Walking into this coffee shop early, I found this place to be very welcoming with plenty of seats with tables. Most tables had a marker on it with various times reserved. That's a great sign, right!! On this visit, they had run out of the marshmallow topping but they kindly offered a partial refund to make up for it. The only downside is that this place gets packed early; by 8:45am, the only seat available was in the window.
