I just purchased 50lbs for under $200 I shopped around and there were a few other places around within the $200 range. I've been coming here for years to get supplies and have water tested, two years ago there were some employees that didn't know much about water testing what ever the computer spit out is what was suggested. There is a girl there now don't know her name but she is awesome really knows or at least acts very well that she knows pool water. I don't mind paying a little more to keep a local business going but to charge over $200 more for a product that can be purchased elsewhere is crazy. I did purchase a nice heavy net for $30 and a o ring for my pool pump for $3 very reasonable.

They stripped out one of the recessed pool cover straps ports and left it in the up position for someone to slice their foot open with. Filter housing was leaking and was told it was due to overpressuring but I found out it was due to the O-ring not being seated as well as the lid left loose. Later found out this was the same place that installed concrete around my pool and severed the power wire to the pool lights. When I saw it, they said they had fixed it only to see that it's out and now buried under concrete. Save your money and time and use someone else or you'll end up paying just to do it yourself

They had some nice large containers on display with the clear plastic, but they had only three, we need like six of those. We skipped on those containers for the moment, but t didn't stop us from looking around a more cool stuff. They have some great closet systems, as well as, some nice kitchen racks that my wife was interested in. Mounds and mounds of containers of all shapes and sizes, we both were amazed. We decided to get the three drawer locking filing cabinet for my son and his school work. They were the only people in the bathroom from a walkthrough with the new buyers, and when we discovered the broken window. We filed a claim to get that window paid for. It was denied. My husband called to dispute that, and was sent to Stephen. I have never, in my life, heard a MANAGER talk to a customer the way this man talked to my husband. He came in extremely aggressive, asked why we think his movers did it. When my husband explained that they were the only people in that bathroom from the walkthrough to discovery of broken window, he responded sarcastically, "Well I'm still not hearing why you think our movers did it." He brought up the fact that the packers claimed I brought them things from the bathroom so they didn't even pack anything in there. My husband told him that was not true, as it wasn't, and the manager spoke over my husband, told him he was being aggressive and offensive. My husband was being extremely calm for the way this manager was talking to him. He insinuated my husband was a liar in a very sarcastic way. He eventually hung up on my husband. We received a phone call a few minutes later that they were cancelling our move for the NEXT DAY. Our things were packed, they were supposed to load it up and move it the next day and cancelled it at 5pm the night before. We had to scramble and thank God found another company that would take us on such short notice. So grateful we did and that we did not have to deal with this company anymore. We told our realtor about this ordeal and she put them on a ban list. We have never been treated this way by a company. The window ended up costing $164. All they had to do was own up to their mistake and pay $164 to fix it, and they would have gotten thousands of dollars from us from the move. Instead, they made sure we will let everyone know about the experience we had, ended up on a Redfin ban, and lost thousands of dollars. If you want to deal with movers who lied about me bringing them items from the bathroom, and a manager who talks to his customers in an arrogant, demeaning way, go with this company. If not, steer clear.

They're also incredibly informative and helpful. I recently purchased some herbs from Ed's and their team meets you at the entrance to try to guide and assist you. It's a nice touch. Once you move on to the area where the herbs are, other folks will assist you there as well. Additionally, the selection of herbs is superior and more varied than what you'd find in the nearby home stores. Ed's also carries a ton of flowers - fortunately they are around to answer questions because the selection can be overwhelming. Bottom line: there is no better place in the area for landscape that beats Ed's. Even for Christmas trees or herbs.

I talked to Eric and he was fantastic! He was able to get his team in quickly, the work was performed far beyond anything I'd expected, and both he and his on-site foreman were very responsive. We had two challenges, both of which Eric and his team overcame with speed, quality delivery, and excellent customer service. We were working on a tight timetable, so I was receiving store fixtures while construction was ongoing. Eric and his team were able to work around this without any problems. Second, my initial flooring choice became unavailable between the time I selected it and ordering. When this happened, Eric and I went down to Home Depot together and found another option that looked better, was higher quality, and cost less. I cannot recommend Eric and A&E construction enough! 100% would use again. In fact, I have some upcoming work that I need to do on my home. I bid this job to five other companies, but I'll just be reaching out to Eric directly on that one.
