I've been waiting to do this review. I've been going to this Dunkin location for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love the service. Every time I place my order online and pick it up through the drive thru I am greeted with such friendliness and the workers always have a smile on their face when receiving my order. I've never had an issue with my coffee it's been perfectly made each time. 4 stars because out of the two weeks it was one day the espresso machine was down. This is by far the dirtiest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. Having just left Texas--where I consistently received superb customer service and visited some of the cleanest, most well-run Dunkin' locations--this experience in Virginia was extremely disappointing. The store's presentation was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness matters, and this location is lacking in a major way. Customer service was just as poor, and it's clear that this store needs serious attention from management. Someone needs to step in, clean up the place, and raise the standards. Came here for breakfast and donuts. Husband loves Duncan's coffee so we had to stop. We got the glazed doughnut which tasted kind of stale and chewy. Also had the cake doughnut again tasted dry and stale. I don't know what's going on with this place but we did not like the donuts. Husband loved the coffee. I never write a review. However after multiple visits to this Dunkin shop I have received the same treatment . I just walked out , which I sh have done on previous visits. Good enough. I was here for over an hour this morning because I needed some electricity into my phone. While hanging out, I wrote some Yelp reviews and did some work. The young lady who took my order was friendly and efficient. My large coffee was made properly with the right amount of cream and the few ice cubes I requested so I didn't have to wait too long. The store is smaller than most with a smaller selection of donuts but they have all the coffees. As I watched the pickup orders and the GrubHub orders, they were out of some things and messed up some things. The crew this morning was mostly young kids and I did see one come in and go straight to work, not washing his hands before serving food. There is one high top table with a power outlet and five or so low tables that did not have power outlets. I stopped here during a road trip, and everything about this location was great. I had been on the hunt for a certain cup I've been seeing online from Dunkin' and could never find it anywhere, at several locations in several different states. We came here and asked if they had it, and the manager was nice enough to look in the back and he actually had some cups set aside in a certain area, which he just happened to have the exact cup I wanted. The staff was also really friendly and the service was prompt. They made a great iced coffee too. Highly recommend this location! read more

The quality of donuts has disappointed. They taste day old and dry. I got a Boston cream, and this is not my first filled donut experience. Last week I got a lemon filled, still the same, dry, with lack of filling. They only post a limited number of donuts on the drive through, and when there's a line, they expect you to know what you want before having a chance to see what's on there. Customers can never go inside for whatever reason, there's always a sign on the door saying you can't come in or you can't use the mobile app. Your only option is to sit in the ridiculously long, drive through line and pray that after waiting 15 minutes they get your order right. I would have loved to give the Dunkin' an five star review because as soon I walked through the do the staff was welcoming and the store looking so cleaned ( I thought ). When I went into the bathroom it looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. Dirt on the walls and the floor, toilet paper everywhere. I can't even begin to tell you how bad service was here. I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes for two coffees and a box of six donuts. I was third in line. Not at the end of the line I was third in line and for the other two people in front of me to get their orders it took 30 minutes before I even got up to the window. I should also add that when I pulled up to the speaker I mentioned how long I had already been waiting and the lady on the other side of the speaker said "there's nothing I can do about it, what can I help you with". excuse me? First of all you work here and talking to a customer like that can get you fired so is there not a manager working or something? Why was your service going so slow when they were only a few people inside and there were only two people in front of me. just do not go here. I went to Dunkin Doughnuts with a friend of mine this morning. I got a vanilla butter cream filled doughnut and hot chocolate and she got two lemon donuts. We both noted that the doughnuts were stale and the hot chocolate was watered down. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but they need to step up their game. read more
