I would rather have had #LocalCoffee but there was nothing open in Superior before 6am so here we are. I ended up drinking my large coffee, eating my bag of "Snackin' Bacon" and watching the comings and goings here for about three hours. Yes, they were perfectly okay with this. I've worked in fast food for many years and usually have high levels of patience for poor service, but this store cannot seem to get it together. They're slower than any other fast food franchise in the area, consistently get items wrong or forget things altogether, and their workers are rude and don't even thank their customers.​ Every time, I order a maple bacon croissant with American cheese in the mobile app. Every time I get it with white cheddar, which I'm personally not a fan of. It will happen unless I actually remind them when I get to the store to please put American cheese on it. Not sure if there's a malfunction with their grill slips when a mobile order is placed, but it's very frustrating. The service is so slow in the morning. It doesn't matter if you order ahead, you will have to expect to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to a half hour for your food. The other day, they shorted me 20 Munchkins. I went back for them later and they were out, so I went back the next day and they locked the lobby during business hours. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes and finally gave up and called customer service. Still waiting on my refund! I would be willing to grant some grace for slow service and mistakes if the customer service was good, but on top of everything else, the workers are very rude. They don't smile or thank their customers, they let people wait in the lobby for 10 minutes just to place an order. Honestly, every time I step foot in that restaurant, I feel like I'm inconveniencing THEM. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure the workers are all lovely people, but whatever horrible working conditions are occurring internally are making the entire experience not worth your time. Go down the street and get a pumpkin iced coffee from McDonald's. Their workers are friendly and their drive thru is speedy. Plus, there's great coupons on the app, unlike DD. Hope this store can figure out their issues, get in some more help, offer better training for their employees. The coffee was horrible and the people working here are rude! When you are rude and customer service is bad it's very distasteful!

Poor customer service. I stood in front of the register without a greeting or acknowledgment while all the employees worked the drive through window for over five minutes at least, I know they saw me cause they grabbed donuts multiple times. I know doesn't seem a long time but I worked in restaurants for many years at least you great customers or let them know you'll be right with them. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I've been to. I stopped multiple times here at this location this week and they have so many issues here. Cannot identify a maple donut from a Boston crepe filled on. Served me luke warm coffee. I though the low number of stars were just DD Haters but nope. 2 stars is one too many for this location. read more

They get your order wrong almost 90% of the time. I've never seen a Dunkin' Donuts operate so poorly! Awful service. Truly devastating.

They never have the donuts you want or the special flavors for the coffee they advertise. They're constantly out of things. Go to the Duluth location I've never had an issue there. And they park you if you order any sort of food. Which usually takes forever and then they substitute donuts without even asking. read more

Not impressed inside! Normally I use the drive thru and I love the gal (older with glasses) who makes my coffee. She rocks! Today I had to drop my vehicle off at Benna for an oil change so I thought I would walk to Dunkin for a coffee and snack and wait for my car to be done. The girl behind the counter (younger with brown/reddish hair) was rude and impersonal. I went to find a seat but low and behold, every booth and table was dirty. Had to clean my own table and seat. Next, a young man comes in and the rude counter girl and young man have a loud convo consisting of partying, taking shots, and smoking weed. Now those all sound fun but that's not really work talk. So before this girl gets a "blue shirt" that's she's been "kissing ass" for, maybe consider teaching her some customer service. Your dining room looks like crap. And She's rude. read more

This had to one my worst experience at a donut shop!!!! server was young and almost smiled!!! she put all filled and cake donuts on top of each other!!!! frosting stuck them together!!!! filled donuts were not airy and fluffy. extremely heavy!!!!! for having donut in their name they missed the mark big time!!!!! also very limited selection!!!!!!!! read more

They messed up my wifes drink by basically giving her a sugar bomb and my drink was horrible as well I ordered a iced mochalate with a triple shot of espresso and 4 sugars it was very much unsweet and very bitter I get this drink alot and this was not it. Our food was horrible as well very soggy and greasy. Will never order from this location again read more

i ordered the SIGNATURE maple bacon croissant sandwich while on my way up north.. to my disappointing surprise i open it 20 minutes into my drive and there is first of it is a BURNT bagel, and not even maple bacon... never going here again. very disappointed in this dunkin, first and forsure last time giving them my money read more

I LOVE going to dunkin as often as I can. I play recreational volleyball every Monday and like to stop by and grab a dozen donuts when I can for my teammates. They love them as do I!...My niece Kate works there and is an amazing employee. So helpful! And so is the entire staff. Its one of my all time favorite places to eat or get coffee! read more
