Yes, that was probably ribeye (it was tender and delicious) and while it was technically queso, Cheez whiz would have been a more apt description. That's ok, because it was good. Overall, a wonderful experience. I really liked how the waiter took accountability and fixed it. Very much appreciated. I would 100% return.
