Peanut butter ice cream with mini m&ms and brownies
    Alyssa M.

The ice cream was so creamy and delicious with lots of options! I also had a red velvet hot cocoa cookie which was delectable as well. It had mini marshmallows on top which really made it so much more fun and delicious! The service was a bit slow but not too bad. The ambiance is alright as well, there's not a ton of seating though.

Located in the Waterford lakes shopping center, delicious shake. I had the coffee one so good and creamy. They got ice cream cakes, cookies, shakes. Staff friendly a must try for sure. Happy I did. they got tables inside and outside to enjoy ur treats. Almost forgot they also have their points rewards so yay to that.

Last night was my first time trying this ice cream establishment and it was really good. I got a regular sweet cream shake with cookie dough mix-in. It was nice and creamy. The service was good smooth and quick. The atmosphere was small with tables on the inside and outside as well. Overall it was a cute place and I will be returning. That's all.

I found this place thru my husband who was looking up ice cream shops in the Waterford Lakes area. What a great place for some indulgent ice cream and shakes. They have a lot of standard flavors and treats plus some unique shakes that people will love. I got a vanilla ice cream with brownies and M&Ms with a waffle cone. One of the best things is they have unlimited mix ins! And they put a lot of it too. They are on the pricey side though. My one ice cream was a little over $9! Plus they have limited seating inside and outside. But great place for a treat with your family every once in a while

This a little sweet shop with a LOT to offer, I really enjoyed the cookies and the different flavors. They were so yummy! They have a deal where if you buy 5 cookies you get one free :). The ice cream was pretty good, I really thought it was cool that you can choose to have your toppings mixed in or just on top. You also get an unlimited choice of toppings and they had a lot to choose from. The service was nice and they were pretty busy for soon to be closing. The inside of the shop was pretty , wish it had more color but I did enjoy the outside seating. I would like to go back to try a milkshake if I'm ever in the area.

They have fantastic ice cream and then limited toppings, but be prepared to pay for it. But let's keep in mind the old adage "you get what you pay for." Three milkshakes, two regular and one small, along with a regular ice cream was thirty dollars. A bit steep. I had the pistachio, the one in the cup, and it was fantastic. Trulia deep pistachio taste and the bright green color. What I recommend is here? Yes, I would. However don't get sticker shock when they tell you the total.

Different times call for different measures...plastic from the top of ice cream case to the ceiling. Ice cream was great!

I was visiting my friend in Orlando and it was a hot day on Memorial weekend and we wanted some ice cream. The Marple Slab Creamery came through for us both. I felt quite safe as they installed plastic from the top of the ice cream case to the ceiling. Honestly it was a little strange at first site, but I understand why they did it! I ordered one scoop of coconut and one scoop of chocolate with walnuts on top. Wow, those walnuts were much bigger than I expected. The ice cream flavors were creamy and delicious! The ice cream also helped cool my core down which was a nice effect:) They did not have any tables or chairs inside for dining, however they had a few outside. We sat in the car and ate it as it was so hot it would have melted too quickly outside.

Let's start with the pro. The cheesecake ice cream was great. Unfortunately, that was the only part that was great. I know this is not going to get to the manager/owner (or maybe they just don't care), but at least the community can see my experience and understand that the rest of the one star reviews actually have some weight behind them. If you're going to close at 11pm, then close at 11pm. If you're not going to give the same service as the rest of the business hours, then you shouldn't be open or taking any more orders. My wife and I walk in about 10:47pm. The lady sweeping rolled her eyes at us and begrudgingly went behind the counter. The lady asked us what did we want while staring us down. We explained it's our first time here (although we have been to Coldstone). She just kept on asking us, "Anything else?" She filled up the ice cream cups to the chosen sizes and we waited by the mix-ins to tell them what we wanted. We expected to see our ice cream on the slab but it looks like it was turned off because there wasn't a cold frost over it. After a minute of staring at each other, I asked, "Do we just tell you our mix-ins?" We tell her what we wanted and seconds later the lady slams our ice cream cups on the table with the mix-ins just sitting on top like the picture and falling to the table. My wife and I stared at each other like WTF just happened? We just dropped a dollar in the tip jar and just shook our heads in disbelief. If you can't or aren't going to the job right, then what's the point? Close early and/or tell the customers the slab is not on or tell them that you aren't doing any more orders. I would rather be sad that something doesn't work (like the ice cream machine at you know where) instead of workers reluctantly doing their job because of closing everything down before the shop even closes.

Marble Slab is amazing. My boyfriend and I have gone over a dozen times because we just can never get enough of it! While it is a little bit on the pricier side, their unlimited mix-ins are an absolute must and makes the price worth it. They have tons of options to choose from! My favorite flavor of theirs is the red velvet ice cream paired with a waffle cone - so good! Everyone in there is always super helpful and nice, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable and refreshing. It is also usually very clean and up-kept very nicely, considering it is an ice cream place and it can get messy.

I love customizable ice cream, especially when it's unlimited toppings and they're all in stock! This was the first time I ordered bananas as a mix-in at a place that actually had some, so count me as impressed. They're always short-staffed, but I think the service is great and the seating areas are kept very clean!

My friend and I stopped by after our dinner at Marlow's Tavern. This ice cream hit the spot!! I love a good homemade ice cream. You can choose two flavors and have AS MANY toppings you'd like. You are allowed to taste test any of the flavors. Man, all the flavors were great!! I chose the peanut butter and the birthday cake mixed with raspberries and sprinkles. My friend ordered the birthday cake and dark chocolate. She is on a slight diet, so she said no to the toppings :p Another thing I love I love about this place is how they put the ice cream together. They take the flavors you pick and smash them down with the ingredients you chose. Using some type of utensil, they smash your ice cream into your choice size cup( you can choose a regular cup or a cup with a waffle cone covering inside). The staff was friendly and always suggesting different combinations to try. I was very pleased with my service here. I will come back and show more and more people this place! This is located in the heart of Waterford Lakes, cannot miss it! If you're craving a quick treat, this is your place :)

It's a small ice cream shop located on the main strip of Colonial Drive. The bright lit sign stands out from afar. It was busy with people inside and outside of the shop. There's scoop options and sundae floats. We got the mini floats of the Halo Halo and a Mango Sticky rice. Both were so good and refreshing. We didn't think it was overly sweet for dessert. In fact, we took the team's suggestion and had vegan ube ice cream. We've tried vegan ice cream in the past and it was not good. This was actually good for vegan ice cream option. We normally share when it comes to desserts like this, but we finished our own. Recommend this dessert spot if you're in town or nearby! Seating is limited since it is a small place.

Both were delicious but the UBE stood out for me. This time it was not as packed and warm temp like it can be at times here. Ordered the Maiko Parfait in Ube : soft-serve with mochi balls, Japanese chestnut, adzuki red beans, sponge cake, corn flake, & agar jelly for $9ish. It was a delicious creamy not too sweet ube soft serve that had a delicious taste of ube. It was bright purple with the yummy-ness of this creamy ube flavor not the flavor im used to in filipino version ice creams. It had the mochi balls and chesnut - Corn flakes, Matcha sponge cake - Red beans, and jelly. I love this dessert. The interesting part of this soft serve - It was slow to melt! It was sturdy enough that when you take your time and enjoy it - It does not melt so fast unlike other soft serves. Would def come back again and get UBE!

Matcha Cafe Maiko is a specialty matcha café focused entirely around Japanese-style matcha desserts…read moreand drinks. We walked into a cute and welcoming space with a menu built around showcasing matcha in different forms rather than treating it as just another flavor option. The atmosphere is cozy and fits the theme well, though seating is limited and it can get crowded during busy times, making it better suited for a quick dessert stop or grabbing a drink to enjoy nearby rather than settling in for a long visit. The main reason to visit is the matcha soft serve and dessert selection. The matcha flavor is noticeably rich and earthy, with a stronger tea profile compared to many sweeter matcha desserts. The soft serve has a smooth, creamy texture and works especially well in combinations like matcha shaved ice, floats, or parfait-style creations. The matcha shaved ice stands out with layers of shaved ice, matcha soft serve, red bean, mochi, and Japanese chestnuts, creating a dessert that has different textures in every bite. The combination of the creamy soft serve with the chewy mochi and the slight bitterness of the matcha creates a balanced dessert that does not rely solely on sugar for flavor. The drink menu gives plenty of ways to experience matcha, from hot and iced matcha drinks to floats and specialty creations. Options like matcha with ube, matcha lattes with foam, and hojicha drinks add variety for anyone who wants something beyond traditional matcha. The café also offers coffee options, which makes it easier for groups with different preferences to find something they enjoy. The matcha lattes are well balanced, with the earthy notes of the tea coming through clearly without being masked by milk or sweetness. Beyond matcha, the menu includes other Japanese-inspired desserts like taiyaki, mochi-based items, and seasonal offerings. The combination of traditional flavors and playful presentations makes the café feel like a dessert destination rather than just a drink shop. The desserts are also visually appealing, with the kind of presentation that makes them worth taking a photo before digging in. The taiyaki are crisp on the outside and filled with a sweet red bean paste that contrasts nicely with the cold soft serve. Service is friendly and helps keep the experience smooth even when the café is busy. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and make it easy to choose between the many matcha options, offering clear descriptions of the flavor profiles and texture differences between the soft serve, shaved ice, and latte options. Because the café has a strong focus on quality matcha and specialty desserts, it can get popular during peak hours, so visiting outside the busiest times may make it easier to find seating and take your time with the menu. Matcha Cafe Maiko is a great spot for anyone who enjoys matcha or wants to try Japanese-style matcha desserts. The combination of rich matcha flavor, creative menu options, and a cozy café atmosphere makes it stand out from typical dessert shops. It feels like a place worth visiting when you want a matcha experience that goes beyond a basic latte, offering a dessert that feels both authentic and indulgent without being overly sweet.
