However, I also ordered a blended drink made by a different staff member that was not quite as good, as half of the cup was filled with whipped cream. This is the Dunkin I go to when in town visiting family. I always order ahead on the App and my donuts and/or drinks are always ready when I get there. The quick interaction I have with the employees is always a positive one. This visit, the male employee was very friendly and asked if I wanted to order anything else. I'm a fatgirl that has a weakness for their snackin bacon! I have yet to learn how to make it right at home. I came in after a doctor's appointment because I don't have a Dunkin' near me so I make it a habit to come when I'm in the area, literally just for the bacon, but I recently discover red their tropical refreshers and I hope they never go away because the guava passion fruit is amazing! Staff is okay, my last visit wasn't too pleasant but it was 9am and extremely busy inside and out, so I don't blame them. Came on Monday while I was in Tracy to the drive through. I didn't know dunkin had drive throughs! I got the matcha, I was concerned by the light green color but it actually tasted pretty good and still caffeinated me. They did do alot of foam and not as much drink as I would have liked but it tasted good for like a chain restaurant matcha. Was shocked how big it was too! Came with a friend, and her order was completely wrong. She requested five milks for her coffee, but the color was extremely dark. When she asked if it could be remade, the employee flat out refused even when she showed her that the color was much darker than the other drink that only had three milks she still refused and finally only gave a shot of milk to add to the drinks. We stopped by at Dunkin 02-25-2024 @ 4:15pm, no customers behind us and inside as well. Some days they are out of stock on some items and that's okay, so when I do go here I'm constantly asking what it is that is in stock. Scanning my perks code can be a pain, some days it works, other days they have to keep trying to scan it. Driving an hour away to attend our co-worker's memorial, we were half an hour early for the service. Since it was an early start, we decided to have some coffee during this early time. As we passed a strip mall and saw the Dunkin' and decided to stop here. Haven't been to Dunkin' in a long time. But they had a promotion of buy a M/L/XL coffee and you get a classic donut for $1. I got a large coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Though they didn't have a choice of coffee roasts, the coffee was good and dark. I love this Dunkin. It's the only drive thru one that's close to me. The staff are kind and patient because I honestly take forever to make up my mind. I always order from the drive thru but I just started using the app, I think it's easier to order from the drive thru because they make it immediately instead of ordering through the app and having it made and waited for your arrival. Just my opinion. My go to food from here is the avocado toast and omelet bites, it's always fresh and fast. And I recommend "The Charli" iced cold brew drink. There was no indulging in donuts here and for that alone, I can give this place 5 stars. Also, this was for their drive thru since we needed to get the rental car back to the SJ airport in time. I ordered an Oat Milk Gingerbread latte and upon first sip, I knew it was a winner. It was slightly sweet, creamy, and tasted just like gingerbread cookies. Perfect drink for the rest of the drive home. As mentioned in other reviews, most of the donuts were already sold out by the time we got there around 2pm. I'm here at 5:40 am with my order put in through the mobile app, rolled up to the drive thru and the employee says they do not have ANY of the donuts made. How is it that it's almost 6 am and you don't have any donuts made? This is mainly a coffee and donut place if I'm not mistaken. I'm starting to believe that, and this is just my opinion, the employee(s), are not coming in when they need to. For example, coming in at like 3 or 4 am, to start making the donuts so they are ready for purchase. The management needs to step in and make sure the morning crew is doing what they need to do.
