Had breakfast here for my birthday. Came on a weekday. It was busy and the servers were running around looking lost. Some exhausted from probably working more than others. To make it easy for me to be seated, I chose to sit at the bar area. I decided on my order. The wait was so so. When my food finally came out, it looked likea kid fixed it. After a couple of months, we decided to come back to this establishment to see if they have improved since the first time we came here. I spoke with the middle aged female manager asking to remove my spicy meal off the bill because I can't eat it. She refused and offered to replace it. The pancakes were good, super sweet and the apples were perfect. The pancakes were a little too dense/ moist. It made it hard to chew and swallow but tasted great. The staff was very welcoming and attentive I never saw this place and gladly found out that they opened 4 months ago!! I LOVED the caramel apple pancakes, which were soft and sweet, with a generous amount of caramel and apples on top. The honey berry crunch yougurt bowl was good, you can't go wrong with fruit and yogurt. The loaded hash bowl was the ultimate comfort food, with a hearty and savory combination of potatoes, cheese, sausage(or bacon), eggs and for an extra treat get the hollandaise. I'm definitely adding eggs up to the breakfast list. My friend had the bacon, egg and cheese on a waffle which he said was good. The biscuits and gravy weren't our favorite. The eggs were pretty bland, the cold brew tastes like was poured coffee concentrate. If you really like coffee, maybe try their drip instead. Their espresso machine looked promising as well. The bacon was good. The sausage I cant recommend. I had the biscuit and gravy with mine and it was ok. He had the waffles and they were pretty good. Overall, if you like good service and a clean place and are ok with average food, this might be your place. They've only been open a week but the customer base is there and excited. For a Sunday, it was busy at 10:30 AM with morning diners leaving church, running errands or just those who live in the area. There's a gap in the market for breakfast on this side of EW Connector that Eggs Up Grill has filed! The restaurant is decorated like a diner with a counter and plenty of seating. During good weather, there's an outdoor patio to eat as well. The wait to be seated was about 30 minutes because takeout and dine-in were very busy. We were patient and happy to try a new local place while catching up over coffee. KeKe was our server and top notch customer service! She's a star who balanced a few tables, always communicated what was happening, suggested crafted coffees and doing sides as half/half to try more menu items. I ordered the Sante Fe Chicken omelette with a half of grits and half home fries then subbed the toast for half a waffle. Everything was very fresh, tasty and served hot. It was very busy with customers coming and going. I saw management and staff working hard to keep everyone happy, busing tables and checking in. I told my he waitress and she bought me a regular coffee. It also tasted like water. I ordered two eggs over hard, 3 sausage patties and some hash brown potatoes. I called and the manager said she couldn't do anything and that she would talk to the owner to call her back at 1 pm. I called back and she was gone.
