I ordered through the app and when I got there to pick it up, they didn't have what I ordered. I was told they only have one type of donut available, double chocolate. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, they said it could only be done through the app. There's no order canceling option on the app. I emailed their support for help but got nowhere. Just had a wonderful experience here. My friends wanted donuts and food so I got picked to run over here. They were out of the Boston cream pie donuts and that was one of the things my friend wanted. They should stick to doughnuts! I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was gross! The bacon was a sad excuse of a string of bacon that was obviously microwaved and fake bacon... the biscuit was crunchy on one side and hard. My daughter loved her doughnut though. My first experience here was not horrible but I was not impressed. Inside is clean which is a plus. Not greeted at all by the group of employees chatting in a corner but the cashier was friendly though she knew nothing about the DD Perks program other than telling me they have an app. Missed marketing opportunity in my opinion. I've heard how good their coffee is but she didn't explain the types of coffees offered -- another missed opportunity to up-sell. I was the only customer so there was plenty of time. Out of the 4 donuts purchased Boston Kreme was tasty but the rest were a little dry and the jelly donut was barely filled. Vanilla frosting donut and Key lime pie croissant donut were ok but flavors weren't fresh. Regular coffee was good --perfect balance of sugar and cream. Dunkin Donuts chose to open their doors directly across the way from a long standing donut establishment so how can one not compare the two? Hands down the privately owned shop's donuts are superior. read more

I've always preferred Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks and am so happy that locations are finally popping up here in California! The man working the register (I didn't catch his name) was a little on the slow side but he did make my iced latte perfectly this morning. I also got a breakfast sandwich that came out pretty good. Sometimes the croissant is a bit burnt, this time it was still a bit doughy but I'd rather that than burnt. They always have a great selection of donuts also. This guy is rude as hell. One time I asked for light ice while he made me coffee, he gave me a smirk and made it at another counter so I couldn't see. I felt like he messed with my drink. Food, drinks, and customer service are so-so. Nothing in my past trips have really stood out as spectacular. Combining food/drink and taste/quality against the price, I don't see this place as somewhere I actively think about going to. In my last trip, there was no line behind in the drive thru. However, the cashier seemed a bit rushy and I received the wrong order. Also, the egg in my sandwich was cold. Perhaps there was a line inside. I think DD is great! It's also convenient on a Busy Morning with the drive through and all! Coffee is good, donuts are great! I am however use to donuts being a little more fluffy and melt in your mouth, these are more bread like and full, which are still great! I like this place just as much as the other donut shops! All this talk about donuts and yogurt place next to them, if anything I think its giving them business... Both places are so close when ones busy people go to the other. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The gentleman who took my order was very nice but the one woman (I believe she was a manager) was so rude. I asked her a simple question and she had the biggest attitude. Okay whatever it's early in morning I get it not everyone is the nicest, but she was just flat out rude. And then I get my food and it is terrible. The hash browns were hard as rocks, literally. My croissant was stale, the egg was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. It's not THAT hard to make something correctly, and it wasn't even busy. If it was busy I would understand, but my friend and I were the only two in there. My coffee is bitter and it tastes awful, I can hardly drink it. If I were you, I wouldn't even waste time going there. Awful food and even worse customer service. read more
