My husband and I love Culver's! This location is very clean with friendly staff. Service was quick. The food was delicious, we love getting kids meals because the amount of food you get for the price is unbeatable. You have to get cheese curds when you go to Culver's, they're so good! We also tried their Culver's signature sauce and really liked it!

The Rundown: This new Culver's is spacious, clean, offers plenty of friendly staff, and has all the menu items you'd expect to find. The Review: Let's face it, there are tons of burger and (custard, shake) chains. And Culver's does a decent job offering some ways they differentiate like cheese curds and expanded menu. This location appeared very new and the staff shared they opened in Sept 2024. First impression was that it was large. They did a nice job with the seating to offer plenty of options (tables, high tops, bar) that can fit a good number of people without feeling crowded. I decided to try the fish sandwich basket. The service was quick and team was friendly and efficient from moment entered. Fries were very hot and salted perfectly and the fish sandwich was flakey and could tell was legit fish vs mystery meat. If you're a neat eater, this was a bit of a challenge to eat but I managed. I'm not entirely sure what I would change to help with that though. If unfamiliar, the chain has a different daily flavor for their custard. You can view the calendar on website if seeking a specific flavor. The food was great, prices were reasonable considering what they are elsewhere (expect to spend $10-$15pp). Hopefully they maintain their current vibe, as it was certainly a nice place to stop and eat!

This is my favorite fast food burger! Maybe it's because Culver's has always been far away from me. Now there's one in East Orlando right in my backyard (My home is inside the Winn Dixie sign). The burgers here are very burger-y. They have a great flavor and would stand on their own. They have a few different forms with sourdough melts and buns for whatever you're craving. They also have chicken sandwiches (fried and grilled), excellent fried fish (sandwich or platter) and some other options as well. I'm not a huge ice cream person (shocker), but they make custard and have a flavor of the day. You may need to plan your trips if you're jonesin' for a particular flavor, you may need to check their horrible app (yes, it is) or their website for details. They have excellent cheese curds as well. Little Miss Muffet would love this place for that reason alone (plus I didn't see any spiders). I'll be back here again and again for sure. I hope the staff stays friendly and welcoming as time goes on! Get yourself a burger-y burger and see if you agree.

Culver's has opened a location here on the east side of Orlando, Florida. This is good news for Midwesterners who now call Orlando home and are looking to get their Culver's fix. People live their butter burgers, which as the name would imply, are cooked with a lot of butter. This location is in a standalone building in the same shopping plaza as the Winn-Dixie on East Colonial Drive. It is a convenient stop for both residents of the area and people traveling down East Colonial Drive. The service here is friendly and professional and the ambiance is what you would expect from a Culver's. For fast-food, Culver's offers a pretty good burger and I ultimately would recommend a visit to this particular location to see what so many Midwesterners already now. That Culver's is definitely a good fast-food chain and their burgers are pretty solid.

"Cheesesteak" was served on some type a harder/denser hoagie roll, like Italian bread idk... but def not on the bread a cheesesteak should be on. & it was about 5-6 inches long, which is way smaller than we imagined considering the picture on the menu or compared to cheesesteaks served in other restaurants. Sandwiches overall were good flavor-wise. Sauces needed a stronger flavor profile, all very similar and hard to distinguish the differences. Restaurant was way bigger than we expected it to be inside. Decor was cute. Looked nice and clean in the dining room. The bathrooms were disgusting and unkept. Service was lacking. Cashier seemed new (which is fine) but the other coworkers seemed annoyed they had to assist her or that she didn't know everything. She was helpful and nice to us. Cutlery, napkins, and ketchup were hiding near the soda fountain and we weren't aware of this. Accidentally took some of the togo ketchup packets to use with our fries since we didn't know there was a ketchup dispenser. These items need to be in a better spot or the food runner should direct the customers to that area so they can get the things they need for their meals. Won't be back, but I guess we're glad we tried it. Halal certified restaurant

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.

The resturant inside was very clean, and the employees working behind the counter were very nonchalant. I ended up ordering their grilled chicken sandwich combo with their famous skinny fries. My mom got the Freddy's Original double combo with a Turtle milkshake and onion rings. The sandwich portion was big. The chicken was very juicy and tasted alright. The fries, however, were not seasoned. I had to get a salt and pepper packet to season them. At that point, they were very good, tasty, and crispy! Overall, the meal was okay. It was nothing spectacular but also nothing terrible either. As for my mom, she wasn't very impressed with her hamburger. She said the portion size was good, but she would describe the hamburger itself as "lacy." She said it was okay, but since it took us 27 minutes to get here, she said Culver's was better in quality and closer. She was underwhelmed by the onion rings. She said it was more of the fried breading and barely any onion inside. However, she did enjoy her milkshake, but struggled to suck it up through the straw. Now this review has nothing to do with that my father's name was Freddy and that my mother's favorite treat was frozen custard. But those little tidbits of information don't hurt. The warm feeling that I get when I eat frozen custard reminiscent of enjoying it on the boardwalk with my mom is renewed at Freddy's not because of the ambience of the restaurant, but because of that same delicious taste that my mind still seems to remember from long ago that I have not found anywhere else before this. But I digress. Freddy's may look like your typical fast food restaurant, but it is anything but. I already loved it for the burgers, the french fries with their wonderful sauce, and of course, the custard but now they have a salad as well. Really fresh greens with my favorite burger on top as a garnish. Low-carb great taste and totally filling. But not so filling as to not leave room for that wonderful custard. On this particular visit, I did run into an issue which I will not lower my rating because of, but want people aware of so it does not happen to them. If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.
