The barista was friendly and helped me pick out a drink, which I appreciated. My coffee tasted smooth and was made just the way I like it. It was also nice to have a quieter environment where I could focus without feeling crowded. Parking was simple and the whole visit felt relaxed and easy. The only thing that would make it even better is having a few more drink options, but I still had a great experience and would definitely come back.

This Colectivo is located in an older plaza with a bit of historical significance to the area. With that, Colectivo kept the bones and history of the place, including a cool fireplace inside, and ultimately arranged the restaurant around what was there, not the other way around. As with the other locations, I have an absolute favorite on the menu, an item I am utterly obsessed with...The Iced Cold Brew Oat-Chata. Absolute perfection in an iced coffee cup! Seems fairly simple, but it is complex, layered in flavors and just an enjoyable drink to chill with while hanging out here! Our previous visit, we asked the employee working if we could bring in beans from our shop back home, and if they could grind it for us. The employee told us we could. We went today, and the cashier, visibly just annoyed with us all around, said they don't do that and was very short worded. So not only is most of the staff here pretty rude, they also just lied to us for no reason. On top of that, the coffee just tastes very artificial. Smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed to power through the day. Seems like a fun and creative menu with seasonal drink options. Refresher was nice, just like you'd expect, but a little on the sweet side for me. I got a second cup of seltzer to "cut" the drink and it was perfect. Front room is cozy with moderate noise and activity from the coffee bar and front entrance. There's a second back room that was cooler, quiet, and with lots of open tables for studying. I came on a weekday afternoon, but there was plenty of open seating even with ~10 customers sitting in. I wish there were more outlets, though!
