It was delayed, because another employee wanted to joke around, he wanted a Santa Christmas postcard, being offered as a promo. That took time. Asked for a receipt for my $5 cup of ice& some coffee. Service was nice and willing to tell me more about the drink options when I wasn't sure what to order. But it has a great selection of coffee and tea drinks. The Portuguese egg tarts were perfect.
