were burnt. Did see the regular crew and this new bunch didn't look like they cared so I did eat or drink any of it and just left. read more

I used to be a Starbucks only person. But when I moved to an area with a Dunkin right up the road, I started going to Dunkin instead. I think their coffee is better and their prices are definitely WAY more affordable than Starbucks. Service is quick and easy. And the employees are always wonderful! read more

This is the worst location ever. They are not customer service friendly at all. I use to go here in the mornings before going to work, I used my app but it was pointless because when you arrive they are too busy showing each other things on their cell phone to grab your order and actually give it to you. I also do Grubhub orders and had a pickup there this morning. I walked in they don't greet you. I stood there while the white manager with the long hair just stared at me and never said may I help you or anything. Finally a black gentleman came from the back and saw and asked me how could he help me. Showed him my phone and who I was picking up for and he made my order. He was very nice, but I hate going here and have stopped spending my money in this place because they don't value their customers at all! read more

Like most Dunkin' Donuts the coffee Was good and the donut a regular nothing to write home about donut. I went through the drive through at this location. The employee was very nice working the drive through and I tipped her extra since her pleasant demeanor set a tone for my day. read more

Decided to do a mobile order on my way in to work..arrived and to my surprise there was nobody in line...that was a for...so I figured it does not get any easier than this. Usually when I pull up the board will say my name and tell me pull up to the window...Instead you a voice telling me just a moment but there are no cars up ahead so I pull up. I see that my order is ready but there is nobody working the window. I see two female at the front counter with one customer. I sat there for 5 minutes from out of nowhere a black girl slow walks her ass to the window as if she just got out of her bed, with a damn blue bonnet on her head! Very unprofessional to say the least. No sense of urgency for the customer or anything, it was as if I was bothering her because I placed an order. She needs to be fired for even coming to work like that...neeedless to say I won't be ordering from them again and I be letting my friends know as well. First I would like to state that I understand this mask policy but when you do NOT post it on your doors and it is NOT mandatory in your city you should not yell at your customers for not wearing a mask. Stood in line for nearly 20 mins to be told "if you don't have a mask I'm not going to serve you" Well it's no longer mandatory in Rutherford county and 2nd you have NO SIGN!!!! So get a grip! It's ok at best so far. Been here several times. I haven't had an experience yet where they don't mess up the order. I don't make my orders complicated. Just as they are on the menu. Ordered a hot latte got a cold one, and no it wasn't iced it was just a cool beverage which was basically room temperature. Awesome! Great waste of two dollars, so don't worry I won't be back. Don't waste your time, folks. Just hit a gas station, at least you know the hot coffee is hot. read more

Terrible inside customer service. Today inside was the worst experience! Couldn't tell who worked there, no one wears a uniform, no name tags To include names in my post, (wonder why)! My drink was wrong 2x and the girl with dark red hair spoke poorly about me to a heavyset male... they continued to speak poorly of me as I stood there. Another girl with dark hair and glasses using profanity like it was normal and okay. 1-2 people were flying around doing all the orders as those stated above did nothing! If there was a way to give this less than one star I would. First off they are the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Workers are rude. My wife stopped there Saturday morning after she got off of work and grab us all some donuts and a coffee for me. As I was enjoying my donut I noticed a black spot inside it. Drive thur or going in for face to face interaction to start the morning. So I went in to place 2 medium coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. Got the donuts and waited for my coffee. Only request of my coffee was cream and sugar. Waited 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledged customers standing waiting even the one before me, another 5 min gone by still the same. Seem like they are trained to take care of the drive thur customers only. 15 minutes later I got my coffee only after I ask on behalf of the customers inside. Customer service none existent. Just fill those drive thur orders and move on. Moral of the story, don't expect customer service and go drive thur. read more

We have a quarterly town hall mtg and I normally use another location due to it being closer; however, they would not answer the phone, and when they finally answered they were not interested in helping me out. I decided to go a little out of my way and use this location - OH MY I cannot scream louder how they went above and beyond!!!! I needed 6 dozen and they were all willing to help me out - they not only gave me 6 dozen but gave me an amazing variety of donuts. We just Stopped into to this Dunkin Doughnuts today at the Sam Ridley location in Smyrna and were so happy we did! We haven't had Doughnuts in 3 months (Watching the carbs) so we were excited to carb load today! The Staff here were so friendly and welcoming! And the Doughnuts were to die for! And can I just say, they KNOW how to make coffee! Sorry Starbucks, but this Location is giving you a run for your money at half the price! I live behind stewartsboro elementary and I've known this store to be slow before, but the one across from Nissan is out of my way from work, so I come here. However, this morning, 4/7/19, I send for my order when I leave my house, say I am ready to pick up as I'm passing Almaville Rd on Old Nashville, about 10 min away. I arrive and neither items are ready. 2 people in the drive thru, 1 person in store. After the guy that was waiting on his order in front of me, this young lady asked if I had an order, I advised her I sent for my mobile order about 10 min prior. She made my coffee, handed it to me, proceeds to the back to get the items for my sandwich, I asked how long it was going to take cause I had to be at work in 4 min, a reason why I sent for my food to be ready way before I arrived to give them plenty of time to prepare it, she said 30 seconds, and then when it was done, she came to the counter, threw my order across the counter, and said in a hateful ton, "have a nice day and here's your order, we only have one register and we are busy." I told her I didn't ask for the attitude that I was just going to get a refund so I could leave quick, and she said "get out of my store, you have your order, now go." I asked for her manager and she stated she was the manager. I asked for her DM name and she said "get out of my store." read more

First issue was I ordered an iced coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My husband got his two donuts immediately but another customer came and went and a few drive through customers came and went so my husband reminded her of our order and we had to show her our receipt so she would remember what we were talking about. Finally got my coffee and it was horrid. It was bitter and tasted old. Next my husband went up again about the bagel and at that moment she chose to tell us they don't have any bagels left. So she refunds my husband for the non-existent bagel she allowed us to purchase and I left my coffee on their counter. There was some "I'm so sorry I don't know what happened," and some "my head is somewhere else today," but I'd really just prefer her to focus on one order at a time so she doesn't forget about her customers, and I'd also like her to make herself aware of inventory so I don't order and pay, then wait 10 minutes to learn what I ordered is no longer available. read more
