One particular issue we had was asking about them grinding our own personal beans. Our previous visit, we asked the employee working if we could bring in beans from our shop back home, and if they could grind it for us. The employee told us we could. We went today, and the cashier, visibly just annoyed with us all around, said they don't do that and was very short worded. So not only is most of the staff here pretty rude, they also just lied to us for no reason. On top of that, the coffee just tastes very artificial. Super disappointed as I had high hopes for this shop. I just feel uncomfortable being in that shop. Won't be coming again. :/.

Smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed to power through the day. The barista was friendly and helped me pick out a drink, which I appreciated. My coffee tasted smooth and was made just the way I like it. The all gender neutral bathroom was clean although the hand blower didn't work. The young man preparing the drinks was super cool and friendly and helpful, and he was moving along quickly. Unfortunately, the girl on the other side of the shop, making the corn dog, took forever and a week, it took like at least 30 or 40 minutes for us to get a stupid corn dog. That was really annoying.
