I'm a fatgirl that has a weakness for their snackin bacon! I have yet to learn how to make it right at home. I came in after a doctor's appointment because I don't have a Dunkin' near me so I make it a habit to come when I'm in the area, literally just for the bacon, but I recently discover red their tropical refreshers and I hope they never go away because the guava passion fruit is amazing! Staff is okay, my last visit wasn't too pleasant but it was 9am and extremely busy inside and out, so I don't blame them. Came on Monday while I was in Tracy to the drive through. I didn't know dunkin had drive throughs! I got the matcha, I was concerned by the light green color but it actually tasted pretty good and still caffeinated me. They did do alot of foam and not as much drink as I would have liked but it tasted good for like a chain restaurant matcha. Was shocked how big it was too! Came with a friend, and her order was completely wrong. She requested five milks for her coffee, but the color was extremely dark. When she asked if it could be remade, the employee flat out refused even when she showed her that the color was much darker than the other drink that only had three milks she still refused and finally only gave a shot of milk to add to the drinks. All of the drinks tasted horrible. This location has gone downhill the employee skip out on everything they don't even wanna put a napkin in the bag or a packet of ketchup don't come here. read more

I recently visited Dunkins drive-thru and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and quality of food. Despite the convenience of using the drive-thru, the experience left much to be desired. We stopped by at Dunkin 02-25-2024 @ 4:15pm, no customers behind us and inside as well. We wanted to order a dozen of specific donuts But they can only do assorted And we have to go inside and order if we want specific donuts so Im not sure why was it like this since this was a drive thru AND if its like that then they shouldve at least put a note. Sometimes the line takes a while, but they do their best to get through it with a smaller amount of employees compared to Starbucks. Some days they are out of stock on some items and that's okay, so when I do go here I'm constantly asking what it is that is in stock. Gets the job done, gotta have my iced coffee/matcha lattes! :) I love that I can convert my points Into freebies, perks! Scanning my perks code can be a pain, some days it works, other days they have to keep trying to scan it. Sucks that one of my freebie sandwiches ended up having burnt bacon and the flavor was ruined throughout the whole sandwich, other occasions this doesn't happen. Driving an hour away to attend our co-worker's memorial, we were half an hour early for the service. Since it was an early start, we decided to have some coffee during this early time. As we passed a strip mall and saw the Dunkin' and decided to stop here. Haven't been to Dunkin' in a long time. But they had a promotion of buy a M/L/XL coffee and you get a classic donut for $1. I got a large coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Though they didn't have a choice of coffee roasts, the coffee was good and dark. The chocolate glazed donut was fresh and had a generous filling of custard. There are several tables inside for us to enjoy our donuts and coffee. Perfect stop before the services. RIP JT. read more

I love this Dunkin. It's the only drive thru one that's close to me. The staff are kind and patient because I honestly take forever to make up my mind. I always order from the drive thru but I just started using the app, I think it's easier to order from the drive thru because they make it immediately instead of ordering through the app and having it made and waited for your arrival. Just my opinion. My go to food from here is the avocado toast and omelet bites, it's always fresh and fast. And I recommend "The Charli" iced cold brew drink. My husband went to the drive through and we gave him a list of drinks we wanted. Literally only 4 drinks. We don't order there often so we didn't realize they don't have a caramel frappe. Which is fine, but what was disrespectful was the lady's response when he asked what on their menu was similar which she said "i don't know we're not starbucks" and then another drink was literally just 4 espresso shots on ice, which they gave us a cup filled as if it was 4 espresso shots but instead was DRIP COFFEE, It's not hard to tell the difference in the two and there were literal coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Walked in and was rudely told by a lady behind the counter "if you want something you need to order from the kiosk!" while ordering from the kiosk i needed help finding something I seen on the menu but couldn't find it in the kiosk. i was told "just look for it". While waiting for my coffee a gentleman walked in and was trying to order from the kiosk. He also needed help with ordering the $6 meal and was told "just ring it up". I'm going to be in the minority here because this was simply a stop for some coffee before heading back to the Bay Area. There was no indulging in donuts here and for that alone, I can give this place 5 stars. Also, this was for their drive thru since we needed to get the rental car back to the SJ airport in time. I ordered an Oat Milk Gingerbread latte and upon first sip, I knew it was a winner. It was slightly sweet, creamy, and tasted just like gingerbread cookies. Perfect drink for the rest of the drive home. As mentioned in other reviews, most of the donuts were already sold out by the time we got there around 2pm. The associate told us this when we first pulled up to the speaker. We weren't bothered by it since we were only there for coffee anyways. read more

How is it that it's almost 6 am and you don't have any donuts made? This is mainly a coffee and donut place if I'm not mistaken. I'm starting to believe that, and this is just my opinion, the employee(s), are not coming in when they need to. For example, coming in at like 3 or 4 am, to start making the donuts so they are ready for purchase. The management needs to step in and make sure the morning crew is doing what they need to do. Always out of ground coffee. You need to stock this store better! Every time I come here either no coffee or soon to be expired coffee. So I decided to order 3 lbs of ground coffee. Gave it a day. Confirmed via app went to pick up and the worker points to the rack with the bags of coffee. No ground coffee. I won't be back. Most poorly run establishment ever! No clue what they are doing here!
