As you probably know over-extraction causes a bitter espresso when water bonds too much with the coffee grounds. It had an imbalanced, harsh, and bitter taste. It may have just been this barista as I have seen both amazing and bitter in the reviews. Please work on your process and you can easily bump your place to 5 stars.
