Stopped here after a doctor appointment and was a bit leery as they only had 2 stars. Honestly, the service was great. My Chai tea was very good and the donut fresh. My husband had a coffee with caramel and French vanilla in it along with a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the cashier mentioned an up charge for extra flavor. I've never paid extra for more than one flavor in a coffee. This is actually not the first time I have ordered the same coffee from this location and had this happen. The bacon was completely burnt and then to make matters worse there was a strand of hair EMBEDDED into the cheese. I did the mobile order and was at the pickup window 12 minutes later. It took me 2 minutes to get here after placing my order, and 10 to wait in the line. My coffee was clearly made right when I ordered as it was not hot. But they forgot about my donuts, as the lady had to go pick them out. The donut was very soft, so I'll give them credit there. Oat milk was a $1 charge - most other places is only $.50. And like others have said, the app did show extra charges for some of the flavors. I haven't seen that before. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Every single time I go they change the times in which they are serving food. It'll be hours before close and somehow they aren't serving food anymore. I'm never getting something from here ever again! I did post mate getting a 10x munchkin, which was hard to chew without warming it up, and a donut with strawberry icing and sprinkles. I got a chocolate donut with sprinkles instead and called the people. He told me that he didn't know that that was Postmates and that they ran out of strawberry donuts and if I were to COME UP THERE THEN HE WOULD MAKE IT FOR ME. So I'm trying to figure out, I just told u I did postmates and if you can make it for me then you could make it in general. Normally I wouldn't care bc I personally love chocolate but I've cut chocolate out of my life because I've learned that it influences me and takes over my life. They charge an extra .50 for any flavor in my coffee when no Dunkin' Donuts has ever done that to me before.

I guess my experience has been better than most. I've only used the drive through never been inside. I go by once every few weeks for an iced coffee and 2 strawberry sprinkle donuts for my girls or the frozen hot chocolate. Never tried anything else. Every time I've been staff very friendly and courteous. Food as ordered. Never had an issue and they always take my coupons. I can't complain. read more

DD is our favorite donut/ coffee place to go in Statesboro, GA. Those big, vanilla cream stuffed morsels are so delicious. They remind me of those beautiful mornings when I get up, get my coffee and creamer and sit down to eat one of those tasty treats. So good!!! I love Dunkin Donuts and can say with no reservation this is the WORST location to ever bare the name. First, their prices are not standard or consistent with those set by corporate. The owner/manager appears to be greedy and charges more for some items than other locations; this is verified and not related to the state or county sales tax. Another indicator of greed is that when you go through the drive thru and order any item, should you ask for a cup of water, you will be told they do not give water through the drive thru. Once you go inside and ask for a cup, you will be given a small cup with no lid, which I can only assume was purchased from a discount store. This is solely for the purpose of cutting costs at the expense of customer service and common sense. Common sense says, if I am in the drive thru, I do NOT want to come in. Regarding customer service, I can distinctly remember a second issue that was significantly worst than the water/cost-saving aspect of the experience. Upon ordering a latte and asking for water in the drive thru, I informed the employee that if I come inside, I will just pick-up both items inside. As soon as I enter, I notice a counter to the right with a trash can sitting directly at the edge. On this counter, I see a beverage sitting inches away from the trash can. I act like I don't see this item, and reject the initial response of getting pissed off if in fact this is my beverage. At that time, I am informed that my beverage is in fact "over there." At this point, I respond with a rhetorical question: "You mean by the trash can?" Additionally, I inquired of the rationale for putting a beverage I ordered from the drive thru by a trash can for me to pick up, instead of the item being placed in my hand. There was no intelligent response. And on top of that, I had to ask a second time for my cup of water, which was the whole purpose of me coming into the establishment. So mad when I left this location. I ordered 6 assorted and was given 6 plain. When I told the cashier at the drive thru that I ordered assorted she said that's all they had. She asked me to pull around to wait on A milkshake to be made. When I did I clearly saw a case of doughnuts through the big glass window. Guess what.... There was butterscotch, powdered, chocolate glazed. When she brought out my shake I gave her back the plain 6 and she didn't even apologize. Then she sent another girl out with the assorted 6. I want to start off by saying that the service was great. The problem i had was with the manager. Apparently he was in his Hyundai and got in line. As the line moved he sat there. 3 minutes went by, and he was blocking where you order from. He was sitting there on his phone. No one was in front of him. Just him preventing me and two others from ordering. I beeped my horn, and he looked back but didn't move. I was trying to get coffee on my way to Atlanta. This guy had no cares in the world. He just sat there. After five minutes, he finally gets out of the way so the rest of us can go about our lives. When i talked to the polite cashier, i asked her what in the world that car was doing. She told me "it was her manager". I cannot comprehend the incompetence of a manager to block a line that consumers are trying to get a product. Let me reiterate, he was on his phone in a car while driving.....Against states law. Blocked consumers from purchasing a product that keeps him employed, and did not move after 2 minutes of me beeping at him. Dunkin Donuts, one of those cashiers could manage your establishment better than him. Totally inconsiderate! read more

My husband went to get food from this Dunkin' location for my family and friends and was attended by a very rude employee who told him "ya know if you're going to order this much, you should've come in because this is too much for the drive-thru" then proceeded to scoff in my husband's face and walk away before allowing my husband to even say anything. First off, no order is "too" much. If that's the case, you kindly guide the customer where to park until the order is done. Second off, as correct customer service, you never tell a customer that. Hate your job that much to where you have to give an attitude to customers? Get a different job. Also, they got half the order wrong. So, possible retraining would help out a great deal. Then again, with a manger who decides cussing and joking around in front of customers (including kids in the store, not just adults), I highly doubt that is possible. read more

I went in for breakfast with a friend and as soon as we sat down an employee told me we had 15 minutes to leave so he could mop. I was upset, but I decided to give it another try because I like the breakfast at Dunkin. So I go to the drive through with another friend and the same short, tan, brown flippy haired employee was working the drive through and tried to make us combine our separate orders so he wouldn't have to go through the hassle of doing both. Every single time I have ordered here and Samantha isn't working, I have had problems with my drink or haven't been given my complete order. Today I waited in line for the drive thru before heading to class, ordered a coffee and a bagel while people laughed over the speakers. I had to repeat my order three times only to get to the window to discover the employee never rang up my bagel and wouldn't get one for me "because she didn't ring it up". Even without waiting for my order to be fixed, it still took me almost 25 minutes for an iced coffee. Don't get me wrong, I have worked in the food industry and currently work retail. Stuff happens and I understand mistakes are made. I am usually very patient when being served by anyone, but it's just a bummer to know that every single time I go to this location, I will not get what I order. No one should expect much from this place, I'm definitely planning to contact corporate. read more
