If I could, I would give this south Cobb dr location zero rating. I went there this morning. The employee who was taking orders, Asia was rude and start arguing with me over then she proceeded to scream at me over my order. There was no manager on the site. I will never go back. I tossed out my coffee and doughs in fear she tampered with them and went to Chick-fil-A across the street. read more

I ordered the new breakfast sandwich that was advertised through the drive-thru. The sandwich was poorly made and it was missing bacon. I returned to the store and showed the sandwich. The staff didn't know what was supposed to be on the sandwich, I had to pull it up on my phone to show what it SHOULD have on it. She apologized for the missing bacon and took my sandwich to the back. I was told by the cashier my sandwich was being remade. She came back out with the sandwich with wrinkled paper..the same paper I brought it back in. When I asked if my sandwich was remade as I was told it would be, she said no. So I then asked if she reopened my sandwich, added bacon, and then re-wrapped a now cold sandwich? She said yes. I looked at her and paused. She asked if I wanted a new sandwich. When I said yes she seemed annoyed. I'm only giving this a 2 as my iced coffee was great. read more

They only have American cheese and there are some serious communication issues if you use the drive through. If you're easy going and don't mind your order being wrong 70% of the time then you'll be fine. It took 5 ridiculous experiences for me to write this. Today my sausage and egg sandwich came with a HOTDOG cut in half instead of the pictured sausage on the menu. Maybe they're cutting corners trying to save money? Two cars ahead of me and I ordered one simple drink. However, I waited over 10 mins. I wanted to just leave but the way the store was set up there was no option to move unless you wanted to jump a terrible curb. Finally reached the window, paid and drove off just to find out it was the wrong drink and absolutely disgusting. Get it together people. read more

Second visit here today as I wanted a coffee and Rev was packed. There is a language gap that's hard to traverse with a couple employees, but the others on both visits have overcompensated with friendliness & service. The location is busy and it is hard to get in and out. The drive thru backs up onto S Cobb Dr causing a traffic nightmare. The food and coffee is fine, just the stress of the access makes me avoid this DD location. read more

This place would get 0.5 star if I could give it. It was dirty and the customer service was awful and when I asked why my stale nasty coffee was .10 more than the Dunkin Donuts down the street they said they price went up two years ago but I showed the manager my receipt from yesterday and the comment was "that's our price". Customer service here is a disaster. Takes on average them making 3 different cups of coffee to get my order right. How tough is "medium decaf Black." There's one lady who is the ringleader of disaster. She gives nasty looks, ignores you when you walk in, and waits for you to practically beg her to help you. It's one of those places that you desperately want to run from, yet you desperately want a DD vanilla creme filled donut. No thanks, I'll wait for the new one to open. read more

I ordered Caramel iced latte through drive thru one one morning and I asked if I could get less ice and they said sure. When I pulled up to the window, the lady tried to hand me a drink with literally all ice. So I asked, nicely, if she could take some of it out. She then turned her back away from me, fished out the ice cubes using her fingers (no gloves!), put the lid back on and tried to hand me the drink. I'm like, "I saw you put your fingers in my drink. Their drive thru service is fast and that's good for when you're in a rush in the morning. Never had a bad experience at this place.

I've been coming here every single morning for the past 2 months and for a straight week (this week) and I order the same thing ICE CARAMEL COFFEE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR AND WHIPPED CREAM and they have been giving me the original blend coffee or with no cream and sugar MIND YOU THEY KNOW ME BY NOW! but today I was giving the same coffee I ordered but with an excess amount of caramel which I couldn't even drink it so I had to throw it out! I'm giving two stars only because of the experience I had today. I frequent this DD and service is usually great. Today though the cashier at the window acted inappropriately with me while I was waiting for my order. He handed me my drink then proceeded to hang half of his body out of the window while saying "how sad I look." When I responded with a "I'm just tired" he proceeded to talk inappropriately about my looks and then just stayed there, leaning out the window, staring at me until the rest of my order was ready. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I won't be returning to this location again. read more

This review is for the one on 3300 S Cobb Dr. I wished I had seen the other reviews before I went here. I ordered a bavarian creme donut and it was definitely not fresh. It was dry like it was from the previous day or maybe more than that. I'll be going to a different Dunkin Donuts location from now on. There is also another Dunkin Donuts on .S Cobb Dr. I will try that one next. I also see that it had negative reviews and almost mistakenly posted a bad review for that one because this one is on the same street. I hope the negative reviews that I see for that location is not meant for this one. read more
