the quality & fairly quick drive thru remain the same. the reason for my update is my reward/birthday certificates. i dont have an i-phn so i print them out which has that square code that they scan. my last visit last week they said they can't scan it that i have to show them on my phone the pic of the birthday cake??? the next few days i used that & my other certificate at 2 other locations with NO problems so it's not a DD corp issue but their equipment. Usually they're really good, but this morning I went and ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and a caramel mocha iced coffee. My coffee was fine but they gave me the wrong kind of bagel and put nothing on it. So now I can't even eat the bagel I was given and I paid for so I'm just going to be hungry and have a headache because I'm on medication that requires me to eat within a half hour after I take it. Terrible service!!!! Asked for a 2 dunkin bowls and the lady said that they could make them for me. I get to the register and the lady tells me that my order is $30 for 2 smoothies and 2 dunkin bowls. I asked why it was so expensive and she caught an attitude. I then went in my purse to get extra money because I want expecting it to be that much and the cashier made a rude comment to another worker. She laughs and says next time make sure they have their money ready. After paying the lady tells me that she was only able to make one dunkin bowl. If I could give zero stars I would... Today was my last straw! I don't care if this is the only Dunkin' left, i will never spend my money there again. The drive thru line was insane and I was in a hurry so I went inside. Big mistake. The cashier was slow and robotic. When it was my turn I started to give her my order and another customer jumps in yelling at the girl, she had placed an order and the cashier messed it up. I waited over five minutes for the cashier to come back and finish taking my order. She literally moved slower than molasses. I paid, waited over five minutes, ran out because I was now late for work. Well, the toasted bagel with cream cheese I ordered? Yeah, it was a warm bagel... No cream cheese, just a microwaved donut... The decaf tea i ordered) which i specified DECAF several times because she didn't seem to understand what decaf hot tea was)? Well I realized half way through, when I was getting heart palpitations, that it was NOT decaf. Yeah, I can't have caffeine as it literally makes me sick. The coffee was good and the lady who took our order was very nice. After getting our coffee we waited 12 minutes for three wake up wraps. When we received our wake up wraps, one had no egg on it and they were all cold. We also heard the lady making the wraps yelling at all the other workers behind the counter. Not exactly the best experience. You would think after 12 minutes the wraps would be too hot to touch. read more

I walk in and a customer in front of me was already complaining about how they made her drink wrong. I patiently wait for the lady to finish with the customer while 2 other workers just stood by and watched (no they weren't helping anyone). The lady took my order I told her I needed to get a quart of ice cream. So we go over get it and I ask for half of one flavor and half the other. She looked at me strangely for a second and continued on. When I went to pay I decided to grab a prepackaged quart as well. When I get back to the register the lady helping me was complaining about me to her workers. I WANT TO POINT OUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS IS. YOUR JOB IS TOO HELP CUSTOMERS SO DONT COMPLAIN WHEN THEY ACTUALLY GO IN AND WANT SOMETHING. The doughnuts are excellent. The coffee is overrated. They frequently get orders wrong and the line at the drive through is too long. Sometimes the line of cars for the drive through extends into the road. It is going to cause an accident if they don't do something about it. read more

The only reason I ever decide to come here, is because they are open 24/7, and have a drive thru for when I am too lazy to exit my lovely vehicle. I love how this store is extremely diverse and contains more than 2 employees on shift throughout the day, unlike other Dunkin in the area. However, with so many employees on shift, only one lady decides to help the customers while the others stand there??? Other than that, the ice......The ice is so thin and tiny and slips right through my straw every time. It makes it hard to enjoy an iced latte. read more

We went there to get a couple of pumpkin lattes and when we get to the window the girl says the machine is DOWN. So I ask her for soft serve ice cream for my son and she says the machine is ALSO DOWN. As she can tell I'm getting angry she says all of a sudden the latte machine is up and working how many do i need? Im like what?! Not sure what's going on over there but I don't like it. Seems like when management is not there people are doing WHATEVER they want. Lying to customers in UNACCEPTABLE. I mean are you in business to sell coffee or not? I worked here and I must say management is by far the worst! Instead of helping their employees, they are yelled at for not getting something right. A manager who was in training in this location was yelled at for being "too nice" to the rest of the employees, which is absurd! If this place is ever too hectic and unorganized it's because management doesn't train their employees and all they do is sit in their office and enjoy a coffee, while the cashiers are literally doing 5 things at once, which definitely leads to things getting mixed up. The owner is another nightmare, she walks in unexpectedly every so often and -what a surprise... she yells at everyone as well. From a personal experience, as I was checking the coffee filters to see if they were replaced I got yelled at by the owner for "standing around" meanwhile I was making more for coffee the front of the store. This is a TERRIBLE dunkin donuts, if only they changed up management and got rid of the manager in charge Allen. Terrible guy. A big bully to some of it's employees as well. read more

Just wanted to say that all the employees that work here are so friendly. They always say hello, good morning, have a nice day, etc. They almost always get my order right and if they don't they accommadate me immiediately making me happy to wait. Love this dunkin donuts! :) read more

Amazing and friendly staff. This dunkin is always busy but they make your wait time short. The lady in the drive- thru in the mornings is so friendly! Why do I go here? Needs to be cleaned. I have seen the staff turnover and new management teams. There is constant yelling among the employees. I have seen numerous confrontations between employees and customers. When you here, "what is the managers name?" a few times, it cant be good. Customer is not always right here for sure. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst. They can't get an order right when you go through the drive thru. You have to repeat yourself three times and they still mess up the order. I ordered two sandwiches today and the bread was stale and there was very little to the sandwich. I had them at other Dunkin Donuts and they were great.
