Dunkin' (or if you are old enough to remember, Dunkin' Donuts) is definitely an iconic brand and a great place to start your day off. Nothing like meeting the day caffeinated (is that even a word?) and ready to take on the world. Despite everyone going to Dunkin' for their donuts (hence the original name of Dunkin' Donuts), my usual go-to at Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) are their bagels. Look, they are not the best bagel that I have ever had, but they also are not the worst. For their donuts (or if you prefer, doughnuts), my favorite would probably be their Bavarian Cream or their Boston Cream. There were no issues during my visit here. I got our order and I was on my merry way with my bagel and dome donuts and coffee for the meeting where I was headed. It is amazing how coffee and donuts can make those attending an early morning meeting seem a bit more attentive. read more

Solid 3.5 stars for this location. Service is hit or miss. I've found that the weekend crew is better than the weekday crew. When I visit during the week I usually have to go fairly early to avoid the crowds. One of my things I like to order is cappuccino. I've not been real successful during the week when ordering it. It's seems like no one knows how to make one and I end up either asking for my money back or waiting 5 plus minutes for them to make it. On the weekends I don't have that issue. Go here most mornings. Today was a mess. Mostly related to the horrible bagel. Small. Dry. Unappetizing. I have gotten bagels at other locations that are large and flavorful and nice in appearance. I like this Dunkin' Donuts location but they are either short staffed or slow as molasses. Heaven help you if you need to go through the drive thru lane on a Saturday morning like I did. I got the avocado toast but it wasn't toasted and I didn't get a drink holder with my 2 coffees. I didn't ask either but that's ok. I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant with 2 donuts on the side. The order was correct. They are really nice but I had to give it 3 stars because I felt like I was in line forever. I've been going to this location for a while now and usually only the drive thru. The drive thru staff is the best, they are loud and clear , and are fast on their feet. First time going inside today, and the lady was the worse. I asked for the maple bacon crossaint, she looked at me with droopy eyes, rocking back and forth, and acted like she was high off meth. It was disgusting, i repeated my order 5x. Because she kept saying "what" "what do you want" "what". Get it together , and don't come to work fd up ! Every time I have gone to this DD I always receive an iced coffee with grainy sugar on the bottom with very bitter coffee. The last breakfast sandwich I had tasted terrible and was burnt. Aside from the terrible customer service I received today, I ordered strawberry frosted donuts and this is what I received....... This is after I complained about the first batch looking awful! I am giving 2 stars for today's visit only. My daughter and I have been coming here once or twice a week, before I drop her off at THS. Today, we place our order at the drive thru and when we get to the window, we received terrible customer service. I don't know if the young lady working was having a bad morning, but the customer should not have to suffer for it. She thrusted our drinks out to us, I took them and said 'Thank you'. When I gave her my card to pay, as she turned away she says "I can't wait to get the fuck up outta here". My teenage daughter and I sat there stunned on what we just heard. When I got my card back I said 'Thank you' again. Next thing I know a bag is thrust out the window, just her arm and she wasn't even looking at me and once again I said 'Thank you'. For a New Dunkin Donuts and for customer service to go down so fast is not a good sign. read more

February 25th around 10:30 am I went to this location. It's newer so i wanted to try it out. We were doing two separate orders. One of the passengers where trying to figure out what they wanted to drink (there were no cars behind us at the time) and we hear over the loud speaker. "Damn are they really taking this long" I stated ma'am i can hear you. We get to the window and pay for both orders. One was a sandwich with white cheese and a drink. The second order was two drinks and a bagel with cream cheese. The first order had yellow cheese, i told the cashier in the window and she told the back. We asked just to hand us the slice of cheese. The lady in the back get mad and gives the cashier the cheese.... yellow cheese again. I look at it and laughed and told the cashier ma'am we asked for white cheese. The lady from the back gets the white cheese and just stares at us. We tell the cashier we are waiting on our bagel which the lady working in the back interrupts and states that she already gave us the sandwich and we need to move. I show her the receipt that we had two orders and both had food. She starts arguing with the cashier that was trying to hand us our bagel. Eventually the lady in the back realizes that it's our bagel. Never again will i go to this one. The one on 405 (South St) is so much better. read more

On Tuesday they were out of chocolate for their Mocha's again, Monday they were out of tall straws, then again on Wednesday they were out of the tall straws again!! This is just ridiculous. Since it's opened I've liked going to this Dunkin but about the last 3 times I've gone when I've asked for liquid sugar I've been given a drink thick with grainy sugar. I just left, having ordered what I usually order. It tastes nothing like it normally does so I'm thinking they added the wrong (and weird tasting-reminds me of perfume) flavor to it, which makes me wonder if they even added the 2 turbo shots I paid for. There's nothing marked on the cup. If I'm spending $5 on coffee I want what I order and I don't think it's too much to expect a relative consistency with the same drink. I'll probably just start going back to Starbucks. read more
