Accordingly, they don't make customer service their #1 job. But they are super knowledgeable and gave an incredible line of products. I've been working with them for a long time and received great painting and wallpaper contractor recommendations from them. They are nice to me now and give me discounts when I buy direct. I've also used the "decorating" part of the business and, again, they have great selections on fabric, wallpaper, and rugs and their work is great.
