The girl working the desk offered to replace them but unfortunately didn't want anything else. She told me she wasn't able to cancel it on her end but to go online and I could cancel it. Then she gave me a whole box of mini glazed for my trouble and I got my refund promptly from the company. Awesome customer service. She was polite, acknowledged the problem and offered compensation - perfect ! Thursday I went with my mom to see if they had the doughnuts we ordered the other did - they did - they were fully stocked! Awesome customer service with a super friendly greeting and she gave us hot mini donuts to sample as she prepped our coffee. The hot donuts are something else and you cannot get those at any other chains. Someone said Dunkin is better and I argue against that wholly. This is a great ratio of texture and flavor. Yes their cream filled leaves a bit to desire but overall it's well balanced and proportional. Dunkin doesn't have the variety or the flavor nor do they have the cleanliness or customer service. Plus Krispy Kreme branding is on point ! I like that this location does order ahead and drive thru and they have ample parking, an outside seating area andddd nice bathrooms. Will be back for the customer service alone - the workers here seem to genuinely like their job and it shows by how they treat their customers! Great experience!

The cake was gorgeous, but it was literally tremendous (very big and high) and twice the amount needed. It would have been enough for 45 people . I cut huge slabs of cake and still had half of it leftover. I froze some and gave a lot away , but for $210 , I could definitely have ordered a smaller cake and saved a lot of money. The second issue was the cake itself. It was very fresh, and tasted good (I admit , once I got over my disappointment). The cake was chocolate chip with a yummy buttercream chocolate frosting. However, I wouldn't have chosen to spend this much on a cake if it wasn't for the cannoli cream, my favorite. Besides the decorations , no one could tell it was a cannoli cream cake. Everyone said that it was beautiful, but we were all disappointed because we expected something different. When I emailed the owner regarding these two issues , his only response was to say that the cake was very fresh. He was otherwise defensive and didn't offer anything to compensate me. I'd recommend this bakery if you're looking for a fancy custom cake, (but not necessarily the cannoli cake) , but the Sam's Club chocolate mousse cake for $19 got higher reviews from my guests (it was truly exceptional). It came out pretty quickly (considering there were so many orders for pick up). It came out in a pretty cute single use box. The donut had a good amount of syrup on it which really made it taste delicious. The blueberry tasted pretty fresh. I also liked how warm the donut came out. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if it was something exceptional, but there's nothing remarkable about it--just a basic, small coffee with a not-so-small price tag. You're better off grabbing your caffeine fix elsewhere and saving your money for what FedNuts actually does well: the chicken and donuts.
