Dunkin's on Central has the best coffee and service in Toledo. I only go to this location due to the quality and friendly staff. I never have to wait long even if the drive thru is long. I've been inside before and witnessed everyone working as a team. I was very impressed. I love Dunkin's coffee and Dunkin's everything bagels! Their bagels are the best than any bagel I've ever had. I can't even go to Tim Hortons any more because Dunkin's blows them out of the water on the quality aspect! read more

I love Duncan but why did they have to get rid of their snackin' bacon in favor of hot honey bacon? I don't like anything hot and many people don't. I drive out of my way for this location. Sure, they're always busy and the dining area is small and often needs more cleaning, but that's once again because they're slammed all the time. Hey. Miss me? I'm back... and I'm here for vengeance. I went, I ate, and I cried. I ordered a bagel (TOASTED) and they gave me the most disgusting, underwhelming, cold, chewy, dry bagel that I have ever tasted. Now I know this might have been just one bad experience, but every single time I've gone the customer service is in the MUD.. They talk so low in the drive through you can barely hear them, they messed up my drink multiple times now. I cannot emphasize enough how bad my customer service is. I'm still disappointed. Alright... now that I'm done complaining, I do enjoy my food/drink 65% of the time. It brightens my day a bit (not going to lie!). I would come here again, and again... and again- just wish the employees were a bit more........ how do you say... pushing P? That's what my granddaughters calls things.. Ha-ha. I love Dunkin Donuts (I'm not calling it Dunkin)pretty much any way you give it to me. I'm from Rhode Island and D&D up there is king. Large iced coffee, regular cream, regular sugar. I guess you would call me high maintenance because I'm old school and I like real sugar not the syrup crap and sometimes I just want a half a pump of vanilla. I don't know why but this gets screwed up a lot. Not mad though because they are super friendly and really I'll drink it anyway they give it to me......except with hazelnut, never that. read more

Wow this DD is by far one of the best I've been too. The staff is super efficient and get your order out quickly. The costumer service is also amazing. If there is any thing wrong with your order, there are no question asks and they will redo the order for you. I also love seeing how the manager or owner is always working just as hard as the staff. If I could give zero stars, if i could. Very bad. Workers are mad and rude to customers. I didn't even get a straw for my drink and my bagel was burnt to a crisp, literally black. I couldn't even eat it. Also very tight drive thru for big cars ran over like 5 curbs through the whole thing. Do not come here unless you want a terrible experience. read more

Okay I usually go once a week before I work Saturdays or Sundays and they are always on top of it. Idk the girls name but every time I get her in the drive through she is GREAT. They really do get u with the would you like to add _____?? Idk how but every donut i have tried is so good. their cronuts may not be home made or anything but they are so good. I lOVE their hashbrowns though. Bagels are decent. Delicious food and drinks when they haven't run out. The same people that handle cash handle food. They either dont wear gloves, or wear the same gloves when doing both. More than once have had bits of something (probably donut) in my drink when I didnt order donuts. Often run out of basics. Great store, and recipes, but this location is mismanaged. read more

Okay, I love their iced tea. I will give them that. Sandwiches are very expensive. $4 plus for a grilled cheese? And anytime I order donuts, they are out of the flavors. Cruellers? Chocolate cream? Sour cream? Those are all staples. And they are already out of them at 11am? Really? This isn't a one time problem, this is everytime. When I find they don't have what I want, I just go on. I agree with the other posters, this location has to be the worst DD out there. Use to be a lot better, but now it's no longer 24/7 and the quality of the donuts has gone downhill (I don't think they make them onsite anymore). The service has really gone downhill as well. After they changed management a year or two ago, the service has been amazing. The staff and owners are so awesome and friendly. I drive 20 minutes across town just to get my iced coffee because DD is the only place that does it right and for the right price. Flavors are great and it's never watered down. I have been a lover of Dunkin Donuts donuts and coffee as long as I can remember. The donuts and service are great at this location. However, the coffee is terrible! I brew my own DD coffee at home and occasionally stop at the Perrysburg location and the DD coffee is amazing. I have given the Central Ave location several tries over the course of 2 years and always get the same result. The coffee tastes as though it's brewed in a pot that never gets washed. It has a terrible aftertaste and tastes nothing like the Dunkin coffee I know and love. read more

Extremely annoying that this location closes so early (8, and I have been turned away once at 745), but it has improved mightily over the last six months. A lot more competent employees, and Devin (I think that's his name) makes the best iced coffee in Toledo. The employees there now are much friendlier and harder working. Whoever was in charge before had no idea how to operate a business. This is an absolute go-to for iced coffees and donuts. read more

Excited about a completely remodeled Dunkin', but very disappointed with the service and donut selection. I've been there several times since reopening, and the employees still don't have a clue as to how ring up an order. Very frustrating. I would suggest the owner revamp his staff very quickly--maybe with some UT students--before it's too late. read more

Never will I EVER go to this Dunkin' Donuts ever again! This particular Dunkin' Donuts has the most ignorant employees, worst service, and gets the majority of the orders wrong! I have come to Dunkin' Donuts for a year or two and they have never acted like this until recently. The service is so bad and insulting, my mother cut up the $100.00 gift card I had given her for her birthday. I was very confused and hurt as to why she cut up the card but when she told me why, I was infuriated. My mother is a frequent customer (why is purchases the gift card) and one day they just knew what she was going to order. She was very happy to know that they knew her voice and her order, but when she questioned how they knew her voice, they gave her this brief description, "Well I knew it was your voice because you are always rambling on about something, you talk very fast, and you sound like your off your meds!! Have a nice day and write a positive review on our service!!" The "rambling on" is her making business calls with clients, the "off her meds and talking very fast" is her in a hurry for work and trying to get through the line so other customers can be served. She didn't want to write a review because she was fearful of what they were going to do to her coffee, that is just how rude some of the workers are there. I'm now writing a review because I'm DONE with that Dunkin' Donuts. The last straw happened yesterday when I was with my mother and she simply asked them to stir her coffee. She always ask them to stir her coffee because the sugar sinks into the bottom and does not dissolve. We were informed they will no longer STIR coffee for customers because it "slows them down". I'm absolutely done. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, that is how much I dislike this location. read more
