Had a coffee with a bagel and cream cheese the other morning before going to a wildlife photography expedition and the people here were very RUDE. They saw me standing in front of the cashier for about 3 minutes before someone came by and asked me if I had a to go order, I said that I did not, that I want to place one and they made me wait another 3-4 minutes before took my order. It's pretty disgusting to start the day with such a poor customer service and bad attitude. Never again! read more

Stopped here for gas, coffee & restroom while traveling. Coffee tastes burnt. Workers seem to be more interested in socializing than working, very loud voices all chit chatting amongst themselves. But thats nothing compared to the bathroom! There are 2. One says " employees only" I have never in my life seen such a filthy bathroom! ordered online this morning at 5 am. they opened at 4. I order 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. I get to the window 15 minutes after ordering and the guy gives me an attitude saying "well it's not done but to pull forward i guess" When i get up to the window I wait another 5 minutes and get my order (no complaints or attitude from me, i was just happy to be picking up breakfast lol) and the guy at the window goes "you should order earlier if you wanted this food ready so early" I laughed in his face because I was the only car in the drive through, and I again only ordered 4 things over 20 minutes ago. if i would've ordered at the drive through would he have just declined the whole order?? anyway I get home and 3/4 of my order was completely wrong. read more

We were glad this Dunkin was close to I95 north on our long road trip after waking up and hitting the road at the crack of dawn. It's a no frills location inside a Shell gas station convenience store but it does have a separate space and staff. Only one bathroom (the second one is for employees only which is sort of weird and not too customer centric but it is what it is. And another thing- the counter was closed and it was 'drive through only' Good coffee!! read more

After being to two other dunkin donuts in the area (none had spinkles and basically refused to answer why, only given the "it's the most popular donut") I made my way to this one, which to my dismay, didn't either but the very kinda woman in the back joy​ and the really nice manager Ed said we will make them for you if u have a minute. Just what you'd expect. Their food is happiness in a paper sack. Coffee is always a hit. Front counter associate on 3/16/24 at 8:45am really struggled to pull herself away from her phone while my husband was trying to place an order. Phone use and food handling are not compatible activities. It seems unsanitary, not to mention rude. This might be a coaching opportunity for management. read more

It took forever to get my order and all I got was one drink and a donut and they didn't even get the donut. I would have asked for it but they just set it down and moved on to making the next thing so I didn't have a chance to say anything without having to yell to get their attention which I didn't do because I didn't want to start an issue. I buy atleast 2 coffees a day from dunkins, I was at the rt 50 location in titsuvill this morning. I was appalled at what transpired. The older woman in front of me , was getting annoyed with all the staff talking in length with an off duty worker young 20 something with dark hair and a beard, I was waiting a good 8 or 9 minutes . so she asked if she could get her coffee she had been waiting a long time, and this young punk, started talking rude and disrespectful to this lady. And when I told him he needs to be more respectful, he bowed up on me, there would have been a much larger issue if not for the girl working behind the counter and his father dragging him out of store. I went to this location today and placed my order. When I got to the window of the drive thru the employee was busy talking on the phone. None of the items I ordered a non-sweetened ice tea and a medium ice coffee extra extra and we got a large ice coffee with five sugars and five creams. If he hadn't been socializing on the phone he may have gotten the order right. Even at the window he was too pre-occupied to scan the order properly from my phone. I've been a Dunkin customer for over fifty years but this is a real turn off to me! I'll go elsewhere in the future. McDonalds has good unsweetened ice tea and no mistakes! Wow. This is the worst DD I've been to on the East Coast of FL. The girl behind the counter DNGAF. There's a screen there for you to place the order on your own. They were out of my entire order (coffee and donut) and she told me to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I highly doubt the manager is going to believe someone who walks in and needs a $20 refund order from the day before. She was unhelpful with solutions. HOWEVER, she did make me substitute items. This one is attached to a gas station and it has a drive through. I'm not really into coffee that much but I do like dunkin donut coffee and this didn't disappoint. However I did decide to get a breakfast sandwich and some donuts for the family today and that wasn't such a great idea. The donuts all had a stale taste to them and my sandwich was sub pair. Very greasy and tasted like bad tap water. I'm thinking they don't make any of there stuff here and get just get it and reward it....at least that's what it taste like. But of course it's not just the food that gives the rating but there are other factors as well. No indoor seating at least during the time that I went. The service was not that great. The people didn't look happy to work there and it looked like some of them were confused. The whole ambiance feels a little weird just being in a packed convenient store. .... Anyways, all in all it wasn't the best. If you gotta have dunkin coffee this will do, but there are several other mom and pop donut places close by that will give you better quality and service. read more

Ordered an avocado toast and 2 donuts at 8:25 they gave us the donuts and asked us to wait for the toast. We stood in the Dunkin line pathetically until 8:55 when we let the worker know 3o minutes is ridiculous to wait for toast - the worker then told us she lost our receipt, and instead of giving us the toast we paid for, ordered, and waited on for 30 minutes she ignored us. Possibly the worst Dunkin Donut's I've been to. The three female employees inside are rude and unprofessional. We ordered at the drive thru and the woman on the intercom was laughing. Garbage just tossed outside for the local birds and squirrels to go through even though an empty garbage bin sits right next to it. I hate to say it but the poor service is not due to short staffed it's the lack of service from the employees. Given the other reviews are similar it sounds like a change of staff and management is needed. We're still in the drive thru waiting on our coffee which seems to have taken 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and saw kitchen line worker on her personal cell phone while handling food with her gloves on. I work all of Brevard County and I drink coffee all the time at Dunkin' Donuts. I noticed this one opened up where the KFC used to be so I gave it a shot. last week it took about 8 to 10 minutes to get my coffee from a girl that seemed to be interested in talking to someone on the phone about what sort of donuts they needed to add to the rack. Meanwhile I'm chiseled so I don't eat donuts and if they disappeared from the planet I wouldn't care. The point is she should've told whoever that clown was on the phone that she had a customer and the donuts can wait please hold. 10 days go by... I'm in Titusville again this time I stop and wait for about eight minutes in the front and no one even acknowledged me. Shame on me for giving this place another chance. I would say the problem is its understaffed, the employee that's here during the day (which I believe it was the same one) I never saw her (just heard her voice) doesn't care. And the other guy that was standing in front and just walked in the back and disappeared may have been an off duty employee I don't know, but he didn't tell the person in the back there was someone waiting. First let down was the freeze machines not working. I thought, oh well I'll get something at a gas station. Next disappointment was the burnt croissant on the one item I ordered; Sausage Egg & Cheese croissant. To top it all off out of the 4 components that go on that sandwich there was no cheese. Will not be going back seeing as subpar service is consistent at this location. Try the one on U.S 1 always get excellent service. Cheerful and Attentive staff. I walked in barely awake from my long car ride. Greeted with a jovial tone which was unexpected since the restaurant is inside of the gas station. We stood at the counter waiting as we were ignored by staff who were busy complaining about customers and being rude to drive thru customers. They even told one customer "whatever, go somewhere else. That doesn't bother us." The lid was not on my coffee properly and it spilled on the floor. We let a staff member know and asked for some napkins, to which she replied "it's gonna be a minute". Only one car ahead of me, GREAT, they are not busy I thought. I don't know how long the car had been there but she waited 5 -7 minutes in front of me. No cars ahead of her.
