I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light. I enjoyed the mango and it tasted similar to a juice. I thought the boba was dry. If I order a drink again, I would forego the boba toppings. Three stars because the drink flavor & the environment gave strong first impressions. On Sunday you can also get a free chicken sandwich. I appreciate that you can combine all of these offers! The customer service was sparse.
