First off we love our Dunkin coffee and the breakfast sandwiches! But today was a laughable moment for sure! We drive through and ordered our 2 hot coffees and just wanted a bagel sandwich to split. So we asked if we could get it cut in half and were told "sure! No problem!" Well we've had our problems before with this Dunkin with leaky cups and wrong orders and lately with either unfriendly staff or staff that look at us like we are speaking a whole different language! Anyway we had to pull around as usual even though there was no one behind us. And out she comes with our 2 coffees and a bag with our sandwich. We asked if the sandwich was cut in half (because like I said we've had issues with almost every food order we've ordered) so we opened it up and it wasn't We asked if she would take it back inside and cut in in half and she looked at us like we were nuts! We said we asked for it that way and this was the kicker! She states " I don't think we have a knife!" Wait! What? You don't have a knife in a place that makes food? She just stood there and stared and then tried to say something and we just laughed and said just forget it! We'll rip it apart. She tried to again say we don't have a knife and we just again said never mind and left! Ok! So should we go over to the Walmart and buy one and drop one off? Seriously!!! read more

The past year this dunkin has had a major decline. My coffees are never consistently correct when i order the same thing ever time. Today I ordered a medium iced coffee and a XL hot coffee along with four donuts. I waited 3-4 minutes at the window , they then give me my iced coffee and park me in the front. I waited there for another 5-7 minutes then an employee came out saying they only had two of the donuts i ordered , so i tell him to just pick two more randoms. Waited another 4 minutes when the employee finally brings the other coffee and donuts out. Hot coffee tastes like water. Iced coffee takes like cream and water. Donuts have the frosting smeared all over) Disappointed and will not be returning. Off to starbucks with the consistent coffee. read more

First time here from out of town. Ask for 3 donuts with chocolate frosting. Was handed a bag with chocolate icing everywhere and donuts upside down in bag. Nothing between each donut(ie the wrapper paper to grab them). When we asked about the packing the counter guy just shrugged his shoulders and didn't say anything. read more

Not very impressed with this location. The coffee drinks I have had have all been pretty good, I will give them that, however the food is nothing special. The last time I ordered food here, both mine and my boyfriend's breakfast sandwiches were ice cold. They forgot to warm them before tossing them in the bag at the drive-thru. Obviously not made fresh. They did quickly supply replacements, though, when we went in with the cold sammies. So that was nice. The properly heated sandwiches were pretty tasty. Anyway, the real issue with this place is the extremely poor planning of their drive-thru set up. This Dunkin' is located near the hwy 138 traffic circle that dumps into the Walmart shopping complex. In the mornings cars get so backed up in the short space allotted for the drive-thru that they are out the drive and into the roadway, which backs up right to the traffic circle. It is extremely dangerous and I'm surprised there haven't been any major incidents. I avoid Dunkin' soley for this reason. I drive by on my way to work literally every day, and I would love to snag a coffee on the way, but the drive-thru situation is just too much. read more

I placed an order for pick up for 3 dozen donuts 2 days prior to my pick up date and time. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have any orders for me- I had to show them my phone log to prove I, in fact called them, and then they "saw my order" and it wasn't in the right place- they had the 3 dozen donuts available, and I asked to purchase them- and the response was "that will take all our donuts for the day!" I don't understand why it matters WHO purchases the donuts and at what time- and why they can't make more?? I was very disappointed in the manner in which I was spoken to, the fact I had to prove my conversation to the employee there and the fact my boxes with my donuts were covered in frosting, which was unappetizing to deliver to my sons school. Finally Stoughton has a place that I can get coffee at until 9pm. The grand opening was this week. Stopped in this morning for a breakfast sandwich, and iced coffee. The location is clean, inviting, with a good amount of natural light. Seating is limited, which I can see being busy on the weekends. Staff was friendly, and my order was made promptly. This dunkin is a joke. First of all, every single time I go there, I have to wait for my food anyways around the corner...so what's the point of a drive thru? Today I ordered "to go" for pick up in the cafe because the line is always so slow and turns out the cafe was closed when I tried to go in????? at that point, I didn't have time to go through the line and get my food so thank you very much for taking my money and wasting my time. I got a chai from there and it spilled all over my car and they wouldn't even give me a new one. That is some bad customer service and I would like to say that I will not be returning. Everyone was friendly but my order wasn't right. I asked for a caramel iced coffee and didn't have any caramel in my coffee. I originally I wanted an everything bagel but they said they were out so I asked for a cinnamon raisin...which I didn't receive. I think it was a whole grain one. The last thing I ordered was a 10 ct of munckins, which I received the right ones. They put it in a bag instead of the cup they normally do, which I found odd and didn't realize they did until I reached my destination. EVERY worker was sitting there on there phones, took them 15 minutes to make 1 single iced coffee, and my hasbrowms were still frozen in the center! Usually I love going to this Dunkin, they have great service but there's this one girl I'm pretty sure the manager who is very disrespectful. She gives attitude and likes to mimic customers for no reason. Dunkin is a horrible addition to Stoughton. It took over 20 minutes to get two iced drinks and a bagel, both drinks were wrong and hardly any cream cheese! such a disappointment. Plus after staying there to eat and drink, once we finally received the correct drinks, you see that every single employee only has interest in sitting on their phones or talking about non work related topics. management needs improvement, possibly a new one all together. read more
