I saw some sleeve right at the edge of the counter (about a foot in reach), the barista was right next to them so I asked her for a sleeve. She pointed about 20' feet away and said I can get one over there myself. So I walked to the counter near the exit, walked back to the pick up area, and sleeved my own steaming hot drink. As someone that works in customer service and was also a certified barista at Starbucks, that was a mind blowing experience. I will absolutely never return to this location.
